A FreeElectrons.Family review: FAMILY-FRIENDLY. KID-APPROVED. Beach play and sand dunes at this pleasantly less-developed beach. There's plenty to do here with sand, sea and sun! Climb to the top of the continuously forming sand dunes and maybe see a bit of Africa. The beach is the perfect babysitter of our small children. They can runaround, fall, get dirty as they wish and it's all good, for the most part. Of course, gotta keep eyes on them and make sure they are within running reach. The best you can get out of a sand beach. The beach is clean, there’s no sea weed, and the water is clear. There’s a payed parking near. You can visit the Roman town ruins and a nearby sand dune. Unfortunately, the show wasn’t working.

This is a beautiful, rather isolated, historical beach. It is difficult to reach, but this keeps crowds away. Worth a swim.

I love this beach. It’s pure paradise and so much more than your traditional beach. Absolutely breathtaking. Absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. The gold color of the sand, the miles of beach, the desert dunes… so much fun for kids, families, couples…. You can see Africa right across. This is a beach for way more than sunbathing or swimming. So many other activities you can do for fun. The beach have a few restaurants. Parking is a nightmare so depending on the season you visit, get ready for so walking to get to the beach because their parking space get full super fast. WIND WARNING ⚠️ Check the wind on your weather app before you head to the beach. Wind can be strong here to the point it will exfoliate your skin for free in less than 5 minutes. You will feel the sand hitting your body and it hurts!

Really nice beach, no water sports, but during the summer weekends might become very crowded.

Very nice Playa. Cool to take a walk to the big dune. Don't know how crowded it is normally, but after the lockdown here are very few people.

La playa más bonita y completa de nuestra costa de la luz. Moroccan mountains in front, the latin Baelo ruines and sierra behind, a very clear water, El barro and the infinite dune on the west, unique "puesta de sol" above, and wonderful waves and white sand and very cold and healthy water.

Fantastic beach. On the north end you can climb the sand dune (there's not much to see further north, but it's a nice view looking back down on where you hiked up). The Southend of the beach is more interesting IMO... Check the tides and go there at low tide... There are natural rock pools that warm up during the day, a couple of beached fishing boats, and other coves to explore.

Lovely beach, great sand, clear water, very busy in the height of summer but long enough you can find a spot easily. Parking is super easy and cheap

Its very beautifull place but prepare for the windy weather. When its windy its hard to be on the beach.

What a beautiful beach to enjoy Spanish sun & atmosphere. Crystal clear water is suuuper refreshing & displays different shades of blue & green - - looks like in the Caribbean! Drinks, toilets & restaurants available. Also I was told that cows sometimes come down to the beach, too. However we didn't see them. There is a big sand dune on the north end of the beach, which people enjoy climbing up to get a view.

Very busy during the summer but plenty of parking places. Try to get there before noon. The beach is clean any the water refreshingly cool!
