Great people extremely fair price. Pick up and drop off very easy. Tables and chairs were Super Clean! Definitely will be using this small business again.

We use them every time we have a party Their equipment is always clean, and the owners run their business out of their homes, so they are pretty flexible with pick-up times. Reasonable prices as well.

I needed chairs for my dad's 85th surprise birthday party and found this Rio Rancho small home-based business online. I had to add 10 more chairs (last-minute) and it was no problem. The price was very reasonable too. I love supporting small businesses!

We have used this business multiple times now for our church events, large and small. Their equipment is always clean and in good condition. (I've rented from other large companies and have been so frustrated at the condition of items). It is a joy to work with a local business that does well at customer service, and runs their business well! It's easy to schedule delivery and they are wonderful as well! Chafing dishes were dirty and roughed up. I had to scrub them to get them clean. Also, the website states they came with a spoon but they did not. If I had more time to find something else I would have, but I had no choice to serve my party food on these.

I rented from Rio Rancho Party Rentals and found the items to be in excellent, clean condition. The pricing was fair and the pick up/drop off was easy. Kathy was responsive and helpful. Thank you for helping make my party planning easy!

Located off a badly maintained dirt road and they do not deliver. Dogs located near "shop" are intimidating and off putting. The woman who I'm assuming owns the business did not help load anything (heavy, large popcorn machine, etc.) into the truck. The items rented were well maintained and easy to use. The bubble machine was cheaply made and can be purchased for the rental amount. I thought the prices otherwise were great for what I got and from comparing other companies I think competitive. Would use again if needed.
