First time user of 101RvRentals and very pleased with the product and the company. Melissa and Sean are very helpful as to information about reserving the unit and are great people on as well. We usually rent a RV and pick it up but then have to go home to load it before beginning any trip. 101 had the trailer unit ready and sitting in our reserved spot at Carpinteria State Beach on arrival day. Best of all, no setting up the unit or breaking down the unit upon leaving, 101 takes care of that for you. Units have all the necessary gear like RV's including an awning that most RV rental companies now exclude.

Thank you RV101 for making my camping experience so easy. The trailer was perfect and served me very well for my week at El Capitan. The price was right and the staff was helpful and friendly. The trailer was clean and comfortable. I will be calling you again for my next adventure.

This was our first time to rent from 101. We could not have been happier with the service, and the trailer!! Melissa answered our questions the few times we called before our trip, and was very helpful. Sean was awesome setting up the trailer. What an awesome team! We loved the trailer!! The beds were so comfortable, not what we expected, so we were thrilled! The trailer is clean, and roomy. Unfortunately we were there when the El Capitan fire started June 15, 2016. We packed most of our stuff in the early evening and left for a hotel. We feared we would be evacuated in the middle of the night. We saw Sean driving into the campground as we were leaving. I know he was worried about all their trailers. I told him to do whatever he needed to do, if it was pulling the trailer out, or whatever. We left some of our things because we were not sure if we would be coming right back the next day. We were sorry to hear the next day that the whole campground was indeed evacuated at 11:00 pm that evening. We called Sean, but was not able to get in touch, but our friends who also rented a trailer were able to talk to him. He said he would take care of our stuff, and load it all in the trailer and take it to their lot if needed. That's what I call loyal service!! Sean called out friends who were still in town the next day, and our friends were able to go in and get the rest of our things. We were so sorry for having our trip cut short because we were really enjoying our stay. We look forward to renting from 101 again next time.

INCREDIBLE Trip thanks to the wonderful trailer rental options you provide Melissa. I believe this is my 9th year renting from 101 RV Rentals. Not once has there ever been any disappointments. I would like to see you get a 28+ Trailer with a Toy Hauler in the back but convert it into a Fitness Trailer so people who like to work out and use a Peloton Bike and weight workout can do that every morning. Well put it this way. I would rent it for sure LOL. We rented a trailer from 101 RV Rentals for four days at El Capitan State Beach. The rental experience was excellent. The trailer was clean and in great shape. Everything worked great. Shawn delivered and picked up the trailer on time. He did a very good job of explaining how everything worked. We will definitely use 101 RV Rentals again. Rented a 27 foot bunkhouse Travel Trailer and had it delivered to El Capitan. Melissa and Sean the owner were extremely nice and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Will definitely be renting again from them next Summer.

He explained all the controls and made some helpful suggestions. The checkout was simple. Despite the weather at El Capitan, we still enjoyed the nice roomy trailer that was provided.
