Appalling service. Waited in line for at least 10 Mims ad they filled drive thru orders. Wild. Never had worse service for any location I've been to. Shocked me so much I recorded it. Added another video or yet another customer just sitting their waiting. Just heard the line manager yell at the team to "shut up, I'm sick of hearing you constantly in my ear". What a zoo...

Ordered a 12 piece spicy family meal. The chicken was regular and not spicy and we received 3 thighs and 9 drumsticks. No breasts or wings. This is unacceptable. Our receipt stated that we should have received 3 of each. The large side of red beans and rice was not cooked properly, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. This was our second visit to this location and last as they did not give us the correct order last time either.

Placed a order online total was like $40.00 plus. Was suppose to get 2 pc chicken free with order $10.00 or more. Was not in the purchase. Sides was 1 large coleslaw and large Mac and cheese. There was no Mac in cheese in my bag. Had to go back in and was told no Mac and cheese today)but was not credited back. Over $5.00. Had to pay for a large coleslaw.Over $5.00. Total of 8 biscuits were hard as rocks.And only offered a refund of $3.00.Should have been refunded at least 17.00. I was very disappointed . And the person that assisted me had a attitude problem. I will not be returning to the Popeye’s on Southern.

First time at this location. Staff was on top of things. Fries were really good. Chicken portions were nice. Order came out timely and hot.

I have avoided Popeyes for the last 4 years because there is always a line. I stumbled upon this location and there was no line at the drive through. Service was fast. The folks on the inside were pleasant and helpful. And the food was great. Just what I expected.

I'm a bit torn about this place. Recent addition to fast food places in area, depending on time of day you visit will determine your experience. Busy during normal business hours, drive thru times can be frustrating. Frustratingly short supply on popular menu items. Its chicken, so what could go wrong? Therein lies the rub, you'd think by now it would be a well oiled, smooth process, right? Not so, seems to be some shortcoming every visit. If you're in a rush, go across street to churches chicken. But if time is relative in your life, it's worth the wait.

Love the chicken. Went inside for a 14 piece order take out and they didn’t have any spicy. Guy said it would be 15 minutes. When we said we’d wait, the guy seemed upset?!? Then they didn’t take our Popeyes gift card! Said it never works here. It’s been over a year in this location. Just an excuse.
