Had a great time here! Enjoyed the bisque, lobsters cooked in different ways, the salad, and biscuits. While the customer service could be better, we understand the challenge of lack of staff. Hope to drop by again when I'm back in USA. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I like this Red Lobster, I love seafood and theres alot of delicious options fish and seafood, the shrimp Scampi sauce was rich and garlic buttery, they made strong drinks, fast and good service. They even blended the margaritas for us. Thank you

We went here for an early dinner so the restaurant was less than half full, but due to a shortage of staffing we still had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. Our server was very nice and helpful but I assume he just had too many tables because we only saw him when he took our order (about 10 minutes after we sat down) and as we were paying our bill on the tablet. The food itself was spot on. The bar harbor lobster bake was quite pricey at $41 but worth it. Lots of flavor and plenty of succulent seafood, especially the three tasty mini/baby lobsters. The crab linguini was a little bland, but the biscuits are still the best part of the meal.

We passed by this place and thought we must have seafood before we leave San Francisco. Service was slower then we would prefer. Portion of the food was quite huge but price is on the higher then average. We did enjoy the food even though we were not so hungry 😅

We go to Red Lobster in Fremont every year for my son’s birthday. It has gotten progressively worse each year. Tonight was the LAST time! We will NEVER visit a Red Lobster again. TLDR: The service was awful! The food was overcooked, cold, and took forever to get to the table. The only thing they have going for them is their biscuits. The long story: We finally got seated 10 minutes after our reservation, which wouldn't have bothered us, except the restaurant was practically empty. Several minutes after we were seated, a waitress finally came over to take our drink order. We had already decided what we wanted to order, so we also gave her that information. She came by a couple minutes later with biscuits. Then we didn't see get for another 10 minutes, when she finally came by with our drinks, but forgot the straws, and said she'd be right back. 30 minutes later, some of our food came out and I asked for the straws again. The food was lukewarm and overcooked, and some of it was wrong and/or missing, like my bowl of soup. I didn't get my soup until 20 minutes later. Not once did anyone ask if we needed refills on our drinks. There was no checking up. We had to stop her a couple times to get what we needed. Otherwise we were being totally ignored. Mind you, the restaurant was practically empty. With tip, we paid $250 for dinner and it was awful. Our reservation was for 5:45 and we didn't get out of there until 7:15. The service gets worse every year. Never again!

The red lobster lunch special is completely underrated. You can have a $23 dinner for $14 at lunch including lobster bisque and any salad and entrée. The food is definitely fresh and the ambience is mediocre. Certainly a good stop once a month. The wine list needs some serious improvement though.

This is the first time we have been to red lobster after 6 years ago. We ordered pizza and coconut shrimp for starters and lobster lover for main course. We got 6 shrimp and a thin crust pizza. In the lobster lover course we got 2 lobsters and lobster and white sauce and spaghetti. The spaghetti and lobsters were pretty bland. It was average portion for the price. Overall the food cost 81$.

I came here to have dinner with my wife, it looked empty but they said it will still be a 25-30 minute wait. I’m guessing it’s due to short staffing so we decided to do take out instead. I got the new Lobster & Langostino Flatbread, and Snow crab legs with garlic butter. I have to say it smelt so delicious bringing it home. The flatbread was amazing, full of flavor and a good amount of meat on it. The snow crab legs were very good as well but very messy with the garlic butter on it. I think next time I’d ask for the garlic but to be on the side and I’ll just dip the meat in the sauce, that way it won’t get all over the place. The one thing I’m always excited about is their garlic cheddar biscuits. To me they looked a lot smaller and seems to not be fresh. I feel like the ones you make at home look and taste better than the ones we got from the restaurant. They still good though but I’d rather make them fresh at home.

I had not been to Red Lobster in years. The food surprised mate as it was much better than I had remembered. I think they have stepped up their food game although I did not have any lobster I went with the endless shrimp option an it was delicious. The server was very friendly and responsive but service of the food seemed a little slow. It is possible that they may have been shorthanded in the kitchen. I would totally go back again.

The food was good, I loved the shrimp Alfredo, it was very flavorful! Service was horrible!! I understand we were a large party, but there were hardly any other customers, we booked well in advance and gave a deposit. It took 30min for our drink orders, another 30 to receive them. Then the server asked if we were ready to order, and we said yes, and all of a sudden, she disappeared and returned several minutes later. From the time we arrived and left, we were stuck there for 3 hrs! After we finished eating, we waited for the birthday dessert but gave up and left instead. Family members kindly spoke to Vanessa, the so-called manager, about our experience and she was very unprofessional and rude about it; she rolled her eyes and walked away in the middle of the conversation. This was my first time going to Red Lobster, and I enjoyed the food but will never go to this location again. No wonder it was basically empty for a Saturday evening!

I was so disappointed. The quality and quantity of food was awful. We had to ask for water crab utensils etc… the plate was hit and the food was room temperature warm. I will not be turning

Waited 15mins to be seated which was ok. However our server took 20mins to take our order and then 17mins to bring out drinks out to us. Then they forgot the kid meal and said they were getting it prepared, we finish our meal before the kid meal ever came. The check came before the kids meal, no apology from the server. Food had been standing for a while, and parts of the meal was cold. Feel free to reach out to me, if you like to follow up?

Had a great time here, service was excellent, attentive and intuitive. Food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. So much food for the price, we couldn’t eat it all but we tried, it was sooo good! Atmosphere was clean, we could have a conversation without feeling like the whole restaurant was listening in or having to raise our voices to talk. Good ambiance and the restrooms were spotless. Great job Red Lobster Team!

Appetizer was served AFTER we were done eating. It was also lukewarm. Conditioner was running so high, we had to sit wearing outside jackets, it was freezing. They were not too busy, but we had to wait for water and drinks about 15min in. Sea food feast was not worth the money, tasted bland, overcooked. Tequila shot was half spilled about 1/4 of an inch in a shot glass. Waiter said that they will take appetizer off the bill, but forgot. For 2 people, with 1 appetizer, one main course, 4 drinks and biscuits it was over $80. We spend there about 30 min altogether because it was so uncomfortably cold.

It is slow. We waited 25 minutes between arriving and our order being taken. Don't come here if you have limited time to eat

A lot of young staff, but they were busy, and not just hanging around! Our waitress Sara was amazing! The service was outstanding, even though she was waiting other busy tables. Food was hot, and tasted delicious.....!! Thank you Sara😊

The portions are extremely smaller than I remember, But, remember to ask how you want you steak and lobster cooked it really made a difference, didn't have to send anything back. It was served warm not 🔥 hot at all could have been picked up sooner....not sure about going back...

Came for veteran's day. Manager Monica refused service, because I was late. The offer did not show a time period that I had to comply with. Restaurant not busy. Don't make the offer if you do not want to honor military. You breached offer and disrespected military. Must have made a lot of troops/vets mad, as the review section on Google was disabled (had to go thru back door with photo in order to write a review. This restaurant obviously had a bias and did not want to comply with corporate. Wasted my time. I will not purchase from this cheesy place again.

Just an incredibly slow and painful experience. Not a fun dine-in experience at all. They make you wait despite so many empty tables. Make you wait for apps, for the food, you have to track down your server for anything because they hardly ever come around. From order to entree coming on the table was an hour, that's way too long. They must be short-staffed and whatever remaining staff they have is just not very good. I'm quite shocked they are still in business.

My salad was served in an ice cold bowl, and my food was served on a piping hot plate! So nice to be back! Our server was so patient, and kind with us, and the other patrons. So happy our special spot survived the pandemic!

Dined in on a Sunday late afternoon. Didn’t look busy and there was what seemed to be only one other party waiting. Despite this and do to large party, the wait was 45 mins. Fast forward, service was good, food was great, so totally worth the wait. You can’t ever go wrong with Red Lobster Food! Satisfying always!

I wanted to try Lobster and didn't know where to get it so I googled and found this place. The moment I went on the website I was amazed at the huge selection they had. Oh and they gave free cheddar biscuits too. I went down to the nearest one immediately and ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream mushrooms on the side. It blew my mind. The platter was more than filling and I had to get to-go boxes, and I got 2 different kinds of lobsters, pasta and 2 sides for a very reasonable price. The place had a cozy upscale diner kind of feel too. Perfect for a date night or just bringing your family and friends too. Would definitely recommend it to others 10/10.

Food was good. However mom's mashed potatoes were cold. Take a sweater or jacket...they keep it cold in there.

I came to this Red Lobsters on my birthday today and this was the perfect place with your loved ones. Since we’re living in a pandemic, this was an experience that I would never ever forget because I never ate lobster ever in my life! Thank you to one of the employees who worked there and I mean it!! I had anxiety speaking to him, but he was very nice to provide me a small dessert with a blue candle. If I was asked to rate my experience from 1-10, I would definitely give it 11, lol. Best day of my life.

The $20 endless shrimp is great and we can refill the shrimp in endless rounds. It is very kid friendly and great place for bringing kids.
