    One stop COR. Thats all. John and their entire team are awesome. You get everything what you need. Boot camps, PT, Massage . Special Thanks to Greg(Massage Therapist). I have been coming here from many years and they alway do put their best effort to take care of patients. I would highly recommend

    EDIT: Added a star because their chiropractor and massage services were good. Don’t come for PT if you have complex injuries that have developed over time. Perhaps their programs to treat one specific injury or issue is more impactful. I tried two therapists here and the lady PT (forgot her name, a bit older) was only concerned with upselling me and was dismissive of my issues. So I came here with complex injuries as a result of playing soccer my whole life and now sitting and working on a computer during the day. They advertise as working with olympians and being the best in the business, so when I explained to them all the numerous places I was in pain I was expecting help in dealing with the root cause. Instead the PT asked ME which area I would like to focus on. I told him I don’t know and that I need his help in finding out what is actually wrong, to which he replied you have to choose an area. What is the point of having “experts” if they just want me to pick which symptoms to treat? I went in another time and they asked me if I had seen a psychiatrist and completely gas lighted me. I should have called my credit card to charge back the fee immediately then. This place is a JOKE.

    I worked with Dr. John to address hip and knee pain I was experiencing when running. Dr. John gave me a customized exercise plan to do at home to address the problem areas and only within two weeks, I started to feel much better. I'm finally able to run without experiencing any discomfort! Many thanks to COR for their awesome service!

    Update on my previous review: During the pandemic, COR provides consistent online classes and flexible access to their services according to CDC guidelines. Highly recommended! I have been going to COR boot camp for many years.The boot camp program helped me stay fit and work hard toward specific/narrow short-term goals that are stepping stones to achieve my long-term fitness goals. One thing that I can only find here at COR is amazing COR community. If you are looking for an elite level training, Dr John & his staff can provide what you are looking for. My two kids, competitive swimmers(now collegiate swimmers) have been regularly going to COR for physical therapy, strength training and performance assessment. Highly recommended!

    I got treated for pinched nerve and COR helped me recover within 2 months. I was well examined and recommended good set of exercises which helped relieve my pain and strengthen my back. The doctors listened to me carefully, tailored the treatment accordingly and answered all my questions well.

    Highly recommend COR for physical therapy and personal training. Dr. John and his team fixed my sciatica issues, which had been plaguing me for decades! Andres, their head trainer, is very knowledgeable and makes exercising fun! Thanks to his guidance, I’m much stronger than before and doing exercises that I never thought I could do. I always look forward to my sessions and interacting with the COR team, and they also do fun community events.

    This is a great place for both your medical conditions as well as group workouts. I first visited @COR when I had ankle sprain. I was treated by Dr. Erin and Dr. John, both of whom are experts in this field. What makes COR special is the care and attention you get from your doctor. After completing my sessions I joined CoR fitness classes which are in a group workout format. It's similar to CrossFit except for the risk of injury. I train with Coach Mike who is exceptionally brilliant at the coaching. I would recommend this place if you are looking for recovery from injuries or love working out in groups.

    Five years ago, when I was playing soccer, I was slide tackled and my right ankle was badly injured. After that, I had two more ankle injuries, the last time I tore the ligament in my right ankle. I've seen different physical therapists and they did give me some help, they taught me how to do basic stretching, and some exercise to help my ankle recover. However, I always feel like my ankles are uncomfortable, I Feeling hopeless even though these physical therapists told me I'm doing fine, I know my ankle is not doing well...I think I was only 50% recovered. Then I moved to the bay area, my doctor referred me to COR. When I first met Dr. John, I found him to be very professional, since I had been through several physical therapists before, I could clearly feel the difference between John and them , he soon found out that it wasn't just my ankle that had a problem, my calf, the sole of my foot, the back of my foot, my shin, after my ankle injury, were all affected. Then he gave me the Manual massage and help me to develop an exercise program( a lot of exercises) to strengthen my ankle. Since February this year, with the help of Dr. John, my ankle is recovering very well, I think I have recovered 95%, I can't believe I can recovered to this extent. I would like to say thank you to Dr. John, I will continue to follow his advice and hopefully I can get back to 100% and be able to get back on the soccer field.

    Thanks Dr John and the COR team for help fixing my stiff neck with physical therapy and exercises. I was suffering from neck pain to the point where I couldn’t move my neck without pain. I received physical therapy combined with exercises for couple of weeks and my neck pain is gone. They created a customized strength training program for me to get stronger. I started training with Priscilla who has been amazing. The staff at COR is very friendly and would highly recommend COR for recovery and general exercises.

    I highly recommend setting up a workout with Andres. As an instructor he mixes up fun with challenging work out plans and goes through the technical details with how and why should do certain workouts. An added benefit of having him as your instructor is he provides nutritional advice which as he puts it is really 50% of your personal development plan.

    I had my first appointment with Dr. Donell Babino at COR today. My first impression was very positive. Thy were professional and friendly. From the staff to the Doctors.     My experience with Donell has been great. By far the best PT I’ve had. He listens, observes and makes adjustments to exercises, constantly trying to make them better. And his hands-on approach to helping me stretch are appreciated.

    Dr John and his staff are definitely my Go To for shoulder pain that is quickly diagnosed and treated. He was highly recommended by my master's swim coach and I totally agree and recommend for any type of mobility issue.

    I pulled a muscle in my lower back and was unable to stand or sit without experiencing strong pain. I saw Dr. Donell Babino. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in providing me with the correct exercises to help my back. If I was unable to do an exercise, he was able to quickly show me another exercise that would meet my goals. I asked him a lot of questions, and he answered all of them with patience and expertise. My back is now healed. I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Donell if you need the services of a physical therapist.

    I highly recommend COR for any kind of physical therapy. I had a very bad case of tennis elbow and in just a few sessions, Dr John completely alleviated my painful elbow. It felt as if I never had any problem. Thank you ver much Dr John .

    Thank you to COR and it’s Dr. Harrison Ma I started walking again after my very bad leg injury ( I fall while riding a bike and I am in my 60th). I could not step on my leg at all and now I am walking without any limping. The set of exercise I got made my leg stronger each visit. I am able to walk stairs now and dance! I liked the gym at COR, very well equipped, staff are very friendly, no wait for my private sessions. Trainers are very professional! Would recommend this place for recovery, getting strength, every day exercises.
