I've been living here for the past 5 months. The community has a lot of things going for it but there are 2 major issues. First one is the lack of good network connectivity. Most of the apartments are blackout zones. You get zero network. Wifi is decent but again very spotty. Second is the complete lack of security or follow up from the resident services. There are a couple of security cameras but they refuse to release it to look at it and take action. There is literally one car jacking a day inside gated garage. I unfortunately have a lot of time left on my lease but I'm leaving as soon as its done.

I strongly advise against choosing this apartment complex. To be completely candid, the 2.8-star rating is a clear indicator of the problems you'll encounter here. Let me outline the numerous issues I've faced during my time living here. Lack of Security: The security in this place is abysmal. I've witnessed individuals with questionable intentions loitering around the garage. Carjackings and break-ins in the gated garage are unfortunately a daily occurrence. Misleading Lease Rates: Don't be deceived by the initially low rent prices when you sign the lease. They might seem like a good deal, but be prepared for annual rent increases of more than 10% when it's time to renew. Constant Fire Alarms: The fire alarm system in this building is a nightmare. It has a habit of going off at the most inconvenient times, like midnight (2:00 am, 4:00 am, 6:00 am), and persisting for what feels like an eternity. Misleading Apartment Tours: The staff here only show you a model unit with good sunlight and favorable conditions. If you don't explicitly request to see the exact unit you'll be renting, you might end up with one facing a noisy road, near the garbage room, or a dark and gloomy space. Unreliable Internet: The internet service in this complex is incredibly weak and unstable. It's not an exaggeration to say that the connection breaks up and down more times in a day than I can count. In summary, I cannot find a single reason to recommend this apartment. Take my advice and explore other options in the area; you're bound to find a better place to call home.

Lived almost 4 years in Verona and really enjoyed my time there. We were the first ones to move into the apartment and never had issues with it. Whenever we had questions, the irvine team was always nice and helpful. The gym was good (sometimes too cold), the two pools were great as well as were the other amenities. Rent also hasn’t increased much in those years, compared to other apartment complexes in the area. The only issue were sensitive fire alarms that were triggered throughout the complex due to smoking in hallways so we had to get evacuated for no real threat a few times in the middle of the night. The move-out process was also not an issue. If I were ever going to live in an apartment complex again, I would definitely consider Irvine again.

Please stay away from this apartment. We had water leakage in neighboring apartment, and they had to repair our unit due to water damage, which is fine. But the way it was handled, was utterly disappointing. We had a huge dehumidifier and a fan placed in our tiny bathroom making it very very hot because of the heat, and when we sent emails and calls to resident services those went unanswered. We finally went to resident services and that's when they provided an alternate bathroom in some other unit. We have on-going construction now, which has been going on for ~2 weeks now, 4-5 people entering our unit and we are told that there is nothing they can do about it. Since we couldn't use the bathroom for 3 days because of the heat, making it inhabitable, we asked for rent back and they are rejecting this as well. And I have been staying here for ~5 years and this is how they treat the residents. All they care for is money, with zero customer service. Also, every other day we hear about robbery, car break-ins etc from other residents, and when we discussed this with Taylor, she told us, there is nothing they can do and residents need to be vigilant. We were also stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes, around 10.30pm - emergency number inside the elevator, as well as the Alarm button did not work. I am not sure how often the elevators are inspected, where something basic like emergency services does not work. Theo from resident office is trying hard to help, but the community Manager, Taylor, makes false promises to fix things - told me she will reach out in couple of days, but never reached out and instead makes Theo respond. I already regret renewing my lease and referring my friends to this apartment. TLDR: PLEASE STAY AWAY! THERE ARE A LOT OF BETTER PROPERTIES AROUND.

Don’t live here if you like your safety. There is so much crime and seems like there is a crime ring here. There have been daily car break-ins and theft. And they don’t give you the camera footage. The management has no regard for the residents in the community but, want to increase rent significantly without any improvements in the community. The security is horrible as well they do not respond in time nor do anything and there is no accountability with them. The management and leasing office staff in general is extremely rude and they want to talk about rules but, disregard them when it’s pointed out and they are in the wrong. If you have any major issues, good luck. The maintenance persons hands are tied due to poor management and lack of care. Despite all of this, the management continues to increase rent significantly year over year and checking their website I saw rent for the same floor plan is lower for new residents compared to a renewal. They clearly do not value their current residents at all.

Unsafe unsafe unsafe.. highly suggest to stay away, car break-ins are common. Unfortunately management does not want to provide any security and simply say “oh well we have the patrol” and all u will find is an 80 year old man roaming around as security . I mean honestly it’s the most unsafe apartment around and even after several complaisant s as you can see in other reviews, the management simply says well just report it to 911 or police department as if the residents have no idea to do that. Crescent village management - if you can’t provide decent security to your tenants then you will be flooded with negative reviews and that will be the end of it, no matter how beautiful the community is , no matter how great the park and other amenities are.funny that u keep taking pride in 2.8 rating that you got Safety first, stay away. Live in verdant or somewhere else not crescent village pls

Please stay away for your own safety, i have a new born and literally was shocked random ppl walking into the apartment, the other day i parked my car at day time 11am and literally came back to see it in a total mess - there u go one more car break in , the reviews and ratings show that there were atleast 40 others who reported similar complaint in last couple of months and yet management dont care. All they say is courtesy patrol which exists once in a blue moon. All the management has to say is “we are not here to stop crime, report it to police. If u still feel unsafe then choose some other apartment and not crescent village” omg how worse the management has to br to reply like that 🤯 Parents with newborn or kids, for godsake pls stat away and protect your kids. I have a new born and i am really scared to live her. Packages are stolen, cars are stolen, random ppl just walkin, no secuirty system whatsoever 😞. If google allowed me to give -5 rating then i would have given that

Worst apartment ever lived!!! I got people break in the new apartment and we haven’t moved in yet. The doors and door frame are broken. they don’t give a damn. They will continue charge you for the rent while they’re fixing the stuff and took your keys. The leasing office service is terrible. The staff has been talking nonsense and don’t give a dame of what you talked. Just implying we don’t care and we don’t promise any safety in this property. You get what you get. On the same day, the guy lived in the same building also mentioned his car got broke in in the garage as well. And we also got theft for my current apartment in here too. A month later, we got break in for car in the parking garage. Security is definite a joke here. And they’re like bandit keeps charging for different fees but never fix any of their security issues.
