Womp womp womp.... Not busy at all poor customer service waiting is longer than 15mins. Arrived at 8pm No host in front, waiters hang out at the bar, saw kitchen staff take a drink before going into the kitchen, and the food wait is 20mins or more.

The food was ok, the drinks weren't worth the money. There were only 7 people in the place and most of them were sitting at the bar, we sat at a table. We almost left because we sat in an empty place for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, as we were about to leave our waitress left the table she was sitting at with her fiends to get us a menu. After that it seemed like we were bothering her the entire time she came over to our table because she would rather sit and socialize with her friend instead. We used to come here a lot and the service was super friendly and the food and drinks were great, now, I just wouldn't recommend it to anyone; I'm not sure how it has the rating it has because it's definitely not even close to 3.7 star worthy anymore.

honestly should’ve read the reviews before i went in. i never write reviews but we spent an hour and a half in the restaurant for a round of drinks and an appetizer. it took 30 minutes just for us to get drinks, we mentioned we were ordering them bc of the presentation and the server couldn’t tell us they’d come in plastic cups before they brought them out. they were nice but not apologetic for the long wait to get literally anything and didn’t bring any napkins, for wings and fries that came out cold. if it was busy i would have understood but there was really not much going on in the restaurant

Went there to watch the MMA fights - glad they didn’t have a cover charge … Sat at the bar… Terrible customer service … bartender was young and obviously not interested in making our experience a positive one… weak drinks … average food. Hasn’t improved since it’s been Fox And Hound … bartenders were more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving their patrons. Won’t be going back , too many other places to spend my money. Went to Revel immediately after and had a great night. Is it too much to smile and be cordial… I tip accordingly and 5% was much too generous !!

We had a good server, but the other staff were sloppy and did not wear masks. The food was okay. Many of the beers were depleted, so the choices were limited. The management is clueless and seems to promote the place as party environment, ignored health regulations putting a higher priority on getting people drunk rather than checking on the quality of the service and food. We have no reason to go back.

I love the meals. Perfect taste really worth to pay. But they are lack of staff. So superb slow for every order and sometimes will never clear your table. Have pool to play. 10 bucks for 1 hour. Generally I like this place

Don't order door dash you won't get half of what the sandwich comes with. No cheese sauce no chipotle mayo, had to add my own. The bread is somehow chewy, hard, and soggy all at the same time. It is almost inedible.

Haven't been since they took over Fox and Hound a few years back. Came with my crew from HP and the service was great. Atmosphere is great. I notice they didn't change layout but made the feeling much better. It didn't feel too dark inside like most places so. Even though we had a large group, the staff was on point with making sure everything came out as quick as possible. Good was on amazing. Can definitely tell it was made fresh and came out hot. I would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

This was my first time here. Our server Xavier was amazing. He was very attentive and gave great suggestions. I asked him to pick a drink for me and he asked me great questions to decide a great surprise. I loved my surprise food and drink. He was very friendly. As a server my self, the service he gave was more than satisfactory. The manager Stephanie was very disappointing, she made a comment about Xavier’s service, which i didn’t agree with. I think as a manager you shouldn’t speak to the guests about your employees. I believe you should have their backs unless we complain, which we didn’t. I will be back and ask for Xavier.

Came in to watch a game. We like wine not beer. They look to have a great selection according to their menu. We are told "Dave" the manager has not ordered any in a few weeks. They have only one red wine that is local to NM. Not good! Lost what could have been a good sale. Feel bad for the waiter, who lost his tips. Will not be back.

Party vibes and friendly. Food is on point even after the longer drive home. The DJ/musician tonight (Tues. 7/26/23) needs to be international if not already 🎶. Set the vibe literally with perfection for each song with what was happening in the establishment for the time I was ordering food to go (Peoples mood, energy, emotions). 💯 inside of the building is nicely lit and plays well with tall roof 👌🏼

We were here on a very not busy Pride Parade Saturday (6/10 in our city.) All the activity was downtown for Pride. There was a soccer game on, and most of the patrons were watching that, cheering, and enjoying the minimal crowd. We sat at the bar, and received excellent service. They offer lots of beers, including local beers, on tap. The menu was very varied. Lots of choices. Both of our menu choices came out beautifully! Everything was cooked perfectly, and was delivered hot and fresh. I recommend this place to all Albuquerque locals.

We have used the upstairs area a few times for private Functions, the food is delicious. This evening we had a wonderful experience with Xavier the wait staff and John the manager. They were amazing and we can’t express how much we appreciate their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely keep coming back🤗

Don't order take out from here. You'll be waiting not just for the food but for the staff to come help you. The food is mediocre. It used to be a nice place. Now it's just sad. The staff is more worried about being on their phone than being attentive to the customers. The kitchen is slow putting out food. It's a hard pass for me. Spend your money on a place that will give you the right customer service.

Was there for a quick bite this past April. Nice place with a cool vibe. The wings were delicious. I sat at the bar and felt bad for the bartender. She was in great spirits despite the fact that it was only her and one server taking care of a 3/4 full establishment. Give this place a try for a bite and a cold one.

It is a delightful place to eat and chill with friends. Many large screen tv's with different sports showing. The beer choices are excellent. Food is on point! I will return with a hunger and a thirst!

Craft Republic certainly offers a unique dining experience with its large, open dining area characterized by dark wood and low, cozy lighting. The atmosphere is both welcoming and upscale, making it a great choice for a night out. The highlight of Craft Republic has to be the ginormous TVs broadcasting various games, perfect for sports enthusiasts. It creates an engaging and lively atmosphere, ensuring you won't miss a moment of your favorite sports event. When it came to drinks, we had a local favorite - Bosque Brewing Amber, and a Caribbean Sunrise, both of which were refreshing, but the beer menu would be greater with more dark beer options besides Guinness. Also tried and do recommend the zombie. The food didn't terribly disappoint either. We opted for the fish and chips and the Voodoo burger, both of which were satisfying…However, I did encounter a peculiar situation while eating the fish and chips when I found a piece of chicken. Which seemed out of place. Although it wasn't a deal-breaker, it's a note to the kitchen management to ensure cross contamination is not happening, so that such mix-ups don't happen in the future. Also would strongly suggest calling your preferred food supplier, and revisiting your choice in cut of French Fry. Leave crinkle cut fries in children’s tv dinners - definitely not worth that plate price for what tasted/looked like Kroger brand crinkle cut fries. 86 that asap. Craft Republic provided an overall great dining experience. It's an ideal spot for those seeking a sports bar atmosphere with a touch of sophistication. The combination of the ambiance, drinks, and tasty food makes it a worthwhile choice, despite the minor hiccup in my meal. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lively place to enjoy sports and good food in Albuquerque.

My wife and my youngest boy decided to go there for our Thanksgiving dinner. Drinks where good and strong. The service was slow, not sure if it was because it was Thanksgiving or not. There where only 2 ladies working up front doing everything seating , serving, bartending, hell that might have been doing the cooking as well. They gave it there all, but food took a long time, brought it out at different times. My wife and son had there's 10 mins before mine. All said and done I could take it or leave it. Better places to eat for the money in my option.

Not your traditional sit down restaurant or bar experience. Very laid back atmosphere with high-top seating, pool tables, and good food/drinks! You can expect to seat yourself upon coming in, and you’ll be greeted pretty quickly. The staff are awesome and super friendly, only downside was there were more people there than staff so wait times were a little longer than average (about 2 hours for one round of drinks and one appetizer per person). Unfortunately the pool table was being used by the same people for the 2 hours we were there, so we didn’t get to play. Lastly, the music was awesome, but we were confused as the speakers went in and out with volume the entire time? Not sure if it was a blown speaker system or if it was done on purpose. Overall though, great late night bar spot.

Fun place. Pool table, dart board, foosball. Nice bar with large selection of draft beers. Food was good. Fish and chips were crisp, burger was cooked as ordered, coleslaw was delicious, not sweet. I'll definitely visit this place again.

Food is generally good, service is atrocious (good luck being waited on & expect long wait times even when they aren’t busy). I recently ordered a bleu cheese burger (see photo) and don’t know if it was a joke or not—4 tiny crumbles of bleu cheese?!?

Nice place. Felt like a cigarette bar w/o the smoke. It’s nice and cozy for a date night. It has a hole in the wall kinda feeling. The customer service was good. The food was hot and tasty. Has an okay location. Especially if your from out of town.

Atmosphere nice. Seems like it would be a great time. Waitress took 12 min to acknowledge we were sitting down looking over menus. 22min later our first drinks arrived and we asked if we could order food. Food arrived 23min later. After two hours, we saw our waitress twice. She told us that she forgot we were in the back. Horrible experience. Staff doesn’t seem to care. Never going back.

Had my husbands pamper party upstairs at Craft Republic. I ordered the pick 3 appetizers and it was perfect for our party and ready before people got here. Natasha was our waitress and she was WONDERFUL! She was attentive and had a great sense of humor (especially dealing with our group of friends silliness). Thanks, Natasha!

The bartender is by far one of the best bartenders in the city! Clara was attentive and inviting with all of her customers, and her cocktails were balanced perfectly. I tried a Crown Apple Mule and a few other drinks she suggested, all amazing! Will definitely be back to see her!

I'm new to the area so I was looking for a good place to chill with some good eats & drinks. The food & drinks were amazing (would def recommend the brisket flautas)😍 And usually I tip just on pure obligation, but my bartender the other night truly deserved it. Her name is escaping me, Clare or Clara, but she was so friendly & helpful. She even suggested some places for me to take my nephew when he's in town. Will definitely be back!

We recently had a graduation celebration at Craft Republic and it was wonderful. Easy to arrange the party through emails and calls with very quick responses. They gave us the entire upstairs, allowed us to decorate and the staff and food were wonderful. Great place with a fun atmosphere. (May 2022)

Food was amazing. The meat lovers pizza was so good the bacon was cooked perfectly. The Dr Pepper was so carbonated and I like that. Service was decent. Overall a good experience.

Like most places now at days staff was low and most drink had been tapped out. Environment is pretty lively and management adjusted to our large crowd quickly. I hope next time they are able to have more wait staff to support the crowd

I planned my wife's 50th birthday party here. Sarah was our waitress and she was very attentive and quick. This was our 3rd party in the upstairs area and I would highly recommend coming here. Great food, great service and even the manager came to check on us. Very reasonably priced.
