We went today around 12 and it was an awful experience. Our waitress was amazing and super nice but the food was AWFUL. First time they bring out a dish it was wrong so they send it back, then they come to take out the corrected dish and it was STILL wrong, lastly they bring out the chicken Parmesan pasta that we ordered and the chicken is raw!!!! The manager didn’t seem to care too much he could have done way more to compensate what had happened. It was raw chicken!

Nothing extraordinary but decent for frozen appetizers. There are too many items on the menu that will leave you overwhelmed. The burger however was cooked to perfection a medium rare. The waitress and hostess had a high quality of customer service. Would I come again…possibly for drinks and appetizers.

Just a horrible experience tonight. We ordered takeout for dinner. My husband ordered the tri-tip steak cooked medium. He received a tiny charred piece of overdone meat, along with a sad baked potato and equally dismal salad. The poke appetizer had hardly any fish and oxidized guacamole. My Asian chicken salad came with about a 1/4 of a container of dressing and was dry and unappetizing, with charred chicken, a couple pieces of mandarin oranges, stale wonton strips, and little else. Out of the four things that we ordered, the only thing edible was my son's chicken parmesan. Just a bad experience overall. To say that this location has really gone downhill would be a major understatement.

The food was very good, I had the Ahi Salad and my wife the double pork chop. We also had an appetizer of calamari. Food came hot and fast. It was very tasty. The atmosphere is a bit noisy for my taste. The fact that our server would turn his back on me and talk to my wife was rude. I guess that's why his name is Sin. Next time, we will go to the BJs on the east side of town. Other than that, I would recommend this BJs.

We recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. We called a couple weeks in advance to set it up. Had to follow up, but the manager set us up perfectly with great options to choose from. The quality of the food was great. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to replenish as our guests began to eat. Overall great experience, the servers where very attentive and kept everyone satisfied.

As we walked in, I thought we were getting seated only have the waiter walk away from us very fast. When we did get seated the table was dirty with food and drink stains. Asked to move to another table, all the tables were dirty. Got our food. Fries were old and got bits and pieces I specifically asked for no garnish, dry....got garnish and the sauce. The bacon was bits and pieces. First and last time we come here!! Restrooms very dirty as well!! Training in Cleanliness is needed here at this establishment!!!

Had late lunch/dinner here for the first time with my family. Walk ins are welcomed but it did take a while to get a table for 10 people when there was hardly anyone there. But our waitress was very friendly and nice to all of us. The food was good, I ordered the chicken sandwich and the fried chicken was a bit darker on the outside but the chicken on the inside was juicy and perfect. Free drink refills was a plus. I also ordered a lavender lemonade, I didn’t like it because it was too fragrant. There is a small selection for the kids menu but it’s good because it can be overwhelming for kids choosing what to order. The best part for kids is that they get mini appetizers of bread knots and fruits. My nieces ordered the macaroni and it looked like the kind you cook from the box but my nieces still enjoyed it.

Got seated right east in the self seating bar area, our table was cleaned up quick. Took awhile to order our food unfortunately others were seated after us and got their food sooner. Our food was barely warm as it was sitting for a bit. The food was made and prepped right but was disappointed by the heat. I understand that with staffing levels being the way they are it there’s some issues, but when a couple of the dishes were fish and not hot it’s really dissapointing.

Our experience at first was not good. There was a misunderstanding with the host and waiter. But the manger Carlos came over to our table apologized and brought us a free dessert and brought my one year old over some friut for the long wait. I was so surprised with how friendly and helpful the manger Carlos was. I will definitely return with my family because of the outstanding customer service he provided. More places should have managers like Carlos. He definitely deserves recognition.

First time at BJ's... Got help from my bartender, Sin.. who was fabulous 👌. He suggested a pale ale, an appetizer and the Prime Rib Sandwich. Would highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. Everything was perfect. Was very clean, staff very friendly and the food to die for...

Ordered dessert to go. Opened it & it’s a black hard burnt cookie. Called to tell them about the issue & they couldn’t do nothing for me.

It was a great atmosphere! I did not like their pizza too much. It had too much dough and not enough sauce. Chicken Ceasar salad was very delicious. Had nice service!

It was a very bad experience. We went out for my husbands birthday. They said it would be a 25 minute wait and we were seated in 10 minutes. We were hopeful that we would receive our food relatively fast. 45 minutes later food was ice cold and we had to call the waitress to find out why other people that sat down after us received their food and left and we still didn’t have our food. The waitstaff was very inattentive. We had to call the waitress over to tell her we hadn’t received our food. The manager wasn’t very professional and he didn’t even explain what happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I entered, Conager immediately greeted me and commented on my cool glasses. I sat in the bar area and ordered from Sinjin, I believe his name is. Not exactly the nicest guy. I ordered the fish n chips, which I got asparagus instead. The fish was lightly breaded and flaky. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. All in all, a good meal 🤠

I have not been at this 10000 Coors location in over 2 months due to scheduling. Shame on me. I usually sit at the bar as a single n was just amazed at the new dining options presented to me by Joseph a fairly new bartender. The food was stellar n presented hot n ready to consume. I am now back and ready to begin again this as my favorite casual dining spot in Albuquerque.

Came here for lunch with my coworker. I have been here a couple of times, and it has been great. Food today was good, however, it took a LONG time for our waitress to even take our orders. The place was not busy at all. After about 30 minutes, my partners food came out, but not mine. About 15-20 minutes, my food arrived, and I immediately asked for a to go box, because we had to get back to work. The guy who brought my to go box didn't even say anything, and just dropped the box on the other side of the table from me. All around, it just seemed like we were an inconvenience just for showing up for a lunch outing. So while the food was good, I had to eat it at my desk while working.

A great environment and even better food. The service was superb and made the whole dining experience. We had the pleasure of having Victoria H. wait on us. She was patient, pleasant, and her customer service skills were top notch! We will definitely be back.

Ordered a Margarita and an avocado egg roll appetizer. Was good for a quick stop for snacks and drink! Hoping to be able to try more items on the menu soon. Good experience overall.

This BJ’s was extremely accommodating for our group of 40 when another restaurant canceled last minute (10 minutes before our reservation time). Their manager was very understanding and got our food out as quickly as possible. Our waitress, Jenna, was incredible and did an amazing job with our large group. Not only was the service top tier, but the food was delicious and exactly what everyone ordered with little time for the kitchen’s preparation. I would take any large group to this BJ’s and I will most definitely be taking my team back to this location.
