I have just experienced the worst customer service at this Sallys Beauty Supply store and by the assistant manager I might add! I will never be back to this location or probably any Sally's anymore after how rudely I was treated by the young lady in that store. I was accused of stealing in an incredibly insulting way and followed the entire time I was present. I am a young 18 year old girl (who looks harmless) who was browsing the polishes for no longer than 20 minuets. Then when I proceeded to leave because I was insanely uncomfortable while I was being eyed and watched as if I were a thief with an obvious intent of stealing I was addressed by the very rude manager of my theft, I emptied my pockets and asked why she would accuse me of that, she got very snippy and rude and asked me to leave. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would, I don't think I'll be returning to a Sally's.

Very rude, I felt like I was being harassed I was asked at least half a dozen times within 5-10 minutes there if I needed help by the same employee with long black hair. She rolled her eyes & mumbled something too when I kindly told her I didn't need help. She kept watching me, I felt very uncomfortable, like she thought I was stealing or something! I couldn't even figure out which color I wanted to pick out for my hair because she walked up & started putting stuff on the shelf right in front of where I was standing trying to pick out the color for my hair. She couldn't wait till I was finished. No customer service skills. I will not shop there again. I've never felt that uncomfortable or have been treated that way in any Sally's or any store ever!

Love this Sally's. They are always so helpful. They always make sure you walk out with everything you need to make your hair beautiful.

First time there. My significant other needed some supplies. Both ladies there were very helpful.

The staff are very knowledgeable and the products are perfect. I don't go anywhere else. Neither should You !!!🤗

Went in for some hair dye and self tanner, a worker named Mariah was so sweet and helped me pick out the right color and new what she was talking about with the tanning options. Excellent customer service!

I love shopping at this location. Store is always clean and organized. Maryah is always Friendly and helps me find the products I need. She always has a great personality and is always smiling.

Best staff fs. Always so helpful when i have questions about hair products. The worker with rainbow bangs has introduced me to most of my favorite products.
