    This service is absolutely horrible! I would give them negative stars if I could. I tried booking twice through them and was told that the order was canceled both times because my credit card was declined for some reason. Suddenly several charges starting popping up on my credit card that hadn't been "working". After getting in touch with them again they told me that the flight had been booked after sending me text messages, emails and phone calls stating both flights I tried booking had been canceled. This company is an absolute scam that will take your money any way that they can, do not use them. Book through a reliable and trusted site and this is not it.

    I'm usually pretty easy to please and don't write reviews very often. But I felt I needed to write and state that this company is not very good. We were charged $50 for a change in our ticket that the airline made and we had no control over. They adjusted the time by just a minute or two. I called customer service and was told they would not refund the charge. And if the airline makes any further changes that we would be charged another $50 fee. We are over a month out from our flight and the likelihood of the airline making further changes is a high possibility. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement.

    If I could give these guys 0 star, I would. Please save yourself the pain, lost money and don’t use this company. Book with the airline directly. They will hit you with a steep fee to cancel your flight or to reissue new tickets if the flight is delayed or rescheduled at no fault of your own. I had to pay to pay about $500 reschedule my flight even though the new day I wanted to travel the ticket was cheaper than when I had first booked. They claim to have an address in California, but they route all calls to a call center in India. They are quick to pick up your call when you are doing a new booking, but if you need to do anything else you will be on the call for hours before someone answers. They put you on hold claiming to look up your booking and then the call drops and you have to start all over again. In the meantime while on hold you can hear them speaking Hindi in the background and laughing and they don’t acknowledge you or provide any update while you wait. The extra couple hundred dollars you save booking through these guys is not worth all the trouble they put you through. I decided to just book another flight after I could not travel because of Covid and they wanted me to pay them ~$600. I decided I would rather give that money to someone else. If you book through these guys, hope that your itinerary does not change or the airline will not cancel or reschedule your flight.

    Fake! Scam! Whatever you want to call them. Don’t ever use them. My grandma and two of my aunt booked ticket to Nepal. Had an emergency and cancelled only one ticket. They sent confirmation for two tickets just to find out they cancelled ticket for everyone. They took forever to pick calls and wouldn’t not help. Shame

    This site is a total scam. Minutes after booking online, I was called by Customer Service to raise my ticket prices to cover the carry-on fee. When I received the confirmation, it clearly stated that the carry-on was not free. I was charged $20 for their price gouging. When I called to complain, I was charged another $12 for the service of documenting the carry-on policy. Buyer beware. Stay away from this scam. I will never forget this experience.

    Don't ever use this website for your travel. This is a scam. I booked last week with a price of $1091. When I was paying, it said that my card didn't go through. Then I received an email that says, there was an error from the airline and they wanted to charge me 1277 for an alternate route. OMG, in the first place, if they are really legit they should be updated with all of the prices with the airlines. I can't believe it. So I just cancelled at that very moment I talked to them. I just wasted my time. Their name should be CheapFAKEGuru. And look at the reviews, it's a pity, everyone gave them 1 star. How about that?

    This is the worst of the worst Airline ticket CheapfairGuru, I make the purchased 2 airline tickets cost $1056.43 each, I called the same day to cancel the tickets because we have issue with Visa over sea, the customer is very rude and liar, told me in 2 weeks to refunds the money, as I wrote this comment after 2 months they never did. They scam airline tickets and steal money. I talked to the bank about the dispute and get back the money, CheapshitGuru said I have to call the bank about $156, not sure with this money for and they will refund my airline tickets. so I talked to the bank but they not sure what this money for. this is another liar with me and to call the bank.

    I thought I was getting good prices on my ticket but 4 days before my flight got notice my flight time changed per the airline and was charged $50 per ticket for the change! I requested a refund twice since this was not my choice but the airline and they just referred to their policy. What a crock!! Don’t use this service! I wish I would have checked these reviews first as I see I am not the only one 😡

    I wish I will be able to rate them 0 .This agent is a typical scam and a fraud. don't be deceived by slightly lower price they offer you at first when you shop around. I purchased 2 tickets in Feb 2021 to Indianapolis and paid the full amount. Just a week before our flight which was on April 23 I received an e mail which said there is a little change to the flight schedule but I checked our flight time and there was no change. (During this time I tried many times reaching out to them by phone but never was able talking to them because they never answer their phone.) in the e mail they said if I do not agree to change then they will cancel my flight( literally they threaten me to be agree with them). Then I thought ok that is fine maybe they are making a little mistake and I replied yes I still agree with " the change" . then just 2 days before the flight they overcharged me in amount of 100 $ without my authorization and in another e mail they said that charge was because of "change fee" that I never requested. Long story short it has been a fight back and forth between this scam/fraud company, myself and my credit card company . I will win because my documentation is very strong. Of course is not about the money at first . I am going after them to teach them a good lesson. Please be aware of this scam..... very very very bad experience....... such a waste of my precious time with these scams

    Tried 3 times to book a flight and 3 times they said it didn't go through. So I went to another site and booked my flight with no problem. Then 30 minutes later I get an email saying they booked me. So I called them to cancel that flight. This was all within an hour. So they cancelled the flight after saying I would owe $100 for the change which was a complete lie as with airlines you have 24 hours to cancel. When that didn't work for them they decided to charge my credit card $30 for an agency service fee. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. I have no plans on paying a bogus charge like that. I would never use them again. Horrible horrible customer service. I had to give them one star before I could post this. They don't deserve any stars.

    A zero is to high of a rating for these characters. I thought logged into CheapTickets.com. It was only after I purchased the ticket on April 19, 2022 that I realized it was CheapFareGuru. I did it reluctantly because I needed a flight immediately. The ticket was charged to my card but not finalized until I paid another processing fee which I did pay only after having a difficult conversation with a very rude representative. He acted as if I was an inconvenience because I had questions about the addition fees. I had to cancel my flight due to an increase in covid numbers in the state I was traveling to. It took several calls to try to either get credit or my money back. I finally was able to have my bank cancel the transaction. I never took the flight. Today July 8, 2022 I received a charge for another $626.02 from CheapFareGuru. Needless to say my call to correct this and issue and get my money back was unsuccessful. I was again greeted by a rude representative that basically told me to talk to my bank or their legal department. Be aware of these crooks!!!

    I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews. I’m usually pretty easy to please, but they practically swindled my mom after trying to cancel our flight 1 day after booking. Apparently the tickets are non refundable after exactly 24 hours. Which I can understand if you’re running a company that cares more about the money than the customer experience. And if you want your money back bad enough, they offer only a small portion of your money back in credit (yup, not even the entire amount you spent)…and only after writing another email down and then jumping through a few hoops. So if you spent $200 on an airline, expect only $40 back in credit after spending quite a lot of time on calls and emails. I really hope this company changes their ways.

    WATCH OUT!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR! For all people out there. do not contact or work with this company. they are scam and dishonest. I bought a ticket from them a while ago . 4 hours before my flight I found out the ticket is invalid and I can not use it to fly. I called them to tell them what is happening. they put me on hold for almost an hour. they kept transferred me to one to another. could you imagine how much stress I had as my my 12 year old daughter that I have not seen her for 2 years is waiting for me overseas. all stay and car rental booked and paid then I found out I do not have a ticket. they took the money not just once but 2 times because they have my credit card. I am in process to sue them. please DO NOT do business with them. AND NEVER TURST THEM.

    TRASH!!!! This company should really be shut down. First for its disgusting customer service. Second for having you wait on hold while they pick up the phone 5 times so far then reroute your call to a person who asks for the booking number like she is going to help you then bounces you back into the queue. As a virtual assistant, my client booked with you. Now i finally get through to someone and this guy is a COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!!! I have a credit of 182.96 and if I book the flight on their website fresh the ticket is $363 round trip. This agent tells me that the ticket is $680. I am a travel agent helping someone out and so I have scanned every single airline and no one has a rate over $400 right now for this itinerary. You book through Frontier and their ticket rate is $256 round trip. Stop trying to SCAM people! You are such a disgrace! Not only that, I had to ask the agent to stop yelling at me when I am trying to understand what is going on, and he completely ignores me. WOW

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I just sat on hold for over an hour to try to make changes only to be told that it will cost over 700.00 to make the change. Well I am looking at the flights on the American Airlines website and I said how can it cost that much to change the difference in the flight is only 189.00 to change?! The operator hung up on me. I called back and didn't want to sit on hold for another hour so I pressed one for new reservations and wow they answered first ring and refused to help me!!! What a total shady, racket of an operation. The money you save booking through them is most definitely not worth it take your business elsewhere and steer clear of CheapFareGuru. Update: In response to the business reply. I was told that it would cost over 700.00 to change and then was hung up on! Your hold times and customer service is despicable. The multiple 1 star reviews are on point and accurate per my experience. I have contacted the airlines and paid $50.00 to change my ticket to be handled under the airline directly and made the necessary changes. Will never do business with your company again.

    I just booked two R/T with this site; one in mid-August and one for the end of September. This is for my daughter's bridal shower and then her wedding. The website was really easy to use; but now that I am seeing all the bad reviews; I am worried. I will post a new review after my first/second trips! Staying positive that all will go well!

    Found old emails from the trip I booked with this company back in 2016 and just came on here to see if this scam company was still in business and was MIND BLOWN to see that they still are! They tried to take out the ticket price from our accounts MULTIPLE times but thankfully the bank alerted us and locked our account before they could steal our money. I remember trying to call them several times and them taking forever to answer calls and then hanging up on us. And no response via email. Someone shut this company down!

    I use this third-party travel site and my outbound flight was canceled I purchased additional services as well as insurance for my in and outbound flights when my flight was canceled the travel services did absolutely nothing for me and I had to make arrangements on my own to get to my destination without any help from the travel services department that in the description claim to assist with missing flights or cancelled flights. Furthermore after I purchase travel insurance it's still took five weeks and several calls of which I was on hold for upwards of 30 minutes each and every time I called before I spoke to someone before I would eventually get a refund over a month later

    They are making fraud and waste our time in waiting to reach customer support. The helpline service is very very poor I waited 2 hours to reach them. I was so foolish that I did read any of the reviews. Right now I'm in the same stations as others customers had. I keep tracking my flight very thing was good to go and at the last moment, I received an email from them that my flight is delayed for some reason and when I double-check my flight confirmation code the flight disappeared means they cancel my registration without knowing me this is terrible and also they charge me $75. Now I book another ticket from my expense. They deserve ZERO star!!

    This company is a SCAM! They are not worthy of 1 star! (I could not submit post without checking 1 star) They did an unauthorized charge on 5/12/21 to our credit card for $200 When we called Customer Service they lied saying it was the airlines charge. We went to American Airlines directly and they said there was no such charge. Don't let the cheap price fool you as you will likely experience false charges and poor Customer Service after waiting on hold for hours. This company is a scam & I would stay away James K & family

    Rudest customer service and most manipulative company I have ever dealt with in my life! They tried to charge me for travel insurance I opted out of and did not show that until my credit card information was already in. When contacting customer service to cancel they did offer to waive that insurance but only after calling me a liar and trying to charge me $50 to cancel the trip. Please do yourself a favor and book directly through the airline sites turns out it's just as cheap there.

    They need to investigate this company. Bunch of scammers. I should be able to give 0 stars. No customer service. They cancel your ticket and charge you a fee so you can reschedule again to be charged. Long hours wait on the phone to get through to someone and when you do you get cut off. Uurrrr.     Please do not use. They charged an additional $461 to change reservations same as original fare. I specifically asked if I could change reservations and they said yes w\o additional charges. I asked to speak to manager and he said he was the mgr. I asked how many employees worked there he said about 2,000. They charged me another $50 because Delta charged the time by 5 minutes. They lied and tricked you by telling you to respond to their emails and then telling you agreed to all these changes. Very poor customer service and taking money with all the changes. Called Delta and they agreed and said they would never charge those fees.

    Made reservations in July for flight in September. Called several time in August and 1st of September to make sure all was OK. Was put on hold for over 30min each time and finally gave up. 24 hours before flight I log in to get boarding pass. Message that it was" not possible at this time " I found another phone number and was told my reservationhad been cancelled. I was promised vouchers for a future flight. Haven't seen those. I asked for a print out of when and who canceled my reservation because I had cancelation insurance.Again, nothing. I was scammed! Don't use them!

    Company is a fraud. Three weeks after making the reservation, the agency sent me the note that the airline slightly changed my flight schedule. I agreed with that in an email to Cheapflightguru. Following week this company charged my credit card for 20 dollars for that change. I complained to the agent that I did not request it and asked them to refund me this fee . He adamantly refused to give me any credit and ransom me to bill 150 dollars instead of 20 already charged, claiming he has the right to do so if he wants. I did not expect to deal with fraudsters like this company. Never dealt with them, especially when they charged me 40 dollars more than the airline directly.

    I wish I had read the reviews before booking on their website. I found out that my first flight out of NY was canceled on my way to the airport. The airline staff told me that because I bought my ticket via a third party, the airline could not make any changes, only Cheapfareguru could. I called them and the guy who answered the phone did not help find a solution at all. He kept saying to me that I was not listening to him and that there was nothing he could do. I purchased the insurance which should allow for any unforeseen changes when I bought the tickets. He just kept telling me that there was nothing he could do and that I would need to pay a lot more if I wanted new tickets. He was rude, unsympathetic; the worst customer service honestly.

    Horrible service, rude and technician refused to let me speak to manager. Save yourself a headache and buy your ticket directly from the airlines. They decided to charge by CC a cancellation fee for incomplete transaction. I would give them -10 stars.

    Do not use this company. They will rip you off. If the flight is canceled by the airlines, they will only refund part of your money back. I had to call several times and wait on line and each time they said they will send my refund. Now they tell me they are only giving $250 back when I paid $295. Don’t be fooled by low prices on their website; it’s not worth it!!

    I should have read all these reviews before booking with them. no proper communication and the matter unresolved. I booked a flight on the 18th and had to cancel on the 19th. Called them an took for ever to get someone. Once after an hour waiting had to pay a fee for cancelling. Thought it was all set until I was notified by the airline that my flight was boarding. mind you it should have been cancelled, Called them to clear this up and they claim they had no recording or information about my previous cancellation. Very poor customer service and even worse follow through to make sure travelers are all set... Never again...

    Very dishonest company. They did not disclose at the time or booking that the connecting flight airport was different from what was stated. After I paid for my flight, they provided a disclaimer that the connecting flight airport changed and that I am responsible for getting my luggage and arranging my own transportation to another airport. The only way to cancel the flight was to call them. When I called them, I used the option to cancel my reservation and was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone answering. I called again and this time picked the option to make a new reservation and someone picked up right away. I asked to cancel my flight and they confirmed that it has been canceled, but have not received my confirmation email yet.

    I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get through to anybody at this place by phone and email with no response, really weird, no response whatsoever, to change my flight ? it's really unbelievable, use someone else if your thinking of using this ticket agency, Thank you for the quick response I hope we can get this issue resolved, someone called me finally and I was able to change my flight, but it wasn't cheap, I bumped up my rating because they did make a number of calls in order to reach me .

    Just say NO!, found the perfect flight and booked it, then got txt msg 4 days before flight, it's been changed. The return trip was being changed from leaving from different airport. It's 1.5hr away from purchased airport. I called and after 30min on hold, talking to someone out of the USA. Got it put back the way I purchased the tickets. In a nutshell, they found something cheaper and was going to reroute us and blame it in the airlines. They were to keep the difference and screw the customer. Just say NO to these Crooks.

    After booking a flight using this platform I against better judgement took a returning connecting flight. Then I received an email stating that my departing flight was changed. This isn't what I wanted and can't afford to change my arrival time. Now I'm told there is no refund. NOTE TO SELF DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES...

    When airline changed the airport with free because of immigration restriction (covid) this cheapfareguru will charged you $150 even its not our fault.. why do you charged us if its coming from the japan airlines restrictions that they can changed the airport without a fee? All you want is money money money coming from your customer.. why dont you take care of your customer without a hassle. You are the only travel agency wants money money money even its coming from the japan airlines that no fee when they changed the airport bcoz of their restrictions. We didnt asked you to changed if its not important!! And i always calling your everyday for 2 weeks just to asked you to call the japan airlines about our inbound airport narita -haneda but it took so long to fixed the issue!! You all just did was email the japan airlines you think they will reply on your message.. they are waiting you to call them but you are lazy lousy travel agency and then you will charged us of $150 because its already fixed by japan airlines!! How scam you are.. we will never ever buy a ticket from you.. there are more better travel agency without any hassle!! This is our first and last to buy a ticket.. so toxic!!!

    Very shady business practice. The only way to cancel your booking is by calling them. Called their 24/7 customers service several time. Waited for hours, no sign of any agent. Later I cancelled it through the airlines website. Still not convinced about the refund. They charged $40 for platinum services. I don’t expect to get that back. They loaded Trustpilot with bot reviews. All I'm saying is that RUN from these SCAMMERS for your own good.

    Booked a flight… after the money was withdrawn from account, then they put my ticket on hold. Contacted them a was told my address was incorrect (which my bank confirmed it was the correct address… asked speak with a manager and was put on a 40 minute wait until they disconnected me. Which they sent me a cancellation notice which they charged me… yes my bank confirmation my address to be correct… either they totally screwed up or I was scammed… no problem booking another flight with a different company…. Be careful…

    I just have a very bad experiences with these people. She won’t let us cancel the flight since they lied about the prices, she keep asking why we want to cancel the flight like do I need to explain that to you? No you just scammed me I don’t want it anymore I want to cancel it plain and simple. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

    Despite all above 1 star , my expirence was very good. Yes There is lot of waiting on phone (so it is with all other airline United, AA, SW, Qatar etc). But they do make efficient changes and card processing. Morris, George and other helped me. I cancel tkt and book lower price and got refund. The problem mentioned are all normal with all the airlines. I am happy to give 5 . Jitendra

    I booked a flight with this company 6/12/2023. The person I talked to said they needed to call me back with the flight itinerary because they were trying to get a reservation for me. Days later I called them back and the person said they had reserved a flight with Southwestern. The cost would be 441.96, which i thought was a good price. When I received my credit card statement I found a 16.37 charge. I later found out it is "Eros Tours and Travel Inc Agency Booking fee). If I had known this I would not have used this company. I also paid 20.84 for insurance so I could cancel the flight if something happened that I could not make it. Now reading all of the reviews I am wondering if I made the right choice. Just praying all goes well and I don't get scammed.

    Changed our flight after we paid and a 40 minute layover in Chicago turned into a six hour layover. They don't indicate if there will be a charge but if you don't reply to the email you will lose the flight. Customer service doesn't answer and the song while on hold is agitating. 24/7 chat says they are off line and to send an email...I'm assuming we won't get a reply or they will charge us according to others on this forum....never again.

    Airline rescheduled our flight by an hour and was charged $100 by cheapfareguru. Was promised a call back by a supervisor and never happened. Next time we'll go through airline directly or one of many other sites. Definitely wouldnt use again. Make sure to read the fine print. They can really get you.

    SCAM. DO NOT USE!! Every time there is a slight change in the flight, then can charge $25.00 per person extra fee. Once they have your credit card number, they automatically take out the money. They do not make this clear when you book your flight. Also, they make it hard to create an account from which you can track the amount they are charging. Their website shows a four star review. This website shows a 1.5 with 105 reviews.

    My mother bought tickets for October through this aggregator. The airline changed the flights and this company FRAUDULENTLY charged by mother's credit card for $100. We called United and they confirmed there should be NO CHARGE. My mom is disputing this charge with her credit card and reporting this vendor as a fraudulent vendor. DO NOT use this company. They are a complete scam.

They are here to rip you off, zero customer service, even tho you wanna cancel flight within 24 hours they will charge you, they will re-route your call to other department since you are cancelling.     Wish I could give a rating lower than a one star rating. This company has horrific customer service practices. They impose ridiculous fees even when it is beyond the customer's control. In June, I booked two flights to Israel for April 2024. The airline canceled all flights indefinitely, but waived their reschedule and cancellation fee. But not cheap fare guru, they are charging us $150 for this cancelation. Don't use this Scam outfit! $46 to book, but a $150 fee because the airline canceled is ridiculous!!! I emailed 5 times and received 4 replies, all replies attempting to justify this ridiculous fee. I find it appalling that this outfit is looking to increase profits under this situation. Dear owner, nothing changed! Disputed Cc charge, do the right thing!

    Customer service is NONexistant. Yes they pay people but they do not give the service you ask for. It is now 4 phone calls and 6 reps and a weeks worth of emails. Last rep actually confirmed that the flight was cancelled and said to wait 48 hours so they could confirm the refund was sent to them. I have a copy of the confirm from the airline. It is now a week and they have had the refund for almost a month!!!

    Deceptive billing practices for Canadians. Booked a flight an Air Canada and it was only when I received my invoice was I aware that they were quoting the trip in US dollars. Very disappointed with sales practice. Never use again and never recommend. Period

    Terrible customer service, waited 35minutes just to tell me that even if I cancel the same day which I did, I won't get back "Travel Assist" charge and they charged additional $23 for something that wasn't list and they said I won't get those two charges back only the flight charge. It did not say that when I booked! Do not do any business with them, they are very shady and unprofessional!

    I will never use a cheap airline like this one again. Booking the trip isn’t the problem, just wanting to do a name change is where my problem comes in at. I don’t see what the big deal is just to change a passengers name but you will charge $50 to cancel the previous passenger name, it’s not like you’re not getting your money. What’s the big deal about letting another individual use that bought ticket and especially if it’s a family member. And the icing on the cake is if the original ticket holder can’t even make a flight using the credit of your original paid ticket by the next year, you just lost your money all together. This is a sure way to get hard working people money, things in life happens and plans change, sometimes good ones and sometimes bad ones (plans).

    I would give it a minus rating if I could. SCAM SCAM SCAM! How this company is allowed to stay in business speaks to carelessness on the part of regulators. Lies, additional undisclosed fees, hanging up on phone calls, "tricks" to justify their position ( e.g. you authorized the change by the airline. Yes - I did because you said I would loose my ticket if I didn't. However, I did not authorize the undisclosed $50 fee that went with the ticket change.) Then you have to expend GREAT EFFORT to get out from under their hold.

    Cheap fare guru will send an email out after the airlines changes your flight schedule. The email sounds as though if you don’t recalibrate your ticket with them you loose your flight and they charge you$50.00 or up to $75.00 for their service, which I found out you didn’t need to do. After the fact. It’s very misleading the email they send on Flight status change stating you might loose your flight. When airlines make changes they reschedule you so you don’t need to recalibrate your ticket, it’s scam for them to charge a service fee!! It’s horrible when you confront them, they say it’s per their policy. Well Expedia, Travelocity, Priceline, etc , don’t do this!!! Never use again!!!!!! Something out of your control!!!!!!!

    This company should be called “Screwyouguru”, because that what they will do. I mistakenly booked a flight on Frontier with this awful company and a few weeks before my departure, Frontier changed my departure time from 10:30am to 6:00am. Imagine what time you must arrive at the Atlanta airport for a 6am international flight. Cheapfareguru charged me $50 because Frontier changed the departure time. Then they have the audacity to say they can make an unauthorized charge to your credit card because of their fine print! Buyer beware! I say one should always book through the airline - I am sorry I didn’t in this case.

    I have never posted a negative review, but this time I have to so as to caution consumers against this FRAUD company. All the reviews posted here are true and I wish I had read them before booking with this company. I booked a flight through them 3 months early thinking that I am all set. They provided a good rate not available anywhere else. My nightmare began 2 weeks prior to the flight when I put in my confirmation number on airline website and saw completely different flights and a missed connection. When I called the airline, they told me that the change was made by Cheapfareguru and I need to contact them. It took me 2+ hours to reach customer service and with much difficulty they understood that there was a missed connection and told me the only option now will be to take the international flight a day earlier so as to make the same domestic connection. My original 22 hours flight was changed to 40 hours flight, with 16 hours layover. When I told them that I was not happy with this change, they simply told to either take this or miss your flight. Following this 2 hours of call with the customer service, I got an email with threatening language of either accept the option they are providing or miss the flight. Tired of dealing with them for hours, I accepted the 40 hours flight. Two days after I notice $75 charge on my credit card! On contacting them, they simply kept repeating that this is their reissuance fee which they pay to the provider. Nowhere in the 2 hours call with customer representative, or in the email persuading me to accept the change, was there ever a mention of $75 fee! This is clearly a SCAM to trap customers by changing the flight behind their back, and then charging them $75 to reissue the ticket, without their knowledge or approval. Had I been informed about this fee, I would have never went head with this rebooking, which caused me loss of one day's pay by departing a day early + booking a hotel for 16 hours layover. This is not what I signed up for, this is not what I paid for. I am not sure how such companies are allowed to operate in USA. I am reporting them for fraud.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Charged extra $50.00USD for a changed of the flight schedule in which the travel agent lied that the Airlines made the changed. I did not requested the changes to the flight booked and yet my credit card was charged extra $50.00USD unauthorized. The travel agent said that the fee is for re-validation fee. The travel agent FAILED to inform me that there's a fee of $50.00. The booking date was October 14, 2023 departing on December 17, 2023. All of a sudden the travel agent send and email and leave a message on my voicemail on December 11, 2023. Contacted the Airlines and I was being told that they did not do any changes to the flight. It is a misrepresentation because I was not informed that there's a fee. I could have called the Airlines directly to confirm my flight to avoid such charged.

    I am scheduled to fly out this weekend, booking my tickets last night. I became skeptical about this agency after receiving 3 calls after 11:30pm, immediately after booking my tickets. The rep stated my payment did not go through, when actually I was looking at my payment confirmation. The rep wanted me to reprocess a payment with him over the phone, I had refused and let him know I was uncomfortable with the call to begin with. He called back 5min later telling me my payment went through successfully and there was a delay on their side 🤔 I truly hope that there isn’t any inconvenience had this weekend as my trip is very important to me. I rated 3 stars giving a benefit of doubt, the customer service call at nearly midnight (EST) and a 1.3 overall average company rating isn’t good. I do hope they can better they’re reputation giving that the advertised prices and booking process was fair, however, I will hold off on spreading the word for now.

    This agency is a BIG SCAM. The terms and conditions are out of this world. There was a minor change to my flights (2 hours delay/not even requested by me) and they charged $75 per ticket. After learning their terms & conditions, I decided to cancel my tickets, and they charged $300 per ticket. I still don't have any refunds, yet. Customer service is terrible...hung up on me a couple of times, and spoke to me like I am a prisoner. BAD BUSINESS. Stay away from using this airline agency.
