Terrible service. Phone number wasn't working when my order was over 3 hrs late. Food came soaked in rain. Delivery driver showed up again 3 hrs late but 6 blocks away. It took almost 20min to walk to driver in pouring rain to pick up already soaked food. Then 20 min walk back in the rain. Food was not only ice cold but also soaking wet. Order was over 100 dollars for many people and this was completely unacceptable.

Ordered the pepperoni, bacon, and ham calzone, it was 85% bread! Do not get it! I have had it before on many occasions, and it is usually great. Must be under some kind of new management, or times are tough...

Lately the guy in charge has been acting up. When the mall had special hours of opening I was about to order when the worker yells 15 more minutes. Don't they suppose to have the food ready before they open? We went again this week and they scream at you ..well is better if they just put a sign that says we are not open or we don't have food ready. That's when we go and spend our precious money somewhere else.

Been coming to this Sbarro since I was a kid at the Arcadia mall. The service is great and the food is consistent. Love their Pizza slices and Baked Ziti pasta. Their Slice society rewards program offers good deals as well.

Service is not an issue. This is a fast food joint in the mall. Rating is based on the food. Nothing really special about the pizza. Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza is actually tastier

Food and service are ok. Tray are wet that made my food soggy. Prices are hell. Stuff pizza back then was $2.99 or 2 for $5, now it's $5.99 a slice but it's less meat & smaller portion than before.

The food, overall was pretty neat and I liked it, but the problem was the people who worked there. In my opinion, they need to understand the ways of coupons...my friend added a coupon that was a "Buy 1 get 1 free". Then, later, when I tried to get a drink, they told me that I had not paid for it (Which I did), and the amount was larger than that of my previous transaction.

The food is regularly well prepared and delightful, employees hands over good customer service. I liked how clean it is and vibes. I highly recommend this place.

Pretty good mall pizza and pasta. You can get two big slices and a drink for $9, which isn't bad. Service was fast and friendly.

Great pizza. This here pic, is of a mushroom and spinach pizza. Kid friendly environment, traffic everywhere. Take it to-go if u want. Do not do delivery ! Save your disappointment. This pizza is mainly for people who want a quick and cheap bite. Nothing more, nothing less. If u want even, just good, or ok service, Go elsewhere. This place doesn't provide. Don't even waste your time. Get the food and go !!. Run away! Far away. You can re-heat the pizza at home. Better service there. Someone needs to manage that place..

good food ridiculous prices, 11$ for two slices of pizza is insane

Just too expensive. It’s not in any way worth it. Also 1 dollar per refill of any drink.
