Everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. Service was excellent; kind and caring. This is fine dining for reasonable prices. Great value for the quality. Book a reservation online, it was very easy. We tried four smaller plates (asparagus, cheese empanada, pork belly tacos, and lamb meatballs). We also had two entrees (ruby trout and smoked chicken), and a dessert (arancini dulce/fried Italian rice balls). The smaller plates you can expect to cost between $10 and $15. Entrees run between $18 and $35 roughly. Desserts cost between $5 and $10.

The food was nicely prepared and presented well. However, for the prices these dishes are, I was disappointed in the Hanger Steak. IMO only, for that price the meat was not soft and melt in your mouth. The steak itself did not seem like a good cut of meat. The veggies were very good, but just a taste for the price. The fries and burger my wife had were better than my dish. Her burger was very juicy (not oily) and had a good flavor. Our bill with desert was over $100 and I left still hungry. This is not a five star restaurant to be charging these prices for the amount/quality of what we experienced. We like supporting small business, but prices need to come down here or else service and quality need to skyrocket.

Mesa Provisions for the first time this weekend. Its a new eatery in the Nob Hill neighborhood. The service was good. The food was good as well. The green beans were the highlight for me. The steak was ok and pricey. Will try a different option next time as most options looked savory.

This food was delightful. Every dish we ate, I tasted the time it took for each ingredient! The steak was 4 star (bad cut) However the pairings, appetizers, wine selection, the duck, and the caviar was all on point! We will be going back.

Wow wow wow. Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had. The food is of an incredible standard and every single course we had was without fault. The biscuits were filled with flavor, tomato salad and absolute delight, the lamb meatballs were delicious and the duck was possibly the best I’ve ever had (shout out to you, carrot humus). Huge shout out too to Dominic, our server, who was engaging and knowledgeable about all parts of the menu. If you need a place for an extremely high quality and appropriate priced meal, this is it.

Excellent service. The chef himself comes to your table to meet you. Food is excellent and the ambience is great. We had a great evening there.

Every dish we shared had surprising (in a good way) flavors and intuitive flavor pairings. It was such a fun experience! Amy, our server, was never intrusive, but got everything right and was very down to earth and friendly.

Finally tried good place out and it was definitely worth the wait! The food is so delicious! The atmosphere is nice and simple. I literally want to try every dish on this menu. If you are a fan of Farm and Table, you're going to be a bigger of Mesa Provisions. Chef Steve Riley knows what he's doing and I'm glad he is doing it in his own restaurant.

Our dinner tonight was outstanding. We had an amazing appetizer of fried hen of the wood mushrooms that were breaded with some crazy blend of corn meal and tapioca and some other things the chef mentioned (so stuffed, can’t remember!). Then came the chicken and bison, (and the sides :), all paired with lovely drinks recommended by our waiter and followed up with a lovely seasonal peach dessert. Go now.

I don't often write reviews for restaurants, but Mesa Provisions blew me away and inspired this little story. From the moment my party was greeted at the door I was impressed- by the staff, the atmosphere, the art- everything was just perfection. The menu is carefully curated and the wine list is superb. My partner ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the beef ribeye, and both entrees were generously sized with sides and sauces that complemented the meats perfectly. Halfway through the meal we wondered what tastes we were experiencing in our sauces and asked a gentleman washing glasses behind the bar, only to find out he was the chef! He was happy to have a chat about his ingredient choices and the history of the restaurant. It's not often you see a chef in the front of the house doing what needs done so his staff and diners have a great experience. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Mesa Provisions.

Had such an amazing night at Mesa. We sat at the bar for dinner and shared a bottle from their extensive list. We started with a watermelon aguachile and the peach and tomato salad. Both were delicious but the peach salad really killed it; nice portion delicious chermoula and really flavorful produce. We shared the fried hen of the woods and the barbeque beets for our mains and both were outstanding. The ranch that came with the mushrooms and the barbeque sauce were good enough to scrape off the plate. We also had the biscuit and shoe string fires to fill everything out, highly recommend. Overall, I don't think I've ever felt so satiated as a vegetarian and the service was pitch perfect. Go support this local gem!

First time going. It was my birthday, my friends took me. The menu was very unique. The was really really great. Would love to go again. Our waitress was spot on

One of the Best restaurants in Albuquerque , beautiful ambience, friendly costumer service and super delicious and well served foods. We had everything there and we loved most of them. I call a restaurant one of best bc how they complete their service with amazing desserts. Just few options about price and portion size that I think paying more than $20 for a small dish of appetizer is little bit overpriced! ( you can one more main dish ) that’s why I give them 4.7 ⭐️!

Mesa provisions is one of those restaurants that will probably be always on the top of my list. Hands down the best restaurant in Albuquerque. I couldn’t have picked a better place to start my Albuquerque. Had a reservation for 6pm on a Sunday night. Ordered biscuits, smoked half chicken and ruby trout. Delicious!! Wash it down with a local IPA, a perfect ending to the weekend with memories of good food to wake up to on Monday. Highly recommended.

Very nice atmosphere even if there are no windows that you can see outside. I had a specially made 4 course vegan experience that was magnificent. Thank you so much and I hope to be back soon!

Went there yesterday as a solo for a quick bite. The waiter at the desk was super nice and helpful. I ordered a mushroom enchilada which was so delicious. The service was great and the environment is decent. Will definitely come back, and no wonder people say they are great!!

Trust me, the food here is genuinely outstanding. Have a friend from LA, Portland, NYC, Austin? Bring them here. The staff is exceptional. The only small "ding" I will give them, is they recently changed their lighting and over the bar, and it's not good. It's white, bright and right down on people's heads. MP you're so good, but please, lower the lights a little and/or put amber bulbs in those new lights over the bar. Ambiance is important! I will still go though, the food and staff are so good!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. There is so much care put into each dish and detail, and it’s all served in a welcoming atmosphere, with outstanding service, at an extremely fair price. For its price point, it’s one the best restaurants that I’ve been to in the US! Whenever I think of my Albuquerque trip, I think of this meal at Mesa Provisions.
