With all of the wineries available in this part of the country, it's a special treat to taste a great wine while you sit by a babbling brook, on a picnic table made from Redwood, nestled in a stand of Redwoods. In my opinion, many of the varieties we tried today had the essence of redwood and earth in them. I have never smelled a Redwood before. I liked that I could smell them all around me. Tastings are $25 pp, but are free if you spend $50 per tasting. We ended up falling in love with one of their dessert wines... the Late Harvest Zinfandel. The grapes are picked in November, allowing the sugar to collect in each grape. After all of that wine goodness, I've forgotten our wine tasting guides name, but a special thanks for his knowledge, and his special attention to our wishes!

Definitely one of the best winemakers in the Santa Cruz Mountains, constantly showing terrific skills to master the grapes they grow! A special note for the Chardonnay from Beauregard Ranch, grown above the fog line 👍

I've been a wine club member at Beauregard Winery for some time now, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The team here is truly exceptional, always welcoming with warm smiles and a passion for wine. The wine, without a doubt, is outstanding. Every sip is a journey of flavor and complexity. Thanks a lot to Ryan, who guides us into this world. Whether you're a fan of reds, whites, or something in between, you're sure to find something that delights you. It's a place that invites you to slow down, relax, and savor the moment. In short, Beauregard Winery is more than a winery; it's an experience that I look forward to again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a wine adventure with friendly faces, exceptional wine, and a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Beauregard vineyards is incomparable! Their wines and customer service out do ANY winery in the Santa Cruz and Napa areas combined. Ryan Beauregard is an amazingly talented winemaker and puts his heart and soul into all his wines and it shows. Absolutely delicious and set in the magical redwoods! The Lost Weekend building where the winery is located is historical and features a wood burning fireplace which makes it cozy on a rainy misty day. The grounds are bucolic, next to a babbling brook and features a tree swing and a fire pit. It's the place to be for distinguished, exemplary wines in an exquisite setting. ❤️🍷🌲

Great little winery and tasting room. The tasting room building was formerly a bar and has a very rustic, mid century, feel to it. Katie, the bar tender, was very inviting and easy going. Lots of locals poured in and out. We really liked the rosé Pinot and the Chardonnay and took home a few bottles. Beautiful outdoor seating areas with massive redwoods all around.

My favorite local winery. Hidden in a redwood forest in the Santa Cruz mountains, yet only 7 minutes to Highway 1 on the ocean, the vibe both outside and inside Beauregard is so relaxing. It has a warm atmosphere that is welcoming yet it’s quiet and calm. Great for either a date or a party of 10! The air is easier to breath being surrounded by huge redwoods and the wine is so easy on the palate; The red blends and Zinfandel has been our favorites! You would be missing out passing this place up. Cheers mate!

Had a great experience! Plus, I love that they offer a snack menu along with the wine selection. Beautiful place to sit and relax with a glass of wine or two.

Wine is pretty good and the facilities are gorgeous but the prices are ridiculous. Bottles range from $28 to as much as $90. You can buy a top-tier California wine for that much money at any grocery store. Dropping that kind of coin on a local winery with no pedigree is rediculous.

This place is lovely no matter what the weather is like, rain or shine. The fireplace is cozy, the views are amazing, and the wine is good. They are also open more days out of the week than a lot of wineries in the area.

Really pretty venue but expensive and not good customer service. They were nice but not kind. We bought 3 bottles and they only waived 2 tasting fees which were $25/each. Just too much, in my opinion. Each bottle was expensive as well and not that good for the price.

Break out the convertible and explore the twisty, windy roads through the redwoods from Felton to Bonny Doon. Where Pine Flat Road becomes Bonny Doon Road you will find the Beauregard Vineyards tasting room. Pull in an enjoy a flight of wine tasting while the staff educates you about the history of the Beauregard Vineyards and the wines they produce. Then head downhill to Hwy 1 and enjoy the sea air. Makes for a wonderful afternoon from the redwoods to the ocean with a great stop in between.

This lovely little winery in the woods was a welcome break to the hard times of 2020. Their wine is smooth and really good. We enjoyed every moment of our visit. It was safe and the service was so nice. We became members and we are so excited to get our first shipment. 💜

Wow! Ventured off the normal path and decided to stop here and check it out. What a magical, beautiful place. A creak creek running through the grounds with the sounds of frogs and birds. Its winter, I can only imagine it in spring. Lovely, just lovely.... (pictures from 2 different visits)

Beauregard is a gem of a winery in a beautiful and unique setting in the redwoods. I've come here with my husband and also for a bachelorette, and my experience was fantastic both times. The wines are great, they have snacks available and the people are very nice.

A HIDDEN GEM/MUST SEE !!!! I can’t say enough good things about Beauregard Vineyards. It’s so insanely beautiful up here - a sunshine paradise just off the coast underneath the redwoods and sunbeams, it truly feels like you’re in another world. Every single wine is complex and delicious, and the winemaker Ryan is so down to earth and dedicated to his craft. Cheers to all at Beauregard thank you for the amazing experiences and cheers to many more!!

First time here and I LOVE IT! Does not compare to Napa wineries. The workers treat you like family and it’s just a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Also, the drive here is amazing + Teri is awesome!

Beauregard winery is GREAT! The wine here is delectable and because it is family owned you can really feel the intimacy and history and effort that goes into making this wine. I have not tried a wine here that I have not enjoyed- so I promise you if you want good wine, while sitting in the redwoods- GO! Teri is great too! She’s been here for 13 years- so if that doesn’t say something about this place idk what will.

Beauregard has the best wine and the best atmosphere in the Santa Cruz mountains (and beyond)! Come for the exceptional wine and stay for the beautiful redwoods, cozy fireplace and excellent, knowledgeable service.

Friendliest staff and beautiful wines! We went for passport weekend and got to taste Beauregard and McHenry (because McHenry’s land burned in the CZU fire and Beauregard is graciously hosting them in their tap room today!) We had a lovely time!
