    This is a community health center so you'll be subject to poor treatment because they believe all disenfranchised folks and minorities are not worthy of receiving good medical care. I urge any mother considering a visit to Eisner to seek pediatric care elsewhere. Our children deserve better. Also, the security guard they have out front is a total lunatic and I'm not entirely sure why they even need to have her there in the first place. She was threatening to kick a father out of the lobby for simply asking to speak to someone about the excessive wait time.

    The last time I came here was around October of 2020 I was turned away. I called the front desk prior to coming there and was told I would be seen. ( At the time I was in crutches suffering from a dog bite wound). Did not help me out at all even though I was seen struggling. And once I got in I was told that they are only seeing children at the time. And had security escort me out. Also they never answer there phone calls when you want to make an appointment but call you days later at random times to see if you want to make one. I called today multiple times given my wait time and was given a option where they will call you back. Never was I called back. I waited again the full 45 minutes only to be told all operators where busy and to leave a message. Still no call. Either I have bad luck or this is just an awful place :(

    Receptionist Maricela Muñoz is unprofessional when speaking to patients. The receptionist will inform you that your appointment is in-person, and when you show up they will inform you it’s via telemedicine. Once you get home, someone else informs you that you have missed your appointment. They will reschedule you, rinse and repeat. They never answer their phones, so you need to leave a voicemail, which never gets returned. If you require medical care because of a serious condition, I recommend another clinic because this one is unreliable.

    The wait here is insane, stop booking so many people if you can't handle it. I had to complain 2 times after waiting over an hour to see a doctor. And once inside i had to complain again because no one was coming to see me. My doctor is great, but the wait is ridiculous.

    This place is horrible and the phone service is the worse. They do not pick up your phone calls or even return them when they are put on hold. The people controlling the phones are all unprofessional. When I am the next caller to schedule an appointment, they would pick up the phone and hang up right away without giving you a turn to speak. It's almost like they want to screw over their patients who are in need for medical treatment for their own amusement.

    I would not recommend this place to any one , every time I call to schedule my son an appointment, they never have any dates until a whole month away, then when he’s behind on his shots they make it seem like that’s my fault, stop taking 2million people a day & maybe people would be able to get their babies an appointment. Smh if I could give 0 stars I would, this place is ridiculous & I am not planning to return back.

    The entrance to the clinic is blocked by secondhand cigarette and maurijuana smoke. Breathing in cigarette smoke causes diabetes and cancers. Save yourself. Enter the clinic through the garage.

    Bad bad customer service, the lady to answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional, we are person that I need help and I have 3 hours waiting for someone answer the extension is incredibly how this people play with our time.

    They always switch providers you will have the same one a few times but then it switches which isn’t good it’s best if 1 person sticks to your chart , they have long waits , phones never get answered just delayed care they don’t even do anything better off at an urgent care

    I had a great experience with all the staff of pacific medical center. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist, everyone made me feel safe and relaxed. The equipment was all state of the art and the rooms were clean and accommodating. I was well taken care of and I will always appreciate that.

    They had my husband come in twice only to refuse to give him a tdap vaccine because it had been 5 years, not 10 years since his last one. We are expecting a baby soon and because he will be a primary caregiver to her, it was recommended for him to get another tdap to protect her from getting whooping cough. Incredibly pissed at them for giving us the run around and scheduling 2 appointments, making him bring all of his vaccination records the second time, just to refuse. There is absolutely NO RISK in getting the tdap early and NO REASON to refuse. The 10 year recommendation is for the tetanus part of the vaccine. The Pertussis/whooping cough vaccine immunity has been shown to fade after 3-5 years.

    My name is Desi Sarran and I have epilepsy I've had it my whole life and yesterday I had a virtual appointment over the phone with my doctor which my doctor changes every 3 months my charts are always messed up only one option on their answering service answers option three they prescribing the wrong antibiotics in the past and simply because I asked the doctor for some antibiotic over the phone she's holding up my epilepsy medicine I call my vomit said CBS yesterday and my medicine is not there by Monday I will be contacting an attorney regarding this matter Desi Sarran 9269 birthday this facilities unprofessional there's a high turnaround rate to where one doctor don't know you from Adam and last month they were doing intense test on you they lost a great employee when they lost Ruth she's the only reason I stayed there for 10 years as of now I'm going to be changing my doctor filing grievance and if I don't get my medicine contacting the attorney by Monday horrible service this is not medicine holding my medication hostage

    They never answer the phone. Ran out of medication because CVS and I couldn’t get in contact with the doctor. That’s it for me found another provider.

    Have been trying to schedule an appointment for my baby for 2 months and never got through to them. Today I was on hold for 2 hours. 30 minutes in I was told I was “1st in the queue” and no one ever picked up. Don’t bother “holding your spot by giving your phone number” and hanging up, it’s not true. Unprofessional and extremely dissatisfied.
