I would like to share my experience of the service. Never been so disappointed. Our sales assistant Leslie showed her unwillingness to help us with her whole appearance, she did not answer questions, but only dealt with personal matters on her phone, rolling her eyes at any question. It was very rude and I immediately wanted to leave. But I came to find earrings and asked her if there was something available, she immediately answered - no, without even looking at the back room. It was really very insultingly for me to feel such an attitude and I found another assistant by myself and asked him about the earrings. He was nice and immediately checked if the earrings were available. Why didn't Leslie want to sell it to me or even see if they are available? I bought earrings but did not enjoy the purchase at all, but only ruined the day. Waiting for your respond why such people work in your company? Cashiers at Ralph’s are much more polite and friendly. And tell her that it’s not appropriate to chew the gum while she speaks to the customer!

The worst sales ever and let me explain why: It doesn’t matter whether you scheduled an appointment or not, the staff is just one step away from rolling their eyes. They are the most impatient of any luxury brand. There have been two instances where I was still going to look around and the staff said “you’re welcome” with a fake smile (I haven’t even said thank you yet!) and apparently wanted us to leave. How nice of Cartier to train its employees like this. I don’t think it depends on the individual salesperson because not only people working in this Cartier but those working in Irvine is just as rude. I would say that there has only been one somewhat nice salesperson out of the 5 that I have talked with. If you wanna see how ridiculously rude they are, I definitely recommend a visit! It’s almost funny now that I think about their facial expressions and behaviors.

Store was open, we checked in and asked for a bracelet cordon replacement. They said to take a seat and wait a bit. 20 minutes later no one showed. We clearly see around 10 employees waiting to help client but no one helped us. Hopefully, they will work to improve the customer service.

I’d like to share my experience trying to pick up my cartier bracelet after a repair. The staff was impolite, unhelpful, and made me wait a total of 2 hours to simply pick up a bracelet that was already paid for. I don’t live close to Beverly Hills so the wait was extremely inconvenient. They also don’t offer appointments so the only way to speak with any staff member is to walk-in and then wait for hours. For such a high class brand the customer service was extremely disappointing and has definitely tainted my view of Cartier.

They sold me a display piece that was already scratched and then wouldn’t refund my money when I changed my mind after wearing it for a total of 30 min. If you have such high standards for returns then you should have the same standards for the pieces you sell and not sell jewelry that has been tried on by tons of people. And if it scratched in the 30min I wore it around my neck then that speaks to the poor quality products they sell. Makes sense that all my other Cartier pieces lose their shine with such minimal wear. Low quality jewelry and even worse customer service. You’ve lost a long time customer.

I went here with my boyfriend on my birthday. We could have ordered online but I wanted to experience it in person. We knew exactly what we wanted to purchase before going in. We went to this location thinking it would be an amazing experience but sadly we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I would give zero stars if I could. We walked in and were “greeted” by the man at the front desk. He was Caucasian with blond hair. Maybe he was having a rough day but he sure seemed like he had a lot of attitude for no reason. He told us to wait until someone could help us. We walked around and looked at a few things in the meantime. We were not offered the same service as some of the others in the store who were also shopping. We were never once asked if we wanted any water etc. We did not get a warm greeting, or even a SMILE! Then the sales person came. His name is Albert Ahmadrahimov. He is the one who “helped us”. This was such poor customer service. He rushed us, give attitude, he was condescending and made us uncomfortable! We will never come back to this location. I hope these workers (ALBERT and the front desk guy) get some coaching on proper customer service and maybe Cartier can tell their workers to smile and act like they like their job. We also tried on wedding bands and Albert seemed hesitant to let me try them on. Almost like he didn’t want to hand them to me to try it on. Very disappointed! I hope to find another location where I don’t experience this otherwise we will just have to order online. But seriously this was the most pathetic experience ever! I would have never expected this from Cartier. These workers give Cartier a bad reputation and name. Cartier please hire wisely!

The most disgusting Cartier boutique ever, I bought a Cartier Trinity Bracelet and they didn't even give me the bracelet box! I'm shocked, they put my purchase in a very small bag that looked like a duster, in other stores in Europe they give the whole set, with their branded bracelet box! I'm shocked! never buy anything from Cartier on Rodeo Drive!

Their customer service by phone and their in-store customer service are vastly night and day. The phone rep says one thing then when you make the effort and show up at the store in this location, they treat you like you’re not important or even acknowledged. This is mainly the reason why I love luxury items but never purchase nor want to deal with the Beverly Hills retails because of their attitudes. This is so shameful and sad that anyone even needs to deal with this type of behavior. Patrick who claims to be an assistant manager is very condescending and rude. Refused to pass me along to his manager when asked to and was arguing with me about how long I was waiting. Has the service industry been so horrible that we not only have to pay inflation charges but deal with rude and u helpful associates in the process. As soon as you complain, they are quick to advise that they don’t like your tone. This is disgusting behavior and intolerable by anyone. Where is the quality control of your employees. I don’t need to be schooled by Patrick nor do I appreciate his childish tone. Speak like a professional and not like a squeaky child. The store is literally almost empty and a bunch of people twiddling their thumbs but they’re too good to actually help customers in a timely manner. They just want to create an illusion that they’re busy. Ughh….even though this is 2 blocks away from me, I now have to go to another further away location so I can actually get the adequate help I need. UPDATED TO REPLY.... I called the Beverly Hills store and inquired about getting my love bracelet looked at as it keeps coming off on its own several times in the past 10 days. The gentleman informed me to go into the store then and they can see me right away so I left work and went. I had to approach Patrick to check in and his fake smile and squeaky voice was not only annoying but condescending. Without an expression of understanding kept repeating in monotone that there is a wait and the phone rep is not physically in the store so they wouldn’t know. When questioned why would you have a system set up that way to confuse and waste the client’s time, he kept repeating the same paragraph and looking at me blankly. He said the wait is about 20 minutes. I waited about 38 minutes and went up to him again and I mentioned it’s been 40 minutes and there is still waiting involved, he became combative and disrespectful by sternly schooling me that it hasn’t been 40 minutes since it was 38 minutes. He was disrespectful and honestly not a kind person to be in the service industry with no skills to diffuse a situation or patience. Then when I asked to speak with his manager, he shockingly and again passive aggressively mentioned how he is a manager. Basically, he refused me the client to speak with his manager and neglected to assist me in a kind manner. The fact that I’m a paying client and have to take this kind of abuse from a bitter and unhappy and unqualified employee is unacceptable. This is the type of behavior your establishment is promoting is gross. I’m not going to stand down to take this type of behavior. I will never return to your stores again until I get an apology from this unprofessional individual. I will be contacting all media outlets and BBB regarding this until you take action. This is not okay!!!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cartier recently. I walked in looking for a gift, but left almost in tears because of how rude the sales associate, Mina, was to me. From the moment I walked in, Mina's attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. She made it clear that my presence was an inconvenience to her, and showed no interest in helping me with my request. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my recent visit to Cartier. I left feeling frustrated and dejected, with no desire to return to the store. I hope that the management at Cartier will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that their customers receive the high level of service they deserve. My experience at Cartier was extremely disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering shopping there to be wary of the poor customer service they may encounter.

My wife and I were reassured by an employee that someone would help us at the women's watches display; however, after 15 minutes of waiting for assistance, we up and left. We were disappointed by the poor customer service.

Very poor service, I brought my sun glasses with manufacturing defect and it was taken to Houston and brought back without a resolution. They said it is not been manufactured anymore and thus, they couldn’t replace my defected glared lens of my sun glasses. I raised a complaint in Arizona Fashion Square and they asked me to bring it back after I flew back to my country!

We came in earlier today and walked out with a set of earrings we purchased for my girlfriend on her birthday. Decided to walk in the store to have her get the full experience but walkout out somewhat flustered with the customer service. Was greeted by a gentleman who was sarcastic and then waited for about 20 mins to be helped by Albert Ahmadrahimov who seemed like he was rushing the process. Did not get his name until we looked at the transaction however throughout the whole process we felt rushed and pushed to the side for reasons unknown. Was asked if we had these earrings before sarcastically and if he needed any help he told us to contact help and he didn't have much to answer. Was first told he didn't have the particular set then suddenly found a pair in the back. Was not offered water let alone our name until the purchase was made or if we were making a purchase for a particular occasion while others had champagne and water. I would recommend online orders going forward and not dealing with the drama some of these sales reps push on their customers.

Masayo was hands down a gift from god! We came into the store right before flying home from our vacation, she helped us pick out the perfect ring and exceeded our expectations, especially the follow up afterwards! Thank you Masayo!

Lola is the best! Everyone should come shop with her. One of the kindest and helpful sales associates I have worked with in any luxury store. She genuinely cares and wants to help you get whatever you want. Sent a few people to her and everyone had the same to say. Highly recommend!

Bought a 1k pair of glasses with lifetime guarantee except did you know you have to wait EIGHT MONTHS FOR THEM TO TIGHTEN A SCREW? JOKERS! I'll never buy anything more significant from this brand, ever. Wonder if your PR department will also think this is a joke.

Lola, at the Beverly Hills location did a wonderful job! Her supportive and service on delivering the item I was looking for made my shopping experience fantastic. I have shopped at many BH retailers and this by far is the best experience I have had. Thank you!

Went there to buy a bracelet. I had to use the restroom, the sales woman insisted that I hold it till the transaction was done. The fantasy and luxury of Cartier is gone. This was my first luxury purchase that I have ever made for myself. In the words of my fiancé “even suit supply will let you pee and offer you something to drink”. Will never buy anything from there again. I was really upset by my experience and the lack of knowledge of the rep. I was told the bracelet was $7200, wanted to get out of there so badly I didn’t notice it was $7300. Not worth it. I’m debating returning it.

Had two fabulous experiences here. First was the determined and kindly Rita who patiently got my stuck rings off my finger. And then her help with the resizing. And then with sunny sweet Tiffany who helped us pick put a 10 year anniversary diamond ring. Was a memorable day. Thank you, both!!!

Sometimes visiting a luxury boutique feels intimidating. There's a velvet rope, a ton of security, you think everyone has more money than you do (they might - but it's the guy in the crummy Levis who's loaded, not the TikTok kid in the rented Lambo). Sometimes you come to Cartier to pick out your wedding bands, or in my case an anniversary gift. And every time you look at your watch realizing that you're late, you remember how very lucky you are to have married a wonderful man who has suffered your *schedule* for half a lifetime. Cartier's timepieces are beautiful and elegant, and mine stands up nicely to a fair bit of abuse. Sometimes your visit a jewelry store because things are broken or stolen or maybe you need to get paperwork in order to insure your investments. Sometimes you are totally overwhelmed with paperwork and it shows on your face and you look like a pauper and forget things and show up late, but you show up anyhow and find yourself disheveled upstairs at Cartier on Rodeo. Instead of dismissing you, Maureen and Xavier will offer you water, champagne, or coffee, and then a tissue because your eyes water a little at these unexpected kindnesses. Not because these gestures are so grand, but because in this bizarre setting, an homage to indulgence, two separate people have seen your discomfort and, with absolutely nothing to gain and time and commissions to lose, they simply offer comfort. The jewelry is timeless and always appropriate. The experience of ownership is unparalleled here on Rodeo Drive, there is no pretension here, a feat to be sure. I cannot imagine a more perfect boutique.

Came in here to service a ring. They only do cleanings here, everything else is shipped to New York and takes ages. Figured I’ll go to the New York 5th ave location myself. All the staff can’t be bothered with anything, prying eyes and attitudes are all you’ll encounter here. Don’t expect European service

Had a terrible experience at the BH store recently. I’d made an appointment with an SA since it was first time at this store. I was flying back to Seattle that evening. I purchased the Love Bracelet and when I got home, realized that he had given me the incorrect box for the bracelet (it did not have the space for the screwdriver) so I’m assuming it was a JUC box. Also, the screwdriver was thrown into the bag, and was dirty and scratched (so clearly used). I’d already returned to WA and since there is no Cartier in WA state, I was told there’s nothing they could do! Shocking for such a high end store!

Not happy with the service received in store yesterday. I went in to ask about santos watch, I have asked the salesperson if the bezel scratches easily. Response was condescending “it’s a steel watch so of course it would scratch”. Then I went on to ask about the polishing cost of the bezel after purchase of needed, where her response was “not much” failing to provide me with a reasonable answer. Overall I didn’t think they were helpful or professional and need to pay attention to addressing customer questions in a more professional way. On the positive side, I was greeted by a nice sales assistant at the entrance.

Editing after business replied: I’ve reached out on Yelp and your customer survey and given my contact info and was not contacted. When I call I’m place on hold. I love Cartier. I love their bracelets and collect them. But when I tell you I absolutely hate coming into this store. The employees are rude and honestly I feel like I'm at a mall jewelry store. I came in to pick up a love bracelet I had shipped to the store. They had no box, no bag. I had to ask for a certificate. I even had an appointment and they were still clueless and couldn't find the bracelet. At no point did I get offered water... anything. They just let me sit there. When I did get my bracelet I asked for a cleaning kit. They said they had none. I had no dust bag given to me. It was worst experience. From now on I will buy online or at a different store. What an awful experience that should have been luxurious. Corporate needs to take note, it's a bad look. It used to be such a fun event to go treat myself to a nice piece of jewelry. Also just an update and further proof of their awful customer service there hasn’t been a single follow up or apology from cartier.

Nice boutique and had excellent service thanks Mina. The only complain I have is that they were out of travel case for the watch I bought.

Had a great experience at Cartier. Made an appointment to purchase the love wedding band. The SA was nice, and helped me purchase and get it engraved. Everything went smoothly and picked it up a couple of days later. I got great customer service. Would definitely check out this location again.
