This
branch
called
me
multiple
times
the
day
of
my
reservation
(Friday
10/23)
to
confirm
that
I
would
be
there
to
pick
it
up,
apparently
it
might
not
be
there
if
I
didn’t
confirm.
Then
after
I
confirmed,
they
tried
to
up-sell
me
to
another
car
for
a
higher
price.
I
was
busy
at
work
and
the
whole
thing
was
super
annoying.
When
I
arrived
to
pick
up
the
car,
one
employee
was
inside
the
office
without
a
mask,
walking
right
next
to
me
and
other
customers.
The
“luxury”
car
they
gave
me
had
tons
of
scratches,
dents,
stains,
and
smelled
like
smoke.
They
also
didn’t
document
any
of
the
existing
damage
for
me
like
other
rental
companies
do,
where
you
would
normally
do
a
walk
around
with
an
employee
first
and
they
acknowledge
the
places
with
any
damage.
I
had
to
take
over
20
photos
just
to
document
it
all.
The
car
shouldn’t
even
be
in
their
fleet,
let
alone
in
the
luxury
category.
Before
leaving
I
re-entered
the
office
to
ask
my
rental
agent
to
please
make
a
note
of
the
smoke
smell,
he
was
like
“yeah
for
sure”
but
then
walked
away
from
the
office/computers/iPads
so
who
knows
if
it
ever
happened.
After
returning
the
car,
it
was
never
checked
in-
I
still
don’t
have
a
receipt
or
my
deposit
back.
I
have
been
trying
to
call
the
branch
for
two
days
straight
and
they
never
answer
the
phone,
which
is
funny
because
when
I
was
there
before,
an
employee
was
actually
on
the
phone
just
casually
joking
around
with
an
employee
from
another
branch
while
customers
were
waiting
in
line.
Looks
like
I’ll
have
to
go
in
person
to
tell
them
to
wake
up
and
return
my
deposit,
which
fortunately
will
be
the
last
time
I
ever
have
to
step
foot
in
there.
