If there was a negative star I would rate it that. The office has terrible service. They told my husband he need to operate, not telling when or where it be. Then telling him he had been scheduled next day for the operation, even though he didn't get any of the presurgical test or screening and the doctor had not even seen his MRI results. They were full of miscommunication, scheduling us for operations a second time without informing us he was scheduled and again with no pre-op test done or scheduled to be done. Not to mention we hadn't even spoken to the doctor about the injury. We chased down the doctor for a week just to talk with him about an MRI results only to have NO one return our calls. We scheduled an appointment which was over the phone only to have them cancel it and not tell us it was cancelled. (We called them after the appointment time was missed.) After two weeks of struggling with the office no information was communicated except "we need to operate". Wasted our time.

I waited a month for my appointment they rescheduled it. When I did finally go no greeting and was asked do you need something in a angry manner. I went to wrong office first, the therapy room because they have big arrow on their door pointing towards other door. Rude girl in the front said I have to reschedule AGAIN? Worse customer service ever!!!!

Poor customer service. They do not return calls. Been calling and waiting 5days for call back to schedule knee replacement surgery. Even went into office to speak to someone and was not allowed to speak to schedulers. Asking PCP for new referral to new Dr/group.

Dr Shah is a good Dr who will research all functionality issues to figure out what plan is to fix a joint issue. They do excellent X-rays that are better than the ER does. Also a kind person too. They also got my appointment fast, and no long waiting either. Thanks!

Their doctors don't seem to have a good grasp of what orthopedics actually are. I suffered a crush injury where my toe was temporarily separated from my tarsal bone. I went in because I was still having pain 7 months after the injury. The doctor looks at an x-ray and says everything's fine sorry can't help. Just tries to hop out of the room in 2 minutes not even acknowledging that I'm a paying customer with a problem. He didn't mention anything about the connective tissue damage that may have happened when my foot was smashed as flat as a pancake. It was the joints, tendons, ligaments, etc that were having pain yet he made no attempt to examine those which would've likely required MRI. No physical therapy or pain medication was suggested either. Literally no care was given, he just told me to deal with the pain and deformity of the toe. The doctor just seemed super rushed and unconcerned, like he just wanted to get onto his next appointment and get the day over with. This is not a good place, office staff are unfamiliar with basic processes as well and don't answer their phones even if they leave you a message to call back. Worst experience with a medical facility I've ever had, it's barely even functional and they don't care to provide basic service.

My PA and everyone there from x-ray tech to the nurse who casted me were fantastic. personnel gets a 5 star. That being said they are clearly facing staffing shortages and it did show with the full waiting-room and getting seen late on a few visits.

Love Dr. Frydendall! He is so caring and is very passionate with his work! He goes above and beyond to provide the quality care for his patients! I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great orthopedist!

Dr. Asghar Husain is one of the best orthopedic surgeon I come to know. I have been going through my knee pain and he has been great treating and guiding me through out the years. He pays attention to every detail and advised accordingly. He is very knowledgeable and patience . I feel like he genuinely care for his patients well-being, answering all my questions and following up with every little detail. I am grateful and confident in his abilities and wouldn’t hesitate to get any further treatment if needed. Also thanks to everyone who work in the office.

I have been waiting in the waiting room. For 1 hour now. Other people have been coming in after me and they are being seen right away. I went up and questioned why these other people are being seen right away and the receptionist said that they have multiple providers and I still have 4 patients in front of me and it will be atleast another 45 mins. I find the $50 no show charge fresh as they think they can jack you around with + hours . Now they just came in and said will be 2 hrs behind this!!!!!! Avoid!!!!

I believe Dr Jahng has a very good practice. The level of professionalism is high. The staff is polite However, the office management leaves much to be desired. It is very frustrating to wait nearly an hour for a scheduled appointment. If staff is short, then apply other methodology to create the schedule.

I received excellent care, I just wish the receptionist was a people person. She realizes she has a line of people and instead of addressing them such, “I’ll be right with you.” She looks right through them. The woman to her left was busy, she was not and made patients wait to check-in. The doctors and their assistants are amazing! One more thing, phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are useless. The staff is a very unhappy bunch, it reflects poorly on the medical office.

Matthew was very helpful, informative and has great people skills. Patient with my questions too. Max the x-ray technician was very nice and explained what he was doing and why. I have de Quervains tenosynovitis from the overuse of hand and wrist… AKA mommy’s thumb. Had my first appointment with Dr. Le today. I arrived early to my appointment and was taken in right away. I had X-rays done before my scheduled appointment time. The doctor came in immediately. He was very thorough, informative, and straight to the point. He explained all the possible treatments available, success rates, etc. No nonsense kind of guy. Overall, the appointment went very well and very quick, just the way I was hoping.

Throughout my post-operative follow-up appointments, Matthew provided exceptional care and expertise, making a difficult recovery process as smooth as possible. Matthew consistently demonstrated a deep knowledge of my specific case, answering all of my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. His communication skills and bedside manner were excellent, making me feel at ease during a difficult and stressful time. Moreover, Matthew's attention to detail was remarkable. He consistently followed up on my progress, ensuring that I was healing properly and making the necessary adjustments to my recovery plan as needed. His dedication to my recovery was evident in everything he did. Overall, I cannot recommend Matthew highly enough.

Dr. Gogineni is an amazing surgeon who really took the time to explain everything to us and answer all questions. Lisa at the front desk was also very helpful. Top quality facility!

Had wonderful experiences at both Arrowhead Orthopaedics facilities in Rancho Cucamonga and Chino Hills. Staff is friendly, efficient and thorough. Explained my problems in terms I could understand, simple remedies for now and possible more extensive remedies down the road. Took the time to show me what they were talking about on my MRI and answered my every question.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that I can honestly recommend Dr Se at Arrowhead Orthopaedics. He is professional and friendly at the same time. Two things that make a doctor office visit Not seem as bad.

Very comfortable doctor's office from the front to back.you can tell your in good hands as soon as you walk in. The doctor is knowledgeable and very engaging and isn't just in hurry to get you out.

I have been there once. Was seen right on time. I went in to discuss surgery on my knee. I was surprised that I was seeing a PA versus an ortho surgeon, but that's okay. I could see it was a much more efficient use of resources. Colleen did a good job explaining what is going on with my knee and talking options over the long term. She did explain things too fast but was very open to slowing down and repeating herself a few times.

Even though my appointment was at 9:50am, I waited two hours to see the doctor. Once I was called inside the examination room and it was my turn to see the doctor , the doctor was in such hurry that he cut me off every time I was trying to explain my concerns. He did not want to hear any of it! The total examination with the doctor and X-rays took approximately 10 minutes. The doctor prescribed three referrals even though I made it very clear I did not need two of the referrals because they did not work for me on previous occasions. Once I was done, a nurse came into the room and told me to go to the front desk and ask for my referrals. Once in the front desk I was told to take seat and waited additional 20 minutes to get my referrals. My appointment took a total of two hours and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! All the patients that day waited hours to see the doctor. This medical office see people as cattle and have no respect or sympathy for patients! Additionally, It is hard for me to understand why this place has great reviews , maybe the employees are submitting their own great reviews. This place is lousy! Avoid this place!

Be prepared to wait! For the past few years I dread any appointments here because they have no regard for people’s time. The doctors and PA are fine, I mean with regards to knowledge but it’s so obvious their office can’t handle the volume of patients. Too many providers, not enough rooms.

Terrible service specially trying to get through the phone. Good luck getting a refill it takes days before you can speak to someone if lucky. Receptionist don’t seem to care very much about their patients. For how pricey the place is their services are very unprofessional

That it was gonna be a good appointment, but the doctor was very rude. Very negative. Didn’t let me get to ask any questions didn’t give me any info I gave him my x-rays he said that’s not enough. I need MRIs and kicks me out. He said he was gonna send medication took him two weeks to send. It never told me where to go for my MRI never helped me with anything. Worst place I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few.and the dr I seen was glivar Phillip Joseph had no regards for me

I am really happy with the treatment I have received here. During the pandemic they have been good about screening patients before they go in and keeping them over 6' apart. Dr. Le was the second doctor I have seen for my shoulder issue and he is much better than the first. My shoulder has gotten so much better. I really like his methodical approach to identify where the problem is. I highly recommend him. As a bonus, the staff is all very friendly and helpful.

My daughter had an appointment at 8:20, she was taken back right away and then sat in an exam room until 9:30. No one came in and informed her what was going on. Dr Hussein was nice but after 10 minutes was done then she waited another 20 minutes to be discharged. First appointment and not happy about the amount of time it took to be seen especially with a morning appointment.

Sign on door instructing patients to stop and wait until staff comes out and takes your temp and asks various screening questions. Office was very clean and chairs spaced out appropriately for the virus precautions. Doctor Le was running about an hour behind, but didnt feel rushed out. He always takes his time with you. Been a patient for 3 years.

We arrived on time for our appointment and Thelma graciously told me the doctor was running an hour late. I went out for 45 minutes and came back just in time to be called in. The back room MA was thorough and gracious. Each person helping me was kind, friendly and efficient. The doctor was attentive and answered my questions well. He took time to explain the procedure I will need and was not rushed. This office gets a thumbs up from me!

Dion Kidd is AWESOME! I have experienced many physicians who refuse to really listen to their patients. This is not the case with Dion. He really takes the time to listen, understand, and respond to my questions, concerns, and needs, while offering me all possible solutions to my current ailment. He explains thoroughly, ensures my understanding, and also makes sure that we come up with treatment programs that I am comfortable with. He is very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. I am confident in his abilities and trust that while I am being seen by him he has my total health as his priority just as I do. I was initially having some difficulties with scheduling physical therapy and had been in excruciating pain. I left a message and he was quick to respond and made sure that the issues were resolved. I truly appreciated that. I will be a long time patient of his.

Dr Wilton is great! Easy to talk to and he is clear on what steps and options there are for my concern. I trust him in his diagnosis and procedure. I recommend him to any one. The appointment setting and check in process is friendly and easy.

Too much time spent waiting. I have been there for 2 appointments and the wait time in the lobby was quick. However the wait time once you are taken to your room was over an hour each time. When you check with the nurse on how much longer the wait is she will tell you you're next but you're not.

The staff and PA’s have been great in providing the best quality of service. After my injury I was seen by the PA’s at this office. I can happily say I am on the road to recovery, and I couldn’t have done it without the help and attention the staff and PA-C in particular, Megan Straw has provided. I am very grateful and impressed by the service, I have received. Which has made a huge difference in my recovery time. Highly recommend.

I have had shoulder and knee surgeries by Dr. Conor La Rose. He is a very skilled knowledgeable surgeon and he is very personable, a very rare combination. He takes his time to talk and explain what your options are and he doesn’t push for surgery unless he thinks you need it. His assistants and office staff are also very friendly and professional. Dr. Husain and the staff there couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The wait wasn't too long, the x-ray technician was very patient with me, and when the doctor came to speak with me he didn't rush me out the door but gave me numerous options and rationales for my orthopedic problems. Looking forward to working with him and his team to overcome my current dilemma. I was initially a little hesitant to utilize the app that Arrowhead Orthopedics wants patients to use prior to their visit, but that also worked out quite nicely and easily.

I love Arrowhead Orthopaedics, especially their Chino Hills office where the staff are very friendly and personable. I have had two full knee replacements and hand surgery to release the tendons in two trigger fingers and will be having surgery again soon for the same thing in my other hand. Dr. Husain and Dr. Le and PA Colleen Campbell are all very professional and really know their stuff. They are very kind and take the time to make sure you understand what they are doing and why. Everyone in that office from Thelma who greets you when you come in to the X-ray technician and the doctors’ assistants are all so warm and friendly and treat you so nicely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr.Sang and staff are just different. XRAYS IN THE MOMENT IF NEEDED... wow I actually lost half of day getting two xrays somewhere else. Not here just step into the other room and keep going with consultation right after. Dr. Is a walking MRI I had a problem for a couple of years in my hand he knew what the problem was in 3minutes by the movement he gave the hand ... confident and you always want that in a staff and Doctors . Pa xray technician and all back office staff were AMAZING but the front office needs to work on listening to the patient and know that they aren't always right and sometimes it's as simple as taking a 2nd look at something to understand that. If it wasnt for the phenomenal job that the back office does I'd probably have already started looking for another office just because of how horrendous the front office staff is.
