Pham owned eatery. Owners are Vietnamese chinese which explains their food menu selection. Im not aware of another place in abq that does bubble egg waffles ... which were great, reminded me of HK street food. They don't do fillings or diff batters yet... But the place has only been open for a month - menu will prob expand. Ordered milk teas and matcha milk tea - flavor was on point - I didn't ask for any alterations (e.g. 50% sugar) so their standard preparation is good. Some places overload the sugar and you feel like you've developed DMII after a few sips. Popcorn chicken was delightful - I like spice and you can get chili powder for dipping if you want to burn a hole in your stomach lining. I'll def be back. Can't comment on the viet food (bc I'm not viet lol) but the Chinese items were legit.

We tried this place for the first time today and we are glad we did! Everything was fresh and delicious. Great location near UNM. I am a student and it is a couple of blocks from my house. We ordered takeout which came out quickly even though they had just opened and were already getting busy. I got the egg fried rice which was flavorful and large in portion topped with an egged cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the grilled short rib meat rice plate. It was very good and the meat was tender with a phenomenal grilled smokey flavor. We also got the pork sausage spring rolls. Also great! Check out their smoothie and tea selections to complete your meal! We enjoyed the sour apple smoothie and the kiwi lemon tea with rainbow jelly boba.

awesome new boba/bubble tea place, we went for ramen around the corner first and wanted some boba right after - did a search and found this place, they have bubble waffles!! got a bunch of drinks and some popcorn chicken (amazing), and a bubble/egg waffle, asian owned and operated ❤️

I love this place. The boba options are amazing and the food is great. We have tried the pho, bubble waffle, and fried chicken plate; all where so delicious! Definitely stop in for some tea and treats.

Best place ever & super close to UNM! Not only do they have delicious freshly made boba and milk tea. But also, pho and bubble waffles. Staff is really hardworking and kind. Even gave us a free bubble waffle for waiting for them to finish making the boba. 💗💗💗 thank you!

We ordered our food to go but the dining area is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pho broth was fresh and tasty! Some of the best I've had in Albuquerque. Even though they ran out of honey boba the cashier suggested a great alternative to go with my matcha milk tea.

Yea... wow. I don't have words. I've been to this amazing little spot twice now, and I cannot recommend it enough. I've been telling everyone I know about it, and you should go. The workers are extremely friendly, and very helpful with the ordering as well! And the menu is phenomenal, rich with options and different choices. It's great, I love it, I'm very happy to see them with business!

The tea is delicious! The pho is amazing! You definitely need to try this place. The customer service is great! I can’t wait to try everything on their menu. Had the Thai tea with honey boba. It was perfect! Pho combo was awesome. Definitely coming back!

Super yummy and affordable food on campus. The staff is always nice and friendly! They’ll let you sample all the toppings until you’ve picked the one you want and let you adjust the sugar/ice level of your drink. The boba is always tasty and fresh, I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba :) and the popcorn chicken tastes really authentic to Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It’s family owned so they look like they’re short staff but that’s fine, I can wait all day for their delicious drinks and food 😋

We tried this place for the first time and they’re not disappointed. They have good Thai Green Tea and Sugar Brown Milk Tea, highly recommended

The food and service are amazing here. The popcorn chicken is great and every drink I've had becomes my new favorite. An incredible addition to the neighborhood!

The food is good but they take a very long time to make drinks or food. The last several times I went in, they said the wait for carry-out was 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to get my boba tea and 45 minutes for the food. Today, they said 20 minutes, and it took 45 minutes, but I at least got my boba tea after 15 minutes. I saw people who ordered after me get their food first, which didn't make waiting in their super cold restaurant any less aggravating. I guess I'll only order if I can call the order in from now on.
