The dessert there was pretty good.

Quick fast and affordable option. Their snacks are always on point and I love their porridge and walnut shrimp. Been the staple go to for my family since I was young.

Purchased 3 drinks. When we asked to use the restroom they pointed us outside to the right. After back and fourth a few times, turns out they were sending us to another business. I get the pandemic, but we still have bodily functions and we were 1hr from home. A multi-milion dollar business should have figured out how to offer this common courtesy by now.

Fruit in the desert is sour and not fresh. The woman working there seems not happy all the time and is rude.

The one and only Tapioca drink I have ever had and I’m so addicted to it! It’s just simply refreshing, the Taro tapioca is Delicious!!

It feels nice that the server actually recognized my voice when we call in to place the order. Maybe because we usually order on the same weekday with mostly vegetarian items. Just ask the server for a flexible vegan alternative.

First time trying this little eatery. We didn't order anything specific, we just took what was already pre-made. This is the Durian fruit. OMG! They really kept in its original smell. It's stinky but it is good. For some, this is a type of fruit that's an acquired taste. We went when it's not busy. I can't comment on the service since we were there for the pre-made desserts. It's a clean setting and nothing special that stands out.

This HK Style eatery serves amazing Yang Chow fried rice with Chinese sausages and shrimp. They also make delicious congees. Not to miss is their super addictive dessert drink of mixed fruit with coconut milk. Simply amazing.

Typical Phoenix experience. Food is hot and fresh, but don't expect appetizers to come out first 😅.

Always have had good service here. Food was ask it always is fresh and filling. Nice to see that the menu always is updated and new items show up regularly.. it's a good reliable Chinese food

I personally like Phoenix for the convenience and the flavors are usually on point. But today I ordered here for a to go and the order was repeated over the phone, but yet it wasn't complete when I went to pick up. One dish from the order was missing even though it was repeated back. I also asked about portioning, if it were possible to get an order without the rice, but more of the meat, was told no and that it would just be without the rice, same meat portion it already comes with and for the same price it's already set to. That makes no sense.

Decent and fast. Their desserts are my primary reason for coming here.

The food used to be better, so we only do takeout for the mango ice dessert. My sister in law used their restroom while waiting for the order. She said it was the worst restroom she’s been to in the last 10 years. Please change your toilet seats. She said there’s an endless amount of dried nasty toilet tissue on it. It was dirty!!!

Saltiness of food varied between bland to inedible. Establishment needs an air curtain. Patrons commonly smoke outside the front door. Smoke smell travels indoors. Common area smells like a restroom. Employees are nice.
