(and

for
our
Veteran's
Day
2023
visit:
We
arrived
about
1800
and
were
told
we
had
a
30-40
minute
wait,
which
was
surprising,
given
the
time
of
day
and
it
being
a
Saturday.
It
ended
up
being
a
50+
minute
wait,
but
we
expected
up
to
an
hour
before
we
even
got
there,
so
it
wasn't
an
issue.
Once
again,
the
food
and
service
were
awesome!
Hannah
L
was
our
server
and
she
was
wonderful.
Other
patrons
were
a
nuisance,
but
overall,
it
was
another
great
visit
and
we
were
content.
We
tried
some
new
things
but
also
had
some
of
the
same
things
from
our
previous
visit.
We
also
received
a
free
appetizer
and
10%
off
our
entire
order,
as
my
significant
other
is
a
Veteran.
Thank
you,
Longhorn!
We
stopped
here
on
30
Sept
just
before
1800,
and
had
a
wait
time
of
about
half
an
hour
-
not
bad
considering
it
was
a
Saturday!
The
waiting
area
was
a
little
cramped
once
it
filled
up,
but
it
had
comfortable
seating.
We
were
seated
at
a
booth
closest
to
the
bar,
and
although
it
was
a
high-traffic
area,
it
was
a
cozy
spot.
Our
server
(he
said
his
name
but
I
didn't
catch
it)
was
excellent!
He
didn't
forget
anything,
and
came
by
to
check
on
us
just
enough
to
let
us
enjoy
our
date
and
meals.
He
also
made
sure
to
explain
a
couple
of
things
regarding
our
meals
so
we
knew
what
was
included
to
avoid
ordering
two
of
the
same
side
(which
still
happened
due
to
an
afterthought,
lol).
The
food!
Oh
my
goodness,
the
food.
The
bread
and
butter,
and
our
appetizer
of
the
Texas
Tonion,
were
delicious
and
had
such
appealing
presentations.
My
significant
other
ordered
the
Longhorn
steak
and
added
mushrooms
and
shrimp,
with
rice
and
fries
for
his
sides;
I
had
the
BBQ
chicken
and
shrimp
Grill
Masters
combo
with
mac
n'
cheese
and
a
Caesar
salad.
He
enjoyed
everything
he
had,
as
well
as
the
bite
he
had
of
my
mac
n'
cheese,
and
ate
as
much
of
everything
as
he
could
before
he
was
too
full.
His
steak
was
cooked
perfectly
to
order,
as
well.
As
for
my
food...
let
me
preface
by
saying
I
DO
NOT
eat
seafood,
aside
from
enjoying
fish
once
in
blue
moon.
I
ordered
that
particular
combo
for
the
chicken,
with
the
intent
of
having
him
eat
the
shrimp.
When
our
server
brought
out
my
salad,
my
significant
other
told
him
he
forgot
to
add
the
mushrooms
and
shrimp
to
his
steak,
and
he
wanted
eight
shrimp.
So
before
our
meals
came
out,
I
decided
I
would
try
one
of
the
shrimp
that
came
with
mine,
out
of
pure
curiosity
and
since
he
was
getting
the
same
amount
that
was
included
with
my
combo.
Y'all,
I
ATE
EVERY
SINGLE
ONE
OF
THOSE
SHRIMP.
If
a
place
can
make
you
enjoy
shrimp
more
than
the
chicken
like
I
did,
they're
doing
something
right.
The
chicken
was
decent,
it
just
wasn't
as
good
as
those
shrimp!
I
never
thought
I'd
say
that,
but
Longhorn
made
it
happen.
The
mac
n'
cheese
was
divine,
and
the
Caesar
salad
was
NO
JOKE
the
best
I've
ever
had
at
a
restaurant.
I'd
honestly
go
back
just
to
have
a
meal
of
shrimp
and
Casear
salad,
lol.
The
only
thing
of
which
I
wasn't
a
fan,
was
the
rice
pilaf
-
but
I'm
picky
when
it
comes
to
that
particular
rice,
so
it
isn't
their
fault
I
didn't
like
it
much.
So
yeah,
my
first
experience
at
a
Longhorn
was
fantastic,
and
I'm
glad
he
chose
such
an
awesome
place
for
our
dinner
date.
My
leftover
chicken
and
mac
the
next
day
were
also
yummy,
but
of
course
way
better
fresh.
Parking
is
kind
of
a
pain,
and
when
it's
full
you
have
to
park
in
the
nearby
stores'
parking
lot,
but
a
full
parking
lot
is
a
good
sign
and
therefore
it's
not
a
bad
thing
to
have
to
park
further
out.
Overall,
you
won't
regret
dining
here,
and
I
HIGHLY
recommend
you
do!
And
get
you
some
of
them
SHRIMP
(no
butter
needed)!
You
won't
regret
it.
