First and the last time here customer service was good but unexpected cockroaches climbing up my hookah and on hose made me uncomfortable so much that I just left, we found at least five .we notified the manager he was well aware of his infestation in his business . Furthermore he did not show any Intrest nor remorse Twords the problem . If I could I would give this a negative review!

Hookah was not set up properly. Wouldn't exchange my hose when I asked. Cashier had no knowledge of the flavor mixes. And seemed unknowledged about how to adjust the hookah. Upsaled and overpriced for the experience.

So Sultan's has gone through new owners twice in the past year, and the current owners that recently took over completely changed Sultan's and not for the better. Here are some key problems with how Sultan's has changed. They got rid of the perfectly comfy couches in an attempt to get more seating space. The couches they added in the center were fine but the couches along the walls have to be the least comfortable couches I've ever had the displeasure of sitting on. The quality of the Shisha (Hookah Tobacco) has gone down and clearly they are just buying the cheap stuff. They don't even pack the bowls good too so the hits are ok at best. The music selection is all over the place and non-staff members can't add music to the playlist like prior. Not to mention these new owners are so cheap they can't even pay for Spotify premium so enjoy ear blasting loud ads while you are trying to chill with your friends. I could go further down the list, but you get the gist of it. Overall, Sultan's has gone completely down hill and one of the better hookah lounges in the area has now been ruined.

Place was real cool, staff friendly and courteous couches real comfy and they were even playing movies on Netflix. Hookah was cheap too, on like 21 dollars. 10 out of 10, if I ever pass through riverside again I'll definitely go again

Nah man.this ain't it. What happened to this place? it used to have windows,lights, a large center piece fish tank, an energetic atmosphere, colorful chairs, GOOD SPEAKERS....it used to be so open and now they have some dumb VIP area that doesn't even serve any real purpose except take up space in the front lounge! It makes the whole place look useless! Don't come here... This used to be the hookah spot but obviously not anymore....now it's dark, blank, dull, simple, and dead.

New and improved! I’ve been coming here for years and they have really upgraded. Very spacious, great hookah, and open late! The music is great too..you can choose what you like to listen to and add to the que. Overall a fun and enjoyable experience.

This was an incredible experience, they took great care of my wife & I, they have quality stuff, and they are attentive to their customers. They made my birthday extra special.

Super chill place. The service was great, the price is reasonable, and it is a really good quality tobacco too. You can easily spend a couple of hours puffing away. Absolutely recommend.

This is by far the absolute best lounge I’ve ever been to! All staff members are extremely attentive and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a more then memorable experience. Ive checked out almost every lounge in the IE, and this one is my favorite. Will definitely be coming here every time !

Very relaxing chillspot, I have gone to this lounge about maybe 5 times and I almost fell asleep on the comfy couches. I have only gone here once with friends, every other time however, I've gone by myself because it is the perfect spot to just get away and forget about the world for a moment. It's never too crowded which is a plus for me, and the service is very attentive, staff will constantly check on you and your hookah see if you need more coals or anything. Very nice.

Awesome customer service. Dude up front was nice and helped us out alot. Haven't been to a hookah bar in 12 years so it was nice to have someone explain all the flavors and even give us some reccomendations. Highly recommended. Had about 25 people on a Saturday night.

Sultan's Hookah is truly the best spot you can find in the entire area. Their service is top-level. Joe and Tyler really know how to make hookahs and are just amazing people to be around.
