I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. An by my dentist for my first root canal to alleviate my sudden excruciating tooth pain. I really appreciated Dr. An fitting me in immediately as I had to travel the next day, and I could barely eat or drink anything at lunch due to the pain I was in. Dr. An and Kevin made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. An explained everything in detail about my tooth issue, the entire procedure and answered all of my questions with supporting state of the art X-rays and technology. Dr. An, her assistant Kevin and the entire staff are awesome in every way. The entire facility is absolutely beautiful and I love all of the modern technology! I was very highly impressed with everything, and I knew I was in the best hands and facility possible with Dr. An for the immediate care I needed. The entire procedure went very smoothly, was highly efficient and was perfect, and I never felt any pain or uncomfortable! I was so relaxed that I even dozed off a couple of times, Dr An is really good and highly skilled. After the procedure was complete, Dr. An took new X-rays, which looked perfect, and reviewed them with me! All of my pain was immediately gone and I felt very relieved and great to be back to normal. I was able to eat normally and enjoy my dinner that evening. Dr. An, the entire staff and the facility are truly amazing and I highly recommend her. I really appreciated the follow-up the staff did with me the next day to make sure everything was OK.

I highly recommend Dr. Frances Lee for so many reasons, from my first step into the office to the most recent follow-up contact. The feel of the building and office is warm, spacious, and welcoming, and the office staff was top notch, answering all of my questions. The high tech equipment was able to detect my tooth problem that equipment from another office was unable to detect. There was no wait after arrival for the root canal. Dr. Lee was professional, very thorough, and her calm gentle manner and focus would put any concerned patient at ease. I didn’t feel rushed, my schedule was accommodated and the follow-up was much appreciated. I feel fortunate that I have an endodontist I can trust and without a doubt, I would recommend putting your dental health in the caring hands of Dr. Frances Lee.

Dr. Nguyen has restored my good faith in dentistry. She was amazing, I felt no pain (no pain medication was needed after the procedure) and she was very thorough on explaining the process of a root canal. She is very kind and compassionate and really takes the time to understand the individual needs of her patients. Her entire staff was very kind and professional! I just had a root canal performed at Endodontic associates Saratoga and I am very proud to say the experience was satisfactory. Dr. Tran performed the procedure and there was absolutely to pain during the procedure. Dr. Tran kept me informed and frequently asked how I was doing making sure I was without pain . Her assistant made me very comfortable and ensured me I was doing well. The reception desk was very friendly and made sure my insurance coverage was Billed correctly. I received treatment for a root canal at this clinic. I was initially worried about the process, but Dr. An's clear explanations put me at ease. The process itself was entirely pain-free and efficient. Dr. An and her team took the most conservative approach, and I am entirely satisfied with her professionalism and compassionate care. I highly recommend this clinic for anybody needing endodontic treatment!

I waited quite a long time with a sensitive tooth before finally visiting this place. Once I decided, I was able to get an appointment in just a few days (non emergency) and had a root canal done. It took me a few weeks for my tooth to settle but I’ve been able to finally chew on that side of my mouth without fear! This was a longer recovery than average but I’ve been dealing with sensitivity of varying intensity for more than a year so it’s no surprise it needed more time. Dr An as well as her assistant was considerate and patient with me throughout my visit and I couldn’t be more appreciative. If you’re worried about the procedure, don’t be! They do these all the time and they’ve developed an efficient (but not rushed) flow. It took longer for the numbing to kick in than it did to do the actual root canal! My only regret was not coming to them sooner.

I was referred to Dr. Lisa Tran to address a persistent tooth ache with which I had been dealing for about two months. I had a toothache that simply would not go away even after my dentist had removed the crown and cleaned out all the decay. My dentist referred me to Endodontic Associates and Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran is absolutely wonderful. I have to admit I was terrified to go in, as I had been experiencing a lot of tooth pain for a relatively long time without relief. It just seemed we weren’t going to be able to solve this problem with my tooth without removing it completely. Dr. Tran explained everything clearly and performed the root canal quickly and efficiently, without any complications. Dr. Tran’s dental assistant, Jacky, and the front office staff, Esmeralda, are lovely as well. I highly recommend using Endodontic Associates and Dr. Tran. They really care.

Needed to have a root canal. Dr. Lee was a great choice. I meditated for a while and pretty soon the procedure was done. I relaxed through the whole thing. She thought I fell asleep! Probably took an hour. Can’t ask for a better experience than that! I give her a 10 star rating!
