After a poor exchange with another jeweler, I was referred to Eli and Raffi by two separate friends. I wasn't sure a trip down to LA would be worth the travel time and cost but I was not disappointed! They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to get all my detailed questions answered and requests met in a non-threatening and enjoyable manner. I look forward to returning to Eli' to pair my engagement ring with a custom wedding band. Thank you!

My husbands family has been going here for years so he purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from here. I happened to be in town for a conference and one of my little diamonds popped out and got lost. I went over to Chabo's to see how much it would be to get a new diamond put in and he replaced the diamond at no charge!!! Who does that!?!? We will continue to shop here for our jewelry FOREVER!!! They have great prices and THE BEST customer service!!!

i've never shopped for jewelry, so i wasn't sure where to start. i did a google search for jewelry stores with good ratings, and eli's came up. i went there with my fiance, we got there at 9:50am on a saturday (they open at 10), and by 11 we had purchased a ring that my girl is *totally* in love with. i also bought my wedding band there. despite what some people have posted on yelp, eli was a wonderful sales rep. he took his time showing us diamonds and patiently explained various things. at no point did either of us feel pressured. i am 100% satisfied with my experience, and am very grateful to eli for making something that is usually very stressful into an enjoyable experience. get there early; that place was packed by the time we left. but even if you have to sit there for 45 minutes, the price you'll get will be well worth the wait.

I honestly dont know how I found Eli's Jewelry but I would have to equate it to winning a small lottery because this family owned shop is literally a diamond in the rough. In the jungle of LA where people only think about themselves, Eli's is different. I was greeted so welcomingly that I was honestly shocked and surprised. When picking out a ring for my fiance they made us feel like anything under the sun could be made and without any issues or problems. With the best price! From the weekly emails and update about our order and when to pick it up, to their genuine care and love for customers, there is no other place Id rather go to now. I met Eli many years ago through a close friend who had been a customer for years because her father had been a customer for years. He is the best! Honest, Patient, Personable, Kind and Never Pushy! Most of his clients are repeat customers and referrals from friends, like myself. Once I met him, I knew when I found my forever person, Eli, would be my diamond man. He did not disappoint at all. I made an appointment, flew from San Jose to LA and spent over 2 hours with Eli. He walked me through the entire process. He explained all the "C's", he patiently showed me the difference between the levels of each "C" in real time. Using numerous diamond examples for side by side comparison. We went through an untold number of settings before I choose my wife's specific setting. We had discussed cut, rating and budget, so Eli had a really good idea of what I was looking for when I came to decide. That day, we started off with at least six diamonds. I was able to immediately eliminate three, then got down the last diamond. It was gorgeous, sparkled but I wasn't "in love" with it. I mulled it over, thinking, something in my gut was saying this wasn't the one. While I was doing this Eli, said, "Tim hold on, I have one more here in the safe. Let me get it out and see what you think". The instant I saw the diamond I knew that was the one for my wife's engagement ring. It completely blew the other diamond away, it leveled up for sure!!! I know this is a long review, but if you are choosing a diamond or other piece of jewelry, I want you to know the type of man Eli is and how hard he will work for you to be happy with whatever piece you choose. To him, it isn't about a number or a sale. It is about the person, their story and their happiness. I will never use another jeweler in the future. Eli is our friend and our family jeweler. For over 25 years Eli’s jewelry has been our jeweler. Recently my husband purchased this beautiful eternity band which I have been wearing for over a month. Unlike many bands I have tried this band does not hurt or scratch. Is perfect to wear alone or stack with other bands comes in white gold and rose gold. Additionally the diamonds are incredibly sparkly.

All of the wonderful reviews about Eli's jewelry are true! We were looking for a jewelry place among the many in the jewelry district and Eli's jewelry stood out right away. I read through all the yelp reviews and was convinced that this place was worth checking out. WOW am I glad we did. From the moment we got there all of the staff was very friendly and attentive to getting to know us as a couple. They took the opportunity to teach us about our options without any pressure. We went in with a budget and they were accommodating to working with us. Never once did I feel like they treated us any less because of all the questions we had in addition to our budget. I walked all over the Jewelry District looking for a specific type of wedding ring, and no one had it (or if they did, they had something cheap and gaudy out of a catalog). As a last resort, my fiance and I stumbled into this building and decided to scour every single floor. Only Eli's was open that day. When we walked in, I said, "I need a claddagh." "No problem," he said without missing a beat. "I need it with no stones," I added. "No problem," he said again. And he was right. It was no problem. By the end of the week, I had my wedding ring with almost perfect features, and plans to go back and swap out certain features later when I had the money. My people always come through.

We had a trip planned to Los Angeles and we decided to shop for our engagement ring while there. After doing some research on the Internet we read about Eli and decided to give him a call. My fiancé spent 20 minutes on the phone with Eli, he asked questions about us and our lives, likes and dislikes. When we arrived at our appointment a week later Eli had a great selection of diamonds for us to choose from. He was incredibly knowledgable and seemed to really want us to find the right one. It was a great experience. Eli made us feel like we were establishing a relationship, not that we were just one of many customers. He gave us undivided attention and time to make our decision. My fiancé loves her ring and is constantly hearing from people that it is one of the most beautiful diamonds people have seen, the quality of the diamond Eli helped us choose is outstanding. We plan to fly back to see Eli for our wedding rings.

I was helped by Katherine and the owner (Jack), 4 stars in customer service!! And the jewelry selection is 4 stars as well. I won't hesitate to come back when In need of their services. The only tip would be to go on a weekday instead of A Saturday because it was very packed. But that tells you what a gem is this place since the other jewelries in the same building where empty.

Rafi is the MAN..not only did he help me with a purchase i made at another place in Los Angeles...he went above and beyond, explaining every detail of what was going to happen, how it would go down and even let me sit in the back with him while he set the stone.
