    I made a deposit at this location 1450 w Redondo Blvd Gardena , ca of my employment check $3150 ATM ID number is ICAD4179 this machine swallowed my check and canceled the transaction. Never gave me the check back also did not produce a receipt for this transaction just a blank small paper now my account has been placed on a negative almost $2000 I’ve reported this fraudulent issue to several Bank of America representatives only to get the run around. And have been told BOFA representatives to contact my Boss who is also not responding to my issue it’s definitely fraudulent activity with this particular bank . I deposited the Same work check two weeks prior with no problem just a three day hold . But with my second deposit vanished I had to wait forty five day’s for an investigation only to receive a letter to inform me that the check couldn’t be located. Let’s be (REAL) BANK OF America is practicing fraudulent activities with there clients I’ve been banking with this fraudulent bank since 2016 and have nothing but negative comments about their practices I’m seeking legal alternatives to defend this situation , but to all who bank with this entity BOFA YOU “ should pull your funds out immediately and never use their ATM’s other then that if you like magic just watch your funds disappear before your eyes . Which will happen soon hope this helps the next person decision. Thank you for reading

    There's one teller for handicap and one teller for the rest so two tellers working during lunch hours. Obviously this branch is short staffed and I see similar complaints from others as well. The bank's response is to use the ATM or online? Obviously people are in line to talk to someone or their business cannot be handled using the ATM machine. How do we escalate this up so that there's actual changes to customer service?

    I will never waste my time with this particular Bankofamerica because it's always extremely crowded and you get very poor Customer Service Assistance which is very slow!!! This bank is also ghetto!!

    I don’t know what is guys doing. There are more than 10 people on the line. And they only have 1 cashier in the bank. What wrong with you guys? You guys have about 10 windows and only 1 guy work inside

    Lousy, lousy, lousy customer service. I even get a notification via thier app about how thier customer service was and I tell them. I get an email by the bank manager to find out what happened. I respond and I never heard back from them. It's bad enough they are selectively closing thier underperfotming locations with little to no notice. But having fewer banks only to get stupid treatment makes no sense!

    Absolutely horrible customer service! I waited over one hour for a cash withdrawal transaction. The bank manager, Viviana Gomez, did her best to provide an explanation as to why there were only TWO tellers assisting customers. While I appreciate the effort to explain the situation, the response was simply unacceptable and almost a joke. It is unimaginable how a bank as big as Bank of America can operate an organization with so little staff. There was at least 20 people waiting in line. I even took it a step further and inquired how many tellers worked on a busy day like Friday and the response was up to FOUR! You have to be kidding!! Extremely poor customer service and lack of consideration towards the customers in the area. Corporate needs to provide more staff to our local banks immediately! Another customer even commented on how she just left the bank on Rosecrans and Main and they did not have ANY staff! How is that possible?!?!

    I have never had to wait more than 45 minutes to make a deposit on the business line. seriously, I thought this was the DMV because of how long people have to wait in line just to make a deposit. the worst branch ever.

    I don’t know what happen to this place, it use to be fast and efficient, top notch costumer service, now? Now so much. Whoever is the new manager or management is doing a horrible job. I mean TERRIBLE !!! 2 hour plus waiting time for 10 people in line with 4 people at the counter. Just lame.

    Ridiculous fifty people in line only two telllers with at least ten workers. Responding to your reply comment. No I wasn't there for anything that you mentioned had to see a teller so my comment was about customers who needed to see a teller.

    Waited here For long hours. There were only 2 Tellers with 30+ people waiting in Line. What a waste of time being here. Seen comments the same thing as mine and I don’t get why the upper management are not doing anything or not fixing it.

    The fact that the reviews have been the same and hasn't been any change here at all. I was waiting in line with about 15 people plus and took more time than it had too. I was just trying to pull money out but couldn't do it at the ATM since it wasn't a small withdrawal. I was told by the teller that I could have just done it at the ATM when I clearly tried and it didn't work. Honestly the reason I was here was to close my account to prevent this issue. other Banks are better at this issue.

    Horrible long line with over 20 customers waiting and only two window open, the avg.moving speed is 1/mph… no sense of demands and lack of service. They should provide chairs for those orderly people whom been waiting for over 30 mins for “next” call.
