Five
years
ago,
when
I
was
playing
soccer,
I
was
slide
tackled
and
my
right
ankle
was
badly
injured.
After
that,
I
had
two
more
ankle
injuries,
the
last
time
I
tore
the
ligament
in
my
right
ankle.
I've
seen
different
physical
therapists
and
they
did
give
me
some
help,
they
taught
me
how
to
do
basic
stretching,
and
some
exercise
to
help
my
ankle
recover.
However,
I
always
feel
like
my
ankles
are
uncomfortable,
I
Feeling
hopeless
even
though
these
physical
therapists
told
me
I'm
doing
fine,
I
know
my
ankle
is
not
doing
well...I
think
I
was
only
50%
recovered.
Then
I
moved
to
the
bay
area,
my
doctor
referred
me
to
COR.
When
I
first
met
Dr.
John,
I
found
him
to
be
very
professional,
since
I
had
been
through
several
physical
therapists
before,
I
could
clearly
feel
the
difference
between
John
and
them
,
he
soon
found
out
that
it
wasn't
just
my
ankle
that
had
a
problem,
my
calf,
the
sole
of
my
foot,
the
back
of
my
foot,
my
shin,
after
my
ankle
injury,
were
all
affected.
Then
he
gave
me
the
Manual
massage
and
help
me
to
develop
an
exercise
program(
a
lot
of
exercises)
to
strengthen
my
ankle.
Since
February
this
year,
with
the
help
of
Dr.
John,
my
ankle
is
recovering
very
well,
I
think
I
have
recovered
95%,
I
can't
believe
I
can
recovered
to
this
extent.
I
would
like
to
say
thank
you
to
Dr.
John,
I
will
continue
to
follow
his
advice
and
hopefully
I
can
get
back
to
100%
and
be
able
to
get
back
on
the
soccer
field.
