Kevin, the young store manager I dealt with today was extremely helpful. He is pleasant, explains things c l early and made me as a customer feel valued. We need more young people like Kevin in this world. He is a gentleman and your store should be grateful that he works and represents Mattress Firm!

I have been purchasing bedding for year's. This is the first time ever I encountered the perfect salesman. Professional, yet compassionate with concern, regarding customers budget. Has knowledge about all product and services. Very patient in letting you choose, not pushing you to buy something you don't want are need. Also, the store is nice and clean. Our experience at the Mattress Firm store was great. Our sale associate, Hannah, gave us very good information that we thought was insightful. She explained things about the wide variety of mattresses I thought helped us decide on which one was suited for our needs. A good experience overall.

The mattress product is fine. The customer service at this location needs improvement . On our first day, we completed a sleep survey; when it arrived it had no real content. The purchase rep, Hannah, misspelled out name; we asked her to correct it and she did not. We scheduled the mattress delivery 3 weeks out because we would be out of town and asked Hannah to delay the accessory delivery; we called to ask Kevin the same on the next day. Both assured us the delivery would be timed; it was not.

I needed to file a claim on a warranty I purchased for my Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm. I was mis-directed numerous times, until I met Store Manager Kevin at the Mattress Firm in Beaumont, CA. Kevin truly understands the importance of good customer service. He listened to my concerns. He made copies of my paperwork. He worked with his district manager and home office to ensure his customer was taken care of. Kevin called me two days later. He let me know my claim had been approved and wanted to know what day they could deliver my new mattress and bed frame. This was a Thursday afternoon in which he called. I had my new mattress and bed frame on Saturday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the delivery team called and let me know they could show up 2 hours earlier than scheduled if that time worked for me. It did. The delivery team was fantastic also. Albert and Rigo called me to see if I wanted an earlier delivery. I gladly accepted. They were professional. They hustled. They were thorough. They had great customer service. Thank you Store Manager Kevin! Thank you to Kevin’s District Manager! Thank you to Albert and Rigo from the delivery team! Thank you Mattress Firm!

I arrived 30mins til closing time on a Saturday night and Hannah was more then helpful, she was very welcoming. It is a rare thing to find decent customer service nowadays much less run into someone great like Hannah 💜 she got me the best deal and I left happy and confident in my purchase.

Kevin was an awesome sales agent. He took his time, explaining everything to us. His demeanor was top notch, never showing any disinterest or disrespect. He knew everything there was about any of the products Mattress Firm sold. Kevin also checked for any discounts I might have been eligible for such as for my past military service. I will definitely refer any of my family and friends to Mattress Firm.

Kevin was a great help. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding all products and individual brand features including construction materials. I understood exactly what I was buying, felt no pressure and received a great extended Labor Day sale price on my chosen mattress and adjustable frame. Very good experience.

Had a great experience here at the store the staff here is very helpful knowledgeable and we felt confident with our purchase after we left. Can’t wait to get the bed home and they’re delivering it less than 24 hours from purchase. How great is that!!! We will be buying all our beds in the future from the store. I had ordered my mattress online however the date for delivery was two weeks away I went into the store in Banning Ca. and Hanna and her Manager Kevin were awesome they redid my order got the date of delivery push up to the next day, they were awesome, they treated me more like a friend than just a customer! Hanna was the best from start to finish!!

I had an excellent overall experience at Mattress Firm showroom in Banning, CA. Very knowledgeable specialist there that answered all my questions and concerns about the mattresses and warranty. They really let you relax and test out every mattress for as long as necessary. Felt really welcomed and at home. Not pushy or short at all. Patient and thorough, they go thru the process of purchasing a mattress from start to finish. I was recommended by family to come here and I would definitely recommend someone else to buy from this location. If you’re on the fence of what to buy they will help you decide and compare mattresses with you. They address every concern that you may have to the T. Customer service online with warranty claims is also very helpful. Email communication is best. As long as you’re within the guidelines and standards of the manufacture you should be fine. Pay for the inspection is best. A little side note: Choose the right size for your body la height. And don’t go cheap! You really do get what you pay for. You’re on a mattress half of your life. The sales person, John, was very helpful and knowledgeable. What he didn't know off the top of his head, he looked up quickly. I appreciated his clear speech and that I had no trouble hearing him.

Hannah was so kind and helpful! I walked in knowing what I needed/wanted and she knew right away what would best suit my needs. I had to make some last minute delivery changes to my order and she was very accommodating with that, as well!

Kevin sold me a bed a month ago and at that time provided a great experience. Today I decided to check on pillows and I was glad to see Kevin again and again exceptional service. Got me to spend $160.00 on a pillow. OMG!!!!!

Went in to get new sheets for our split CAL king. Talked about a mattress topoer because I get very warm in bed. Ended up with beautiful new sheets that feel fabulous and are supposed to help regulate temperature. John Wayne was thorough and went to lengths to help me, also giving me good advice about rotating and switching mattresses. Happy customer me!
