Celiac review: I was so excited about indigo burger because they offered gluten free offerings, but this visit was a mistake. We ordered a cosmic dream bowl, and two different burgers (indigo burger with brioche and Hawaiian burger with gf bun). One burger was gluten free and the other was not. When the burgers arrived, we compared the buns and thought they looked different, so clearly one was gluten free. However, when I bit into my Hawaiian burger on what was SUPPOSED to be a gf bun it was soft, fluffy, and sweet-- not a good sign. When my dining partner bit into what was supposed to be his Indigo burger on brioche bun, he found the bread to taste strange, not like brioche at all. At this point we were coming to the horrifying realization that they may have switched the buns. We asked the cashier/waitress and she said it was the brioche bun, not the gf bun. She asked "oh is it a serious allergy or something"? I said yes, it's celiac and I can't even have items that touch bread, can I please have a replacement? She brought me the replacement in 30 seconds: red flag. The first time around, it took a couple minutes to bring out our food. I checked and lo, it was the exact same contents: they hadn't even given me a new burger, new toppings, anything. Inside was my old burger with the bite taken out of it and the toppings with the bite taken out of it. Hello?? I had just said I am celiac. They had given me back my exact same burger, contaminated with gluten, just on a gluten free bun. Even the sauce on the burger had brioche crumbs in it still. I brought it back to the counter and I notified them of this. The cashier/waitress and cook seemed apathetic, and offered me a complimentary side dish. At that point I was too afraid to get a side dish and hope they wouldn't gluten me after doing so twice. I asked for a refund and to their credit they gave me one. But a huge bummer and now a two-day long stomachache for this???

I am so in love with this place. I found me a spot that satisfies my craving and it’s all plant based. The vegan chicken tenders didn’t make the photos cause they were the bomb 💣 the loaded fries comes in second place to the tender, then the bbq bacon burger and the chicken sandwich - that is all Vegan!!! Amazing food, great friendly staff and service was just outstanding. Thank you, will come again soon!

Sumptuous vegan burgers and shakes, to put it a nutshell. Loved my double patty Indigo burger with the works, while my friends enjoyed their BBQ single patty burgers. My only nitpick is that it's on the pricier side - the double patty Indigo burger was $12, the 3 fried mozzarella was $8, and the shake was $8. That's not to say the food is bad - it's some of the best burgers I've had, vegan or vegetarian. Would recommend giving this place a shot if you like vegan food and don't mind the cost. They've closed indoor dining due to covid but there are a few tables outside.

This place will not disappoint. Clean, fast, and efficient. I love the seating outdoors. But let’s talk about the burgers reallll quick! It’s absolutely to die for. The patty and bread is delicious. And let’s not forget about the amazing chipotle sauce they throw on there, it’s like the icing on the cake. Fries are really good too, especially with the chipotle dip on the side. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and will continue coming here. I love the quality of the food here. And it’s all vegan!! Which for me is one less thing to feel guilty about.

The food was AMAZING!!!! The beyond chicken tenders were my favorite item, and this was my first time having them. The impossible burger and fries were a hit too!! The food didn't take long to prepare, it came hot and fresh.

This review makes me sad because I really love this place but this was my first time trying the crispy chicken sandwich and it was far from crispy the batter on the chicken patty slid off it was to thick and spongy the coleslaw was placed on top of the patty which made the bread soggy. I usually get a burger and loaded fries but even the loaded fries tasted different everything just tasted bland the shake was the only thing I enjoyed but for $30 the shake wasn’t good enough to not make a review on the rest of the food. Picture below : I took the patty an tried to cut it thinner and then I gave up , I was still hungry….and with not many vegan selections it was very disappointing.

They got delicious vegan food with small menu. Spicy chicken burger with Cajun seasoning is our favorite one. It’s served with coleslaw and the patty is super tender. Mozzarella sticks taste nothing like regular ones but they taste amazing! Chicken tenders are good. It goes the best with sweet and spicy dip. Service was very nice. They only offer outdoors seating but the place is neat. Its our go to place for quick and light meals.

First visit and I loved everything. I got the Indigo burger, loaded fries, and a cookies and creme milkshake. Everything is plant based and the food was amazing. I'm typically not a fan of cheese on a burger or any kind of sauce, I feel like it overpowers the burger but this was the exception. The cheese and sauce enhanced the flavor along with sauteed onions, this burger was the best plant based burger I've had. Quick 20 minute drive from San Jose, I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu.

If you’re not getting a shake with your meal, you’re doing it wrong. They rotate flavors which keeps me coming back (smart). I’ve tried several, all of them excellent, the ice cream they use is really good. Cookies and cream is a favorite that is always on the menu.

It's wonderful to have places like this to eat at when you are craving some comfort food. We tried the chickn sandwich, mozzarella sticks and seasoned fries. We also had a shake that was good. Overall a little pricey but the usual in the area. I didn't enjoy the mozzarella sticks, the texture was weird

As a non-vegan/non-vegetarian, this place was okay. I ordered an indigo burger and a side of fries. The burger was tasty, but very runny. The taste and texture were good, but I could taste that it was not meat. The cashew cheese gave the burger a slightly nutty flavor. The seasoned fries were excellent. The Chipotle sauce was a little salty and not spicy at all but I still enjoyed it immensely. The price was high, but the food is unique. If I was feeling like a lighter burger, I'd go again.

Their BBQ bacon burger is excellent - it's my go-to order. If you're feeling a milkshake, their strawberry cookie flavor is appealing because of the crumble topping adding a satisfying texture experience to it. Staff is always pleasant too!!

Delicious impossible burger and super friendly staff w reasonable prices. Go for the double indigo burger if you are hungry! It’s the best impossible burger I’ve had. Enjoy!!

The most amazing vegan burger you could ever have. I’m not vegan, not even vegetarian, and I got really surprised by the flavors, the texture, the sensation and the overall experience. I really wish they get more locations soon!! Located in a very convenient street mall, in Fremont

Indigo packs a burger with alot of flavor, not what I was initially expecting from a vegan burger. The Cajun spiced chick'n sandwich had a nice kick and comes together really well with the sweetish dressing/spread. The fries were made fresh and seasoned well. We also got a regular burger with two patties, this one was good, but I missed the dairy cheese, the vegan cheese didn't do it, there's some things you just cant replace. The chipotle sauce is a must try on the side of any dish, it's delicious with a clear chipotle pepper presence. I should say if you're looking for chicken, the vegan substitute is not going to give you the chicken texture and flavor. With that said, I thoroughly enjoyed the vegan option and would recommend it. We'll be back for more!

I've been in search for something that satisfies my burger cravings and I have finally found it! This place is delicious! It is well worth the little drive that I have to make. Even something as simple as the fries have so much flavor. They have a nice simple and tasty menu selection. The staff is polite and friendly, overall, there is great service! Definitely a place to try!

This restaurant is awesome. I usually get double burger with loaded fries. Their Vegan burgers and Vegan shakes are amazing.
