This was my second visit to Lumen and they are top notch. Excellent service, perfect environment, beautiful clean facilities and Lisa the massage therapist was nothing short of AMAZING! She really listens to your body and focuses where you need it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I love their float tanks as well, the perfect temperature and space they really are the best!

Although I was born in Albuquerque, I am new to the area again and was looking to improve my strength and lessen the impact of osteoporosis. Lumen has been great to work with and looking forward to increasing my strength and improving my overall vitality.

I can not recommend Lumen enough! It is a perfect place for self-care, relaxation and revitalization. I have only had positive experiences. It was my first time having PEMF and it was awesome. Infrared Sana, followed by a float session, and then PEMF. Take some time for yourself and relax at Lumen.

My first time, staff was so friendly. I had a massage with Francine. She seemed to take real pride in her work and helping me fix my back pain and did a great job. Space was clean and comfortable.

Been going here for a bit over a year. Really enjoy Lumen. Staff is knowledgeable, and always so nice and accommodating. For float it's the best place I've ever floated. They keep the water temp /air temp well tuned and noise non-existent to minimal, pods are large, so you aren't always hitting the sides. Highly recommend.

The staff was welcoming and informative. Had a GREAT massage from Toni and a pulse session. My hip and lower back (sciatica) feel ALOT better after one session. If I lived in NM I’d get a package.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wellness center that offers science-based approaches to healing and optimal health. The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very clean, quiet and professional. I was visiting friends in the area and I wish that a place with this range of offerings existed where I live. If it did, I would invest in a membership in a heartbeat. While at Lumen I experienced a PEMF session which immediately helped alleviate chronic pain I had been experiencing in my shoulder and neck. I also had a massage, and I was impressed with the therapist's skill in alleviating tensions in my lower back and hips from the long travel. I could tell that they really love their work and what they do, and that makes receiving feel so wonderful when that's the energy someone is giving off. I walked out a new woman. My partner had a massage and then did a float tank session and I have NEVER seen him that relaxed in the 10 years I've known him.

LUMEN is a great place for healing and wellness. Floating is one of the most restorative therapies available and they have the big tanks! I have doing floats and infrared saunas there for many months and there is always very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I get massages from Jovina, she’s awesome and knows bodies enough that you don’t really have to say anything to her. The only downside is that she’s always fully booked, so there’s about zero chance to see her when you really need to. Would be nice to keep a slot open on her shifts for clients that really need immediate attention, maybe? The float tanks are also great. I love how spacious they are, so you don’t end up bumping into an edge during the session / you can totally forget where you are. Note for mgmt : why using plastic bottled water? This is absolutely terrible for the environment. Most places have a water fountain / paper cups.

I scheduled a float over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience. This is my second time floating with Lumen, and the staff have always been nice and informative. I've been doing floats at Lumen for quite some time. Their facility is excellent and very up-to-date. Good isolation tanks and friendly people. I got a package of 10 floats which reduces the cost.

Upon walking in the doors of Lumen, I felt welcome. I was greeted with a smile and was lead to the waiting/relaxation room. The lighting is soft and the decor is peaceful. In the relaxation room, there are a variety of books to read, notepads for writing, and pages for drawing. I spent time before and after my sessions relaxing there. The staff is very knowledgeable explaining how the various treatments work and what options were best to meet my needs. I was originally booked for the infrared sauna but added the ARX consultation. I am excited for more sessions.

I went to Lumen for the first time today to redeem a gift certificate I received for Christmas for a salt water tank float and a massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The float was so relaxing! I felt like I was in an alternate world where my body does not weigh anything and there is no outside stimulation at all. Great break from my chronic pain. I loved it! The massage was heavenly as well. I was sad to go back out in the world.

Per square foot, LUMEN is the coolest wellness spot in New Mexico. Dan the owner really cares about clients and will introduce you to new and interesting ways to examine and optimize your health, backed by science. The place is immaculate, the vibe is relaxed and thoughtful, and everyone there is kind and caring. And the clientele is as varied as the modalities that are on offer; professional athletes, college couples, post-partum moms, older dads (me). An interest in wellness is the most significant common denominator. I honestly have never been to a place quite like this and now, after nearly 2 years of weekly visits, I can't imagine it not being a major part of my approach to wellness. Private infrared sauna is the best!! My first time here and Megan was amazing at explaining the way everything works, very knowledgeable when I asked questions and I was thrilled I didn't need to use my own towels. It's the little things in life. Sauna was perfect, could hook up to blue tooth and play my mediation music and a nice cool towel was provided in the room. Best of all it's private! I had to purchase the package of 8 . I look forward to my next visit for relaxation, meditation, stretching and detox.
