What a headache. Wish I could leave no stars, never experienced a doctors office like this. You can’t even communicate to these people. I first went to this clinic because it was the closest to me and I was in need of care ASAP. As soon as I walked in the front desk staff were sooo short with me. I was seen by the doctor who doesn’t communicate well AT ALL. She talks over you, super short and very clearly doesn’t care. I then went back for a second visit because what they had treated me with DIDNT GO AWAY or didn’t help at all. Once again, TERRIBLE. Before I went in I called and let them know what I paid the first time was insane and the lady on the phone offered me a discount. When I went back in the front desk girl kept saying there is nothing on my notes and gave me a hassle over a discount that I was informed I was receiving. Luckily they honor the discount but front desk and doctor made me feel uncomfortable about receiving it. I had to wait multiple days to get a call on my results. Which if there is a major problem wouldn’t you think they would rush a process up?? Today the doctor called me and later on I still have questions. Called back to speak with the doctor and still haven’t received a call back. I’ve personally worked in the medical field for years and this is unbelievable. Wish I would’ve read other reviews before coming in. What everyone said is completely accurate. Won’t ever be coming back here. Save your money and time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE MEDI-CAL. THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY. I wish I had read the multiple 1 star ratings for this place before wasting my time. I went in yesterday seeking treatment because I just tested positive for Covid. Tho I am fully vaccinated & boosted, I am having a hard time because I'm asthmatic. I have been to this location THREE TIMES BEFORE. I recieved treatment all three times. But today they refused to see me because they say they had made a clerical error (three times?) And they suddenly don't take my insurance. The receptionest said "Yeah, sorry, we dont take Medi-Cal" as tho she was saying "Yah, sorry, we don't help poor people." I asked to talk to the office manager and after waiting a long time I was shown to an examination room. They FINALLY sent someone in to tell me that they could give me the Medication but I had to pay for the office visit. Tho I never had to before. And of course they could give me the Medication, it's provided free by the government. I said I didn't have the money for the office visit & had to leave without recieving treatment. I went to the Urgent Care on La Brea & Fountain where I was seen right away, treated with dignity & given a prescription for medication right away. All for free. I advise EVERYONE who needs medical treatment to go to the La Brea location. All the Harper location cares about is money. And they are rude. I have Covid-19 and they were actually rude to me. Who does that? I wish I could give them a minus 10 star rating.

I am utterly disgusted with the lack of treatment they provide. I just drove my husband there, because he had what we thought was a cold a month ago, and every day it has gotten worse and worse and worse. For the past month, it has gotten increasingly terrible. What an easy diagnosis, right? I told him this place is terrible. Doctors in terrible doctors don’t like to give antibiotics because as a way to make up for being horrible physicians, they think they have some control over humanity so I told him to remind them they work for you and to give you antibiotics. He got back in the car and the doctor literally told him about steam and which steam wise and perhaps he should take a hot shower. If that was me, and that Doctor had the nerve to talk down to me about the steam, I would’ve spat in his face. We went to a different clinic. My husband obviously has pneumonia and needs to be put on antibiotics stat. “ good thing you came and saw us when you did “ Thank God for Dr. ************ do not go here ever!!!!!

I’ve been an occasional patient at WeHo Brentview over the past few years. In the early days of Covid testing, I used that service a number of times and felt very well cared for by their staff and excellent follow up on test results. I’ve also used Brentview for some other minor medical procedures and they’ve always been terrific. I could not possibly be happier with the service and quality of care and I highly recommend them.

I love Brentview medical. Both of the locations I've been to have been so thorough and have taken their time with me. Salaman Rosoli was especially wonderful but really everyone I've had the pleasure of corresponding with has been great. It doesn't feel like what you think of when you think of urgent care. It feels like your small town doc who knows you and cares. They are more thorough and take more time with me than my regular doc. My insurance changed and my new insurance is not accepted there but I still chose to have my visit with them bc it was worth it to me to know that there would be thoughtful consideration put into my experience. That's priceless to me when it comes to my health.

As a person who hates getting medical care, I have never been to a better healthcare facility. The doctors here are incredibly kind, clear, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything to me, lay out the cost of each thing they suggested, and say how important or not each thing they suggested was, keeping my finances/insurance in mind at all times. They have also called me back multiple times throughout my recovery just to check up on me and ensure my symptoms are lessening and give me follow up advice. They did all this while there is only one doctor on duty at a time. I don't know how they are so efficient and thoughtful. Thank you again for all of your kind help and patience with me.

Absolutely superb experience here. I was able to leave my cell number for the desk to call me back since it was an hour wait, and went to a coffee shop across the street while I waited. They called me when they were ready, about an hour later, like they said. Dr. Christine is brilliant and figured out all possible options for my multi-injury car accident pain. She could clearly see that I was under a lot of mental duress as well, and not only did she type up and print out personalized referrals and suggestions, she also included recommendations on the mental health aspect. I have never experienced a doctor taking such a well rounded approach. I feel very taken care of by Dr. Christine. She covered all bases and left me with everything I needed. Also, I didn’t catch his name, but the the tall nurse with black dreads was excellent at drawing blood. Quick and nearly painless. I will be returning here for all my urgent care needs.

TERRIBLE They try to get as many tests as possible. That's how they can make money. It's a money making business rather than helping people. The test results are not shared with you which is against the law. Visited multiple times for the same issue. Every time the practitioner kept on saying we need to do these couple of tests to help write the medicine. If you don't know what's going on with the patient, just say NO.

Came here for a work place back injury. Overall everyone on the staff was great. Yet the best was the PT and getting my back feeling better as quickly as possible (5 weeks) , between the targeted stretches and the adjustments, i couldnt be happier. Thought i would just have to live with a new pain for a long time. Nope. Been reading all the other reviews, either love or hate, but me, Im so happy i came here. 6 stars. LOL.

I have had a host of problems following a car accident. Hands down the best place to go for urgent medical care. Catherine Knight was literally crucial in making me feel calm, cared for, and addressed my symptoms. Catherine is the most intelligent medical professional providing me with precise care. I also had went two separate labs for blood work and struck out. I went to Brentview and Derek was able to draw my blood the first time. Derek is fabulous and excellent at his job. I've been in Los Angeles for over 12 years and this is my one stop shop for medical needs. The front desk staff are lovely and accommodating. Seriously, after multiple visits to Brentwood, I give them the highest recommendation especially Catherine Knight and Derek. Thanks!

I knew this was going to be an easy and painless visit as soon as I spoke w/ Alexis on the phone. He answered all of my prior questions before my visit. Everyone was very friendly and polite. They have a very welcoming environment when you already feel uneasy to be at an urgent care. Dr. Christine was Amazing. I really appreciate how everyone in one way tried to get to know me as a patient and an individual. Thank you to everyone there! ❤️❤️❤️

This is my favorite urgent care. If I can choose to go anywhere, I always choose here. It’s usually not busy at all (although can’t make any promises around this because I’m sure there are busier times and aus), but they get you in and out pretty quick and the doctors are really helpful and always so nice. Very clean, and bright location, not stuffy at all. I always get in & out quicker @ this urgent care than anywhere else. I don’t even live in West Hollywood anymore, I moved to downtown, but for me, it’s worth the drive to get things done so quick & easy in a clean environment with kind professionals. Also, as a trans person, I know navigating medical spaces can be difficult, but this urgent care has always been really easy for me around that, and in my experience has been trans-competent and lgbt friendly!

I wasn’t feeling well enough to upload docs. Gabby at the front desk smirked and refused to take my insurance card and help with the process. Gabby needs to learn customer service and how to treat people. I left the clinic and went to West Hollywood urgent care. The worst treatment I’ve received at a urgent care facility. Gabby specifically stated I wouldn’t be seen unless I upload docs with my phone and refused to help me. If your over 30 and struggle with tech and arnt feeling well definitely don’t go here. If you can’t figure out there phone registration they will not see you…. I’m horrified by my experience this morning… Gabby needs to look into a new career clearly customer service and health care is not it… I ended up having covid, high fever and a UTI.. I just wanted help. UPDATE: The Dr. reached out direct and sincerely apologized for my experience and the staff. It felt authentic and I hope others have a better experience, the Dr seemed great.

Terrible receptionist. Left after her attitude. Wouldn't answer how long it takes for the covid 19 test results. Told me to have a seat and take a number when she was doing nothing. Edit: it was today. This afternoon. She didn't say hello. She looked at me then went back to the computer as I stood there looking like a fool. Luckily she got a phone call so she picked up the phone and then looked at me and said have a seat.

Great doctors/PAs and great staff. Overall great experience here- very clean facility and did not have to wait long to be seen. The medical staff explained everything very clearly and was very through.

Everyone from the moment you step in till you leave the clinic, all the staff are absolutely and extraordinary kind, respectful, inclusive and very welcoming! Rose, Gabby, Maria, from desk ladies are the best! The physical therapist Corie and the other ones are extraordinary and very knowledgeable and willing to inform and assist the patient in any manner possible to get the best of each appointment. Dr. Katherine it’s an exceptional health care provider. Very attentive and compassionate. She take sure time to listen actively to any questions we can have as patients. Dr Jasmine is the best too. Her kindness and attentiveness to the patients need it’s superb. I may have not mentioned some other staff members that are equally deserving of mentioning their names . But overall and with shortness of words to express my gratitude and thankfulness to Brentview Medical urgent care clinic in West Hollywood. Perfect location, easy access, very short digital admission process. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The professional staff, doctor and nurses, were very empathetic and non judgmental. Exceptional follow-up. They actually called me. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Best urgent care in LA. Quick service. Given a flu and covid test immoderately. Found out I had the flu and picked up my medicine 30 minutes later from the pharmacy. Highly reccommend

I was in an out . They were friendly, nice and professional. They removed a piece of glass from my foot with no need for novocaine . Most importantly they saved me from a specialist.

came here for a physical and some bloodwork, they don’t take appointments but even without one I was able to be in and out in less than an hour. And the staff did everything they could to make things as easy as possible, very impressed and thankful.

My favorite technician is ELIZABETH .I am never rushed with her care and i get results as soon as available . Thank you Elizabeth and the staff over st Brentview I like this urgent care center very much . They have always tended to my needs very quickly and their doctors and staff are reliable and easily reachable whenever I needed reports or labs . Highly recommended

Definitely don’t come here if you have actual urgent needs. They do a fine job, but the wait times are off the charts, even when they’re seemingly empty

We walked in on Monday because we needed to repeat our immigration medical exams, the day we walked in the service was very good, a little expensive but we thought because of the service it made sense. They told us the forms should be ready the next day, it’s been a week and every time I call to ask if they are ready I speak to a different person who tells me something different, like they don’t work as a a team, nobody knows what the last person who talked to me said, they asked me to get new tests, then some one else says those tests weren’t needed anymore but I need to get a new vaccine, then someone else says I don’t need to bring ID to pick up, then when I want to pick them up they say I still need the ID. Medical service is good but front office is very unprofessional, unorganized and embarrassing. I have been waiting over a week for forms that should have been ready in 2 days and still not ready. If you need to go in and be over with the medical appointment the same day it’s ok, but you can definitively not rely on them for long term service. They don’t share information as an office, you have to send the information to everyone separately if you want them to do their work, otherwise they will keep asking you to get vaccines or tests you already made, and of course charge for it. Ivonne actually told me she can not help me and she would rather talk to her supervisor to give me my money back instead of fixing the problem. **UPDATE** Talked to the supervisor who said he was very sorry for how long it took for my papers to be ready and that usually does not take that long. He tried to make it up which shows me they really care for how patients are treated but it does not change the fact that I called 3 times the day after my first visit and I had no answer regarding my case until the third day or that they made me come back twice before I got the results. I know they will work hard to fix whatever happened that made them take so long with my case.

Such a great, fast and kind experience. Even without insurance, reasonably priced for the fast turnaround. Pretty sure they’re open late now as well. Should consider going here definitely

Always a great experience and never a long wait

It took them five days to turn around a throat culture. Once I got the results back they told me to continue on the antibiotics they prescribed me. I’m still sick and spoke to another urgent care who said the antibiotics they prescribed me wouldn’t be effective against the infection I had. This place is a mess.

This is by the far the worst urgent care facility I've ever experienced. The front desk staff didn't give two cents about the patient. They had horrible attitudes and lacked any bedside manner and health care office etiquette. Even the music they played were loud and inappropriate. I do however want to say that our nurse Ergin and Physician's Assistant Danielle was very kind and well mannered, so Iwant to iterate that as well to be fair and transparent. Ergin and Danielle were really helpful and patient. Danielle was the only doctor there today and still kept a great attitude and kept apologizing for the wait, which was unnecessary. They were the saving grace for our experience honestly. Overall though, I think we would have rather just waited to see our PCP tomorrow or gone to the ER if symptoms were worse instead.

I was seen here 6 months ago for an ear infection. At the time of visit I specifically asked them to make sure the prescription was sent to my current pharmacy super care drugs. When I arrived at super care drugs I was told they could not bill the prescription to insurance bc it had already been filled at CVS pharmacy in West Hollywood. Apparently the prescription had been sent to both the old and new pharmacies. CVS staff don’t answer phones, so I had no choice but to drive to West Hollywood and pick up the prescription. Very annoying but I got the ear drops. Fast forward to today when I received a notice from A DEBT COLLECTOR. Apparently I owed a copay for my visit and Brentview Medical SENT THIS TO COLLECTIONS. I called the office to ask why they did this without first sending me a bill, and turns out they had sent a paper bill to my old home address. I haven’t lived there for nearly four years, so the mail was not forwarded. I originally went to Brentview Medical bc they have shorter wait times than other urgent cares in LA, but this simply is not worth the stress. Guess I’m going back to the zoo that is cedars urgent care next time. One more thought: How did a debt collector have my current home address, but Brentview Medical was unable to contact me about this copay? Seriously I am furious.

Brentview has been my go-to for minor medical concerns for over 10 years now. The clinician and medical staff are polite, gracious and caring. The vibe of the clinic is peaceful. I always feel like I’m in the best hands. They do great work and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Went for routine check up on 10/29. Receptionist didn't open the doors with any ounce of urgency and without greeting me at my 8a.m. appointment. The whole vibe was very hostile like they were forcing themselves to deal with me. I also asked for a referral to an optics, but I'm sure I won't get it.

Everyone is very professional and accommodating. I came here because of an accident and they have treated me very well. I recommend everyone to come by.

The folks here are absolutely incredible- from their manners over the phone and checking patients in, to the intelligent, professional, and extremely easy to speak with clinicians. I would recommend the Santa Monica location to anyone who expects professional service, but also appreciates physicians who set a comfortable atmosphere right from the start such that one feels they can be their authentic self regardless of one’s reason for presenting. The facility itself is clean, easy to find and to find parking, and their array of services (I.e., blood work, urine culture, x-rays, dermatology) is astounding. They also call (bad OR good news re: test results) and encourage clients to e-mail, stop by, or call if one has questions. I’ve never been to another doctor’s office (especially an urgent care) where everything transpired smoothly and in a timely fashion. Well done! This business model should be the gold standard.

We were visiting from Florida and my son and I got very sick. They treated us like we are regulars, very kind and caring. Highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE! Slow, inefficient; they take FOREVER to answer phone calls (OVER 10 minutes on "hold" for initial call before I even told them what I was calling about). They said they "have a lot of calls and very few staff" and I said, "Maybe you need more staff" and she said, "We do!". Got mixed-up instructions on how to have a COVID test; first they said register online (which I did, which took about 20 minutes for taking photos of my ID, insurance card), then I was told to "wait outside" for my appointment time, then when that passed, I called in to inquire and another person said, "Oh, we really don't take appointments for COVID tests" and she sent someone outside. GET ORGANIZED! Typical; the GREEDY owners want to rake in the money and so they hire 1) too few staff; and 2) too few QUALIFIED staff for doing complex, detailed, intensive MEDICAL work. They messed up before with other testing and gave me the wrong medications for an infection that my regular doctor had to fix. Just go to your REGULAR DOCTOR. This "urgent care" model clearly does NOT work.

Uber friendly ladies at front desk , very helpful as well. My insurance couldn’t be verified due to a blue shield system down. I asked the young lady to call me whenever she goes through to them... sure enough, she called a few hours later The nurse and Dr were very thorough and attentive. Dr Noel ( no last name ) was great and spent time with me, listening carefully. Very helpful. This is my urgent care of choice. Many thanks to that great team

Absolutely fantastic staff - took our 4 yo in for a sudden unexplainable fever with great concern of COVID when he hasn’t been exposed to anything else only to see it was related to a cut on his finger that became infected. They were all absolutely amazing, great bedside manner, equipped for video conferencing and the doctor even came out in all her COVID gear to take gentle care of him. She knew how to talk to children better than my pediatrician - which is not saying much - but who needs primary care with a place like this? We will always go here for urgent/quick needs.

Brentview Urgent Care is absolutely excellent. I’ve used them several times but recently had a medical moment and Covid scare. Dr. Jasmine was absolutely professional at every moment... from the phone call to my personal visit. They are in many ways better than a GP office. I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood. The staff did not treat anything as urgent. I came because my provider made me after having an allergic reaction. They didn’t ask what the problem was or anything and had me fill out all this paperwork to find out they weren’t in network. Waste of time when minutes matter.

Have yet to enter a medical facility that was as efficient as this one.
