Went there for the first time and probably my last. This place is dirty and sticky. The card machine didn't work, there was dried spilled drinks around it. The place looks dilapidated. The attendant deserves 5+ stars, he was helpful and very nice. The drinks on the other hand were just sugar bombs with boba, I got 2 different tea drinks (both came as a smoothie) and a smoothie, all three tasted the same and had the same texture... just tasted like a super sweet Slushy with old hard boba. My wife couldn't drink hers because was way too sweet, ended up dumping down the drain.

We tried this place for the first time through Doordash. Our order was missing several items and our drinks were made incorrectly with the wrong ingredients in them. They put some sort of Lychee jelly in our drink INSTEAD of Boba. All the drinks were "regular size" but we paid for large. The drink carriers were too big to carry our drinks properly, so one fell out and we almost lost another one. They charged an extra 50 cents for NOT getting Boba in the drink... which is weird because don't they save money by not giving our Boba?? But my youngest son doesn't like Boba so I paid the extra money. After all this, I decided to go to this place myself to talk to the management, they were not there and the place was locked up at 2:50 in the afternoon!! ?? Needless to say, we WILL NOT be ordering from here again.

The person at the front today (12/5 at 6:00pm) deserves a raise! Truly one of the best workers i have ever talked with. Very helpful and created a great atmosphere for us.

This place seems to not want business. Went there 3 times this week during open business hours and the door was locked even with the OPEN sign clearly lit up. About 20min later I see a worker pull up in their car, who seemed to have come back from their lunch break and unlocked the doors. Not the way to conduct business smh

Overpriced and the boba sucks. I couldn't even finish mine I just tossed it.

I was at Bobaloca in Gilroy today and tried their Acai Bowl. It was very well prepared. Tasted really good and place is very nice with an excellent staff.

Tea was bad not recommend tried 4 different types and non impressed us. There was very little item options and took a while for us to get something on the menu. Costumer service was okay not great though.

Just the way I like my honey dew with strawberry popping boba. Not too sweet, just the right balance. 👍
