Absolute worst. Nurses are friendly and professional, but the doctors…..especially the ones on residency…. Been waiting in the patient room for 45 minutes , and still haven’t seen my doctor. The whole time I was waiting, since my room was located near the room where the doctors hang out, I could hear them just talking and laughing, which is fine. But another 20 minutes passed by and I still couldn’t see my doctor, so I decided to walk along the corridor. Passed by room where the doctor’s are, and saw the doctor that was supposed to see me just chatting up. I have no problem with doctors taking their breaks. But also please keep in mind that a lot of us have families, and are in the workforce. If my appointment was at 1:30, and I arrived on time, but didn’t get to see the doctor until 3pm, that’s an issue. At least give some sort of communication or reschedule. It’s ridiculous!

It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment here unless you are totally fine with sitting on the phone for up to three hours. On top of that if you see an OBGYN at this clinic you’ll most likely only get to see your lady doctor maybe 3 times your entire pregnancy. I recommend anyone who considers having this place for their healthcare provider or obgyn, find a different clinic. This is not the place.

Trying to get through is a nightmare. The first time I called I couldn't get through for about an hour. The next time it was only about 30 minutes and the rep told me that since it was a Monday they were busier than usual. The next time (on a Friday) it was about 30 minutes again. When I asked about the wait the rep this time told me that 30 minutes was actually was pretty good, the usual wait time was 45 minutes! I find this appalling. Obviously this company knows there is a breakdown in serving their patients and have no interest in fixing it. They might as well tell you to go away.

The educational classes and exercise classes are amazing! The psychological services here are outstanding as well! However, the CLINIC IS A DISASTER! I have been here for over a year, and they take 30 minutes or longer to book an appointment on the phone. They always book my appointments about a month out regardless of what the appointment is for. I usually spend two hours or more getting checked out even with an appointment. I have requested numerous refers and they always tell me they're pending. Please do not go to this clinic unless you have time to waste or have no other choice.

They had me get naked for no reason when I got to the room. and everybody working gave me weird looks the whole time making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the waiting room to the doctor to the lady who gave me my prescription. It was my second prenatal appt and I felt humiliated. I’m already having a hard time and am sensitive and I’m unfamiliar with doctors and clinics.... smh

If you like waiting on the line for up to two hours, just call this clinic. When someone finally picks up they won't be very enthusiastic to assist you either.

I love their fast response to emergency or delicate matters. Even on a weekend, when their office should be closed. That's why I was surprised to get a phone call from there office to go to the emergency room as soon as possible. They told me if I was to faint I would possibly not wake up from it because my test for anemia showed my hemoglobin way below average. So, thanks to this clinic I owe my life I got two bags of blood transfusions and I feel brand new.☺️

Absolute worst clinic I've been to. They have wasted so much of my time with wrong orders put in. Wrong prescriptions etc. Avoid at all cost

The worst place to go Waiting two months for appointment. I arrived 2:45pm (15min before my appointment) first one hour no one even says hi! after complained the apology and some one (NOT A DOCTOR) came and asking some standard question and left. Again about 45 minutes he did not come back! I find real doctor and he said he promise he will visit me in two minutes, again he cam and asked me almost the same question and left for 30 minutes! wow I was almost 2:45 minutes in this center and no one was doing anything. I believe some one should shout-down this place ASAP

Great doctors. I wish the dentist departments will do more either then check up and cleaning. But they told you exactly what you need to do in an honest way.

I got to my appointment on time. I went to the second floor and according to the receptionist, Carla, the girl at the front desk ( didn’t even ask for my name) assumed I was already checked in. She just told me to go sit down, someone will call me. I waited for an hour because I know usually clinics may take a while to call you in, but an hour was my limit. I went to go ask the front desk why they had not called me yet and Carla apparently didn’t even check whether I was signed in by the guy downstairs where they are suppose to check you in. This is such a bad clínica ice been to. This is the second time I witness that their customer service is non existant and they don’t seem to care to admit when they mess up. DO NOT COME HERE. Especially if your pregnant. They don’t care.

After being on time I waited an hour and a half before walking out and letting them know I was leaving and if the dr wanted to call me then fine. Another 20 minutes later she called and after me asking for nausea medicine she said to try cbd and otc for any pain. I can’t take either and it’s in my chart. This place is a joke.

I wish I had a better review to leave for this place, but the way the staff Oscar and John treat me is not very nice. I enjoy my 1 on one relationship with my doctor, but I do not need all the stress, frustration and my health heart rate, blood pressure, to go up because of the way your staff are inconsiderate with your protocols and rules. We are in a pandemic have a little more compassion and stop being so aggressive by procedures. I should report this clinic. I really don't need this every time I come here. Stop acting like you own this clinic UCLA and do what you come here to do help patients.

The Doctor and support Staff actually care about the person and the care it takes for wellness. I cannot express my gratitude for the quality of care and patience my father's father was shown during his time of need. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CARE

I really love this clinuc and the physician I have Dr.Cedarblom. This is the only physician that has not made me feel like a number or just another addict. I have been clean for 2 years now thanks to their Suboxone program and their ongoing support.These doctors really do care about their patients getting their life back on track. There not just trying to sell a prescription. I seriously recommend this clinuc if you are trying to get off opiates or just need treatment for Hepatitis C. You can be open and honest with these doctors and not feel judged or belittled by them . Goid luck.

I go to LA on and off for resources. Medical being one- this is a great place to go if you are traveling and need a refill on meds or extra resource info. Most of staff is very friendly and will gladly link you to someone who can help if they cant.

I actually had to go to this location because the lab lady that I only go to,Shantea was thete that day.She is the sweetest most helpful person they have.

Very clean hospital. I came to get a Kidney Biopsy done. I stayed overnight for observation the nurses were very helpful the whole time I was admitted.

Awesome and thorough place, worth waiting. These people never rush you when you get back in the room and discuss your needs. They ALWAYS dot every i and cross every t- AND THEN some. Been here multiple times. Danielle Sinkford is an amazing doctor and I am lucky to be her patient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was in a SEVERE boating accident after being on disability for over a year from a car accident where I fractured 2 vertebrae and I had was referred here from st. John's ER and the first appointment I had was a PHONE appointment with Dr. Sinkford. She was nice on the phone, but she did not seem to understand or Care about my pain and suffering that I was very adamant about that I've been going through over a year now. She was very short with me and I felt severely rushed as well because I could not explain my condition fully. My doctor had to retire so I really was relying on her to prescribe me some sort of relief when it came to my CHRONIC back pain and she prescribed me basically the same medication that hasn't been managing the pain at all whatsoever!!! Ibprophen with tylonol... Really..? I have FRACTURED ribs and CHRONIC back pain!!! I understand the regulations and strictness when it comes to certain medications, but I do have a past medical history, and I am and have been in a lot of pain and she would not even prescribe me TYLENOL 3 which is absolutely ABSURD! I will be taking the referral request for pain management, but dr. Sinkford did not seem to care at all about my pain!!! I have been taking oxycodone 10/325 for my chronic pain BEFORE the boating accident and this doctor did not care at all and it's very sad because now I have to make an ER visit today just for pain MANAGEMENT!!!! I cannot drive either!!! I don't Not recommend Dr. Sinkford based on my experience...my 68 year-old father has to drive me to the ER now and as everyone is aware coronavirus is raging right now... Very disappointed with how I was taken care of... especially since I was referred here by an emergency room visit.
