Many
years
ago,
I
purchased
a
ring
in
Santa
Fe
by
Scott
Diffrient.
I
absolutely
love
the
ring
and
wear
it
daily.
Recently,
a
local
jeweler
was
cleaning
the
ring
and
noticed
that
the
stone
was
cracked
and
went
about
trying
to
repair
it.
He
indicated
that
it
might
crack
further
over
time.
I
contacted
Malouf
on
the
Plaza
a
store
in
Santa
Fe,
New
Mexico
which
specializes
in
jewelry,
weavings,
and
fashion
accessories.
I
explained
the
situation
with
the
ring
and
wanted
to
see
if
something
could
be
arranged
to
have
the
stone
repaired
or
replaced.
This
is
when
I
met
an
exceptional
representative
of
the
company-
Adrianna.
She
indicated
that
she
would
reach
out
to
the
artist
and
see
what
options
may
exist.
She
assumed
the
responsibility
of
trying
to
have
my
ring
repaired.
She
coordinated
with
the
artist
and
provided
timely
communications
to
me.
Fortunately,
she
was
able
to
coordinate
the
repair
of
my
cherished
ring.
In
my
experience,
it
is
a
rare
individual
who
volunteers
to
resolve
a
problem
that
occurred
many
years
ago.
Many
individuals
would
simply
brush-off
the
problem
not
wanting
to
be
bothered
and
would
just
move
on.
Not
Adrianna,
she
is
indeed
such
a
rare
individual.
By
her
actions
and
initiative,
she
demonstrated
her
solid
committed
to
providing
quality
customer
service.
Seldom
have
I
found
a
representative
of
any
retail
store
who
displays
the
attributes
and
exceptional
follow-through
that
she
has
provided
to
me.
She
greatly
surpassed
my
expectations.
My
many

for
overseeing
the
repair
of
my
ring.
I
am
very
grateful
for
the
quality
service
