We love going into Bass Pro/ Cabela's stores all over the US because they typically have decor reflecting the natural world where they are geographically. This Bass Pro store features the wildlife of California, from the coastal range, across the valley, and into the Sierras. Nice dioramas! The store layout is nice, goods are easy to locate. Fun to visit!

I purchased 2 firearms and ammo from this place and had such a great experience. Everyone I dealt with at the gun counter was super nice and friendly. If you didn’t know something, they’d kindly tell you the info you need. Buying a firearm was so simple with them. Specifically Morgan, Dominic, and 2 ladies (didn’t catch either of their names) behind the firearms counter were all very professional and kind. The only thing I’d complain about in this store are the people who try to get you to sign up for a bass pro credit card as you walk in the door. If I tell you “no” 5+ times… it’s a no. Stop trying to convince me to sign up for a 2% back card with only $50 reward. They don’t even thank me for my taking my time after I kindly said no… just comes off as rude and annoying. But otherwise… love this store. Also like to go to them to get my ammo. Weekdays are usually not that crazy busy.

if you love the outdoors and even if you don’t try to visit the Bass pro Shop at least even once or twice. it’s a really big store where you can find anything about fishing, camping, shopting, outdoor sports and recreation, archery, hunting guns , airsoft guns and the like. They also carry outdoor apparel for outdoors and casual wear. inside the store you will be mesmerized by the wildlife theme. there is a big aquarium in the center too. young and old alike you will enjoy visiting this store.

A big box store for pretty much all outdoor activities from fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, archery, shooting, to boating, ATV, etc. But even if you are not intending to buy anything, it is still worthwhile checking it out because there are many decorations in the store. The entrance hall is just like a rustic cabin with a big fireplace (and a Christmas tree as Christmas is getting close). Inside the store there is a waterfall with water flowing into a big fish tank with quite a number of different fishes. There are murals with animals sculptures high up near the ceiling. Don't forget to check out another powerful waterfall outside of the store.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I've bough all of my firearms from Bass Pro. They have an exceptional selection of guns as well as knives. I'm not as knowledgeable on fishing but from what I can tell, they have a great selection of that as well. Great camping gear and survival gadgets too.

Great shop, ammo price very reasonable, not sure if we got any other big box store around Bay Area. Has tons of other hardcore outdoor stuff from hunting, camping, to fishing and boats.

Excellent selection. Top of the line products, and huge store! Love the climbing wall. There’s only one problem—assistance is SO difficult to get! Even the checkout lines are long and slow. This location needs to hire more staff. Period.

Super clean, extremely friendly staff and excellent customer service. Came here to take my firearms test and there was a contactless reservation service where you scan your phone camera to reserve your place in line. Other retailers should follow this process so that you don't have to stand in line if you want to shop around the store while waiting. Genius ideas will keep getting old and new customers to come back.

We loved this store. Every location we've ever been to of Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's has been awesome, and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Awesome selection and very friendly employees. Found everything we needed and a whole bunch of stuff we didn't. Best of all they had what we were looking for in stock. Bass Pro Shops in Cabela's are always awesome to visit, they always have lots of awesome decorations in the store, and this one didn't disappoint. The water fall in back near the fish tank with particularly awesome. We came here for camping equipment and their selection didn't disappoint, especially when it came to tick and insect repellent. Great selection of stuff for camping, hunting and fishing. This location is exactly what I would expect from a Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's. We'll be back.

Love love love this store, especially around Christmas. Their cozy decorations are such amazing. We come here annually to take our Christmas pictures with Santa. I take my little one here, since he's born, he likes to look at the Fish Tank. Great for shopping gifts for the holidays.

Had a great experience with Jordan (appreciate the dad jokes) and Morgan. They were friendly, knowledgeable with Cali laws, and had excellent customer service skills. The store itself is clean and the staff seems knowledgeable in all departments, not just "stock" retail employees. Prices actually beat Amazon's most of the time. Also the shopping atmosphere cannot be beat.

Excellent store for all your sport equipment needs to tame the great outdoors for fishing,hunting,hiking,kayaking,target shooting,archery,mountaineering,camping and outdoors cooking.

Haven't been to Bass pro shop in long time. For one thing I hate shopping, due to crowds and the time wasted waiting for assistance, but needed to get hiking boots. Luckily for me, had the pleasure of working with a very courteous and helpful young man, Jayden. I did not need to ask, before he asked how he could assist and thanks to his attention we were out of there in record time.

Love, love, love Bass Pro Shops!! So fun to go there, look around, get what I went there for and peruse everything else while there. Great selection of all types of gear, outdoor sport clothing and supplies and firearms. I wish their in store restaurant was still open, having shut down during crazy covid years.
