Marisa is so nice and great customer service. Best Jamba location in the Bay Area! I live closer to several other locations, but drive an extra few miles for nicer people and service. Love how they can still make the old school drinks - Orange Carrot Karma! Location is friendly and lots of care given to customers. Taking it to the next level - Coolest Jamba location! 9/9 Update - tried the Go Getter; great option for macha lovers🌿! Pumpkin Smash 🎃💥 is also in season now to get you in the fall mood! As always great service and high-energy from Marisa 😀. 9/16 update Service is so fast and courteous at this San Mateo downtown location. I go to many other Jamba locations in the Bay Area and this store stands out in service and friendliness above them all! Keep up the good work Marisa and staff! 9/17 Great service and smoothies. This location is special. Employees are motivated and crank out the best smoothies. Marisa makes sure all customers are taken care of. If you have any issues, she will resolved it to your satisfaction. I go to Jamba a lot, but this is my fav store on the peninsula.

Although there's a Jamba Juice closer to our house, we always make the drive to this one, and the reason for that is Marisa. She knows how to make my son's favorite custom drink exactly the way he likes it. It comes out perfect everytime which always puts a big smile on his face after that first sip! Ty so much! 😊 Update: Ty again Marisa for always going the extra mile and making my birthday month feel extra special.

I saw a bad review and thought man how picky, it's just JJ! But all these negative reviews are right! The two employees were completely backed up with online orders, so they need more staff. Understandable, but they completely ignored me when I came in. I wasn't sure which register to go to, and when the employee finally approached one he just stood there without saying anything until I asked "Do you want me over there?" The lady behind me got her drink first, no biggie, but seems weird. Definitely irritated at the lack of customer service training, plus a year's worth of bad reviews on here that they obviously don't care about, as they haven't fixed any of the same issues that keep coming up. Extremely poor business practice, save the "I'm sorry..." replies!

This Jamba juice is the closest one to my place and because they continue to mess up my drink I will no longer come here I rather drive the extra miles to the one next to Costco. My drink at 4th street are always watery as if the drink has been sitting around. Can management retrain everyone and also remind employees that urgency is a must. If things continue I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down.

Had the mango a go go and the turkey sausage burrito, loved it all! Marisa is the employee that helped me and she was so kind. She went above and beyond with the service she gave, I've never felt more welcome in a jamba juice before! They are lucky to have such a nice employee who enjoys her job. The service was quick, the location was clean, and what I ordered was yummy. They actually let you use their restrooms unlike every other store nearby. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

The best Jamba Juice in the world!! The sweetest staff, best drinks! Make sure to try the Golden State Warriors smoothie they just brought back. I work nearby and always look forward to coming in shop. Always greeted with a smile & well taken care of.

We live nearby and my son and I walk here multiple times a week to get smoothies. It is one of my favorite locations I’ve ever been too. Marisa had always been so kind and helpful, we could not be happier with the service there!

My mom and I love coming to this Jamba location! As soon as you walk in, it smells so fresh & fruity! The staff is beyond friendly and do everything they can to provide excellent customer service. We enjoy coming here often!

We are here at least once a week, since it's a solid way to get vitamins and maybe a green or two into our little kids. Marisa, the store's senior manager, is the kindest person and always greets us so warmly. She made a point to ask all our names and figure out what we need. It's always a really positive experience to come in and our kids ask for smoothies all the time, so it's become part of our weekend ritual. My brother and I are regulars at this Jamba location. There is actually one that's even closer to where we live, but we will go out of our way to come see Marisa at this location 3+ times a week. The drinks here are made with love and Marisa is the sweetest and kindest person you will interact with. Marisa has taken the time to remember and get to know us and as long as we live in the neighborhood, we will continue to be loyal members of the Jam fam.

That was the worst experience I have ever had at a Jamba Juice. Maybe it's just this location and moral is low. It was a Monday after all. But it's noon and most of the pastries are gone. Bananas are gone. That's like half of the menu!! The staff didn't greet me or informed me that they'll be a moment. The store wasnt too busy.. While I was waiting a lady came in wanting her correct order. Later the guy tells me that they don't have bananas. He looked fatigued and defeated. So I left with a mediocre drink. 🙃 . . .maybe it's just a Monday thing.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the girl took our order, we said orange carrot twist then waited for what seemed like forever. 2 other customers came in and were ignored. The person before us had their drink made but just sitting on the counter to be poured. At first I thought, short staffed, but there were 4 people working so it didn’t make sense. We were asked to wait outside even though they weren’t attending the people waiting in line. We eventually got our drink and it was just carrot juice. I will definitely not be coming back to this Jamba Juice. I’ve been here enough times now to know they do not provide any customer service.

Jamba juice is always great. I have been a fan for 20 years and they do a good job keeping up many of the combos I like. I do prefer the old menu, which had many more power ups, but overall its great. My kid loves it as well.

Employees are playing music with adult language, Mother F'r etc blaring so loud that they can barely hear you make an order over the noise. Not to mention numerous children listening to lyrics that I won't mention. I get that it is hard to find employees right now, but no excuse for this...plenty of ways to avoid, correct this. Also my cup was half way full/empty depending on your take...
