Service and food was great! 1st time we come to this location. Food was tasty and HOT...like freshly cooked HOT and that made it even tastier. Restaurant is very clean with nice layout and decor.

I use to go here back in 2015, things seemed to be up to par. Now I wanted to treat my friends to a meal this evening. Since then service and everything has gone to a low. My friends and I had to wait and ask for our soups, sure we went for never ending on a Monday night. Seemed like we had to wait for something already prepared. First, our waiter brings me a salad in a stupid plastic container, because of eating for one. Second, my friend had to ask for our soup, then the waiter responded with "are you ready for the soup"? Of course it's suppose to come with salad. Third, try to over charge our orders. Last, put one scoop of soup for to go. The salad was old, use iceberg cheap lettuce. Actually the finally is my change was supposed to be $2.90, and he gave me $3.00. Sorry no tip. Not going back.

Lasagna was really good. Wife like the ravioli with cheese. Breadsticks were tough on the ends.

Well, I really should have stuck with one of my faves - instead I tried something new and I did not like it. Their new dish chicken marsela fettuccine. I just did not like the taste. Olive Garden is one of our family favorite restaurants! It's great! Please bring back steak gargonzola alfredo!

This is only my 2nd time at an Olive Garden in my 33 years. The first time was over 5 years ago and it was an awful experience. However this was a great dinner I had and will be returning. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. I tried all the soups and the house salad.

This location is notoriously busy, so get there early if you don't want an hour wait. Usually food is good, but the service is not always. Our waiter seemed bothered that we asked for to go containers and even handed them off to us with attitude. I ordered the salmon - I wouldn't if I were you. The piece of salmon was very small and I had half a plate of frozen broccoli. For $20 it was awful. At our table we also had the tortellini and the shrimp Alfredo. Both were good. The food is a hit or miss as you would expect from a chain, but lately it's more miss than anything. Too much frozen food, too prepackaged taste and texture, and too poor a customer service to want to go back. We spent about $35 per person for entrees, one appetizer, drinks, and a dessert. Not awful, but this place is losing quality and service to the point that it's getting overpriced for what you get.

Chicken parm was a little overcooked. But it was an enjoyable lunch at a good price.

Decided to come here for lunch. We walked in at 1:15pm and we’re seated right away. However that’s where the good ends. We were left waiting until 1:50pm. No food, no drinks, not even a hello from a server. I even ordered stuff off of the tablets in hopes to at least get a drink. We were getting dirty looks from the servers. It would’ve been faster to get a take out order. Don’t waste your time coming here. You’ll just leave hungry

It was a steadily busy at the time of our visit. we were able to get on the wait list without having to enter the building. The wait was not long, approximately 15min. we were 3rd in line. there was a constant flow in and out of the establishment during our visit. Our server was prompt and everything came out at just the right pace.

I usually love Olive Garden but when I came in today around 8:35pm we were greeted by the wonderful host and sat at a booth. We were waiting for our server to greet us for 15 minutes before we decided to leave. While we were leaving a group of young servers that were staring at us the whole time while seated told us “sorry guys” and laughed. This is very unprofessional of servers that want to make money!

We came two hours of closing and was really satisfied with our experience. Our server Bea was really nice and helped us plentiful times. She was really fast with our things and was a really good server bringing our drinks and takeout boxes and kept the drinks coming out. The food was pretty good as well and delicious.

The food is always great! I think our waitress was new and a bit nervous but she was super friendly and very attentive. We had a perfect table for 2 in the far back! The evening was already perfect because of who I was having dinner with everything from dinner to our service just added to help compliment the night!

We dined at this location for the first time, about 1800 on 12 Aug 2023. Our meals were a bit too cheesy (the melted cheese that came with them, not the added parmesan, obviously) and the helping of broccoli that came with mine was too much, but overall, the food was great and the service was fantastic. The parking lot is kind of a pain to maneuver if you're in a larger vehicle, just a head's up.

Olive Garden is not what it used to be. It’s been slowly going down hill for a while but unfortunately it’s not any better. The food is fine but $18 for a cup of pasta is crazy in my mind. I was really surprised by the service. Nothing negative per se but our server maybe said 10 words to us. I’m not expecting long conversations or anything but I remember when going out to eat you’d talk to your server. I guess the ziosk machines will replace this at some point. I’d recommend mtucci’s for Joe’s pasta house for better service and bang for your buck.

Kind of same old same old, menu same atmosphere is the same. Food is same but good and service is top notch. Our waiter was quick to refill drinks and bring warm bread to our table. Having the managers walking and talking dose make a difference to our group’s and they donut well here.

The food was amazing, as were the drinks. Service was fast, very friendly, and worth every dollar. Overall environment was a comfortable and clean organized establishment. Highly recommend. Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was my choice for the night. Plenty to eat for a serving.

We really enjoyed our visit. The wait staff was especially good....friendly and well versed in the menu and specials. The potato/sausage soup had heartily chucks of both potatoes and sausage. Wonderful taste. The lasagna was moist and served with a wonderful tomato sauce and melted cheese. This is our go to lunch spot from now on.

Food was great! Loved it. Atmosphere was very relaxing and secluded. However, our waitress was very rude. She was not attentive ignored us majority of the time. Talking to another table 90% of the time. I would got up and got my food myself and would been better service.

I did a curbside the lady that took the food out to me was very friendly, but the little effort the cooks put to make the order is just sad it’s expensive as it is to eat out and sucks to get food that is OLD COLD and just nasty horrible food chewy old chicken.. Whoever is making this food and management should have more pride for their work. The food shows how careless employees can be sad to say I spent $55 just to take two bites and get sick after please don’t eat here it’s not worth it might as well make 10 min pasta at home and just throw cold sauce on top!

Much more in price than I can remember. The food was somewhat bland. However I did enjoy the dessert. We spent 156$ for 4 adults and one toddler, including tip at 20 percent. I just wish it had been tastier. The service, however, was great!

Food was great and our server Monica was very nice. Pleasant dining experience. Had the Lasagna Classico and my mom had the soup and salad.

We were sat down right away, but it took over 20 minutes for someone to come greet us. Then we played musical servers for the rest of the meal, including the manager. Never did figure out who our server was. Poor service and our orders were all mixed up, Some of us ordered salad some soup, it didn’t come out right, some had spaghetti others had fetuchini and we got both lol. Bad service all around.

PLEASE READ!!! I would rate zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted, when I found a cockroach leg in my pasta! I visited on December 24th. After I ate most of my pasta, I boxed it up and didn't realize it till I got home. This is a health risk! I don't know what happened to this place, but doesn't seem clean anymore.

Went here for the first time in years and I was pleasantly surprised. I went there during prom season and was told it was a 45 minute wait, but was seated in about 15 minutes. All of the staff who helped us were so kind, and I appreciate the patience out server had when we had a tiny issue with payment afterwards. I took a chance on the Chicken and Gnocchi soup for my side dish and I would highly recommend it. It reminded me of my mother's cooking in a way. The only thing I would complain about is the portion sizes being too large, but I suppose that is a matter of preference. Reminder: They do not serve lunch-sized items at dinner time.

When we arrived, hostess took our # to text when a table would be available. Said 30/35 min. We waited 40 minutes and came in to check our status. The hostess was rude as we verified our number. She typed it in wrong and said it would be another 25 min. I asked to speak to the general manager and told him that I wanted to suggest that when the hostess takes a number that she repeats it to verify it because we waited 40 minutes and then she told us (with snobbish attitude) that we had to wait another 25 min. The manager said, no you’re the next table, we’ll seat you now. And said she is supposed to repeat the number and apologized. And offered a free appetizer or dessert. Turned everything around. Great management, poor hostess. Our waitress was the best.

It was an amazing experience!! Left the Restaurant next door due to their total lack of customer service!!! The management bent over backwards at your Coors Bypass location. The server-Shelby was absolutely amazing. She was such a pleasure and very attentive!!In our current unsettling times her kindness was refreshing. We had a big group and children and she made sure she communicated with all of us. You are so fortunate to have people like her and the good was top notch!!
