Delicious!!! The seafood was fresh, my lobster was scrumptious. The service was mediocre took forever for drinks and we were the only ones there but my meal was amazing! 5 stars for food for sure! Get their house butter you won’t be disappointed!

Crawfish place. Was pretty empty at 6pm on a thursday. I tried the frozen crawfish and i thought it was alright. They offer a half pound more if you order frozen . Price was reasonable and it taste pretty good

The servers are friendly. The host told us right away what they don’t have/ frozen items, which is very helpful for us. The whole place is clean and organized.

I took a few out of state friends to this place on a Thursday night. We did not have to wait in line because it was not crowded. We ordered and the food came out in a timely manner. Good flavors. Oysters 🦪 was fresh at a decent price. I had shrimps and clams. Casual place to eat. Affordable prices.

I had a fantastic experience at this crawfish restaurant! The spice level was just right, giving the crawfish a delicious kick of flavor. I definitely plan to come back for more.

Went to this location after being dissatisfied with the westminster and goldenwest locations food quality and service. Theresa the manager was amazing and sweet. Actually took the time to get our names and chat for a minute or two. Great hospitality and the food was amazing as always at this location. Thank you Theresa for the service

Food was delicious! Combo 2 with snow crab legs. Sauce was medium spicy just enough kick. Boiling crab quality but I think I like this better. First time at this location because we normally go to the Irvine jamboree spot.

Just go! You won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. I especially liked that there are sinks just outside of the restrooms for easy cleaning —so convenient! 👊🏼 We got everything in Cajun medium which was perfect. You get the heat without it being too overpowering. Our hands were covered so we didn’t want to have to wipe our noses. It was seriously so good. 🤤 One pound of snow crab was perfect for me. The sauce was so good I just soaked it all up. Shrimp is available without the head, and the shell is sliced for easy peeling— huge plus for my hubby. The wings were excellent as well as the garlic noodles with shrimp. The service was impeccable and I highly recommend The Kickin’ Crab!

I called this location before heading there and they confirmed I can come in. I arrived 35 minutes before closure and they refused to serve us. The waiter said they can only do takeouts while the place was full of customers and we came 35 minutes to closure. Totally not recommend

Love coming to this place for their shrimp. Kickin style medium is the way to go. Their staff are friendly and attentative too. Garlic noods, chicken tendies and chicken wings are also a great pick if you're not feeling seafood.

Was in L.A for my sons college graduation and this is the place they picked to meet up the first night since it’s close to their home and they said were curious about trying it out. It was a big disappointment for all especially for us coming from the south. Their prices are very high considering the ambiance, the sauce is just hot with no flavor! They need to check with someone that knows Cajun before serving “Cajun style” King Claw, Juicy crab, etc know sauces!! On top of it the service was mediocre! Wish they had picked a different place!

One of my favorite locations. The sauce just has that extra bit of love in it. Favorite thing to get is the combo #1 with 2lbs shrimp, 1lb clams, no sausage and sub extra potatoes. Kickin' style medium, or spicy if I'm eating my own.

I love crawfish, but never dated at this particular establishment. I'd say their customer service is decent, and their prices are pretty expensive, especially for their combo meals. That being said, I don't think that there is any other crawfish joint in town that offers king crab, snow crab and lobster as an option to put in their crayfish bag. We decided to get the #2 combo which gives you the option of lobster, which we decided on including in our set, and it was surprisingly pretty good in crawfish sauce. If you're deciding to get lobster or king crab or snow crab with your crawfish, I'd say only then is the $60-$70 price tag is fair. Pretty decent experience overall.

Honestly, take business elsewhere that treat you better, we always come here for crawfish or order togo because just block away from our home. Today! I call place order over phone girl was rude and giving attitude on every items I asked. I asked her if she cant help me then have some else to do the order for me or have your manage taking my order. She then rush off hand phone to gentlemen. He then ask again what do I want? I told him that she in middle taking my order. Now asking me to repeating over again? He then reply if you don’t to repeat it you can come in person and placing order wth type of service is that? I ask him if you can do it then have your manager help me out this ridiculousl. He reply “im manager then hungup the phone. There are many crawfish restaurants around. They aren’t only one in town. I would not take my business to restaurants that doesn’t respect their customer.

Food is great, service is good, but there is absolutely no parking space, and the neighboring plaza has "no kicking crab parking" sign, so if you park there you take a chance to towed away.

Great customer service and they take Social distancing and Sanitizing seriously. The food was hit, fresh and delicious.

My brother and I walked in and the worker named Chris said we weren’t able to get seated due to it being past their seating time which was 9 minutes after 8:45 while people were still eating and being served. Never seen a business turn down customers while there was time for us to get out by the time they closed. We won’t be coming here and taking our business some place else.
