Very nice historical marker for a Beach Boys fan. This location really changed popular music forever and contributed mightily to the image of California beach culture. It’s just unfortunate that this house was torn down to make way for the 105 Freeway. Nevertheless, it’s a wonderful quick stop for a Beach Boys fan.

Awesome monument. Sad they didn't save house. Beach boys were one of the best and did so much for the music industry today.

Easy to find. Accessible. Free parking. In residential, please be respectful.

Such a shame they tore down the actual landmark home to build the freeway through it and just left a small monument.. Still cool to check out. Drive right up. Plenty of parking. Stay and take pics.
