If possible, I should give 0 star. They received 300$ for tennis course of my kids. But when class start, they said my kids is not in name list, and refuse to re-fund all.

This gym is wonderful! The price is affordable, great classes to keep you motivated, amazing friendly staff at the desk and the best part flexible childcare with the sweet Miss Joyce! My three year old and I both love going here frequently. I can't rave enough about this place!

My family has purchased an annual family membership to the Cupertino Sports Center for each of the past three years, and it has been a great deal. My husband plays tennis with the kids every weekend. When the kids are done playing tennis, they head to the "Child Watch" daycare center while the adults play more tennis. The daycare center is staffed with responsible, kind caretakers, and the kids have a great time. There is a full selection of workout equipment as well as indoor sports courts. Additionally, there are fitness classes offered throughout the week. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. We feel lucky to have this sports center in our hometown.

Nice and clean. Parking is free and super easy, plus the student membership is very affordable like $30/month. Stuff might be a bit old but very well maintained. It’s never crowded, people can have their workout done quickly without waiting

The staff is great, attentive, awesome; they remember your name when you walk in. And the people you run into there are really nice. Many keep to themselves, and that's ok. I went with defined health goals in mind and hired one of the trainers to get me started. Raychel has on top of it! I'm a bit older, and she was a great deal of help. I never went home sore. It's worked out well. The facilities are very nice, and the price is WONDERFUL!!!

Tennis is highly favored over pickleball here. Sunnyvale has much better pickleball courts that can be reserved without membership. Pickleball culture cannot be developed in this sports center the way it’s run.

The staff is consistently courteous and friendly. The Center does have Pickle Ball courts and members can play indoors and outside, great sport! The facilities are usually clean. Exception is the woman's locker room where the showers are often left with matted hair in the shower drain from the day before, and the showers usually need to run a long time to get even warmish water in most of the showers -wasting enormous amounts of water. Ladies locker room is usually quite cool-so in winter it can be too cold to use the locker/shower facilities. If you don't use the locker room, the Center is a great place to take classes and exercise!

Our kid started tennis here and loves it. The coaches are friendly and they have a ratio of 1 coach per 4 kids which is pretty good. My kid's batch has only 3 kids though and hence he gets extra attention.

A day pass is too expensive if you're just using some of the facilities for an hour. I wish there were another option

I asked them if I could reserve the pickleball court for an hour. The price to do this? $48 ($12 / person / day). It's very disappointing that they don't offer a more reasonable pricing structure for people who just want to occasionally use a court. The court doesn't even look that good. I'll be forced to go elsewhere if I need to reserve a pickleball court.

This is like a home away from home. People are really nice and workers are top notch. Love to work out and play tennis here.
