***4 stars only because we didn't try the food*** Main Event is not just for kids under 18. I'm in my 50s and know that Adults can have fun too. And, oh my, ladies and gentlemen, did we have fun! Bowling, Laser Tag and gravity ropes, plus 2 rounds of adult beverages was what we needed. So much fun that kids were trying to team up with me during Laser Tag (yes, my team scored some pretty high points - girl power!). Please try the gravity ropes if you're able. Didn't see another adult up there except for my party group of 3. Great atmospheric life, not packed, but traffic was arriving around 2p on a Saturday. Nice, helpful staff; bowling attendee (server) waas friendly and service was quick. No isues experienced during setup of bowling or during; just an overall great time I will be visiting again and definitely recommend.

Our experience at The Main Event for a birthday celebration was outstanding! The party room 2 was perfect for our event, and Bobby's exceptional service ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently, making the celebration even more enjoyable. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food provided. It exceeded my expectations and added an extra delight to the entire experience. Kudos to The Main Event for delivering a fantastic celebration space, remarkable service by Bobby, and surprisingly delicious food. Highly recommended for any special occasion or gathering!

I had so much fun with my husband. I would give this place a 5 star review, however a worker named Andres ruined the experience. He was so rude, he accused us of stealing, we proved him that we weren't stealing kids toys (yeah it's silly) since we did earn a plushie from a grabber machine and that was beeping. No apologies from him after this. Andres was never nice. We also wanted to redeem the points that we earned, we grabbed enough items to don't be short on points. Andres insisted that Nerd candies were 200 points even though they were label as 140 points. Now are we being accuse of stealing candy? Andres attitude was the worst! I don't think I'll be coming back (unless this guy is not around treating my family like thieves)

We were there for a promotion. If we had to pay, I'm not convinced I would have given 1 star. The pizza was like styrofoam with ketchup and dehydrated cheese on it. How hard is it to get a halfway decent pizza and sell it? I think I would have given 4 stars if they gave us a Tony's pizza instead.

Was greeted after sitting at bar in 2 minutes. Was told they would be right with us. We were not told you had to yell at them to get service instead of helping people they are food being the bar. 28 minutes to get a beer. The picture is what they were eating. Also it is cheaper if you pay cash and not card it's not notated on the menu..... stealing or legit? Just wondering. It has been 5 days since I did a they asked to reach out to them and they have not responded.

My family had a good time at the Main Event Albuquerque location. The bowling lanes were easy to program and you could add bumpers for the kids and even player's pictures! The games are fun, and we had pretzel bites for a snack, which were just ok. Had 3 people. Bowled for 1 hour, had a snack and played games. We were there about 2.5 hours. They do have specials and bundles, but expect to spend at least $100 for 3 people on a similar experience.

Food is good kids love it! Games are great! Service to get food at the Family kitchen is horrible..takes forever to sit down..for ever to get service and I don't mean this about all the servers but all we ever see is 5 to 10 peoples standing in the kitchen area on phones laughing playing around while no one is getting drinks or food...looks like a bunch of kids playing in food service

I was in yesterday with my wife and her co workers. We got our drink order at the bar and the girl with glasses was very helpful but when the guy took over for her he was very rude. He told us if we got a 22 ounce that he would consider it two drinks. We then tried to order food and he refused. We asked if we could get a waitress at our table and they refused because we didn't have reservations. When we went to bowl there were five kids standing around talking and when we asked to get a server they just looked at us and went back to talking.

The arcade is actually limited didn't deal with the laser tag people came out excited though The alcohol section was packed and there seem to be a decent number bowling.

Bowling was fun. Pool tables are nice. Arcade, laser tag and VR setup were great. Got here early on a weekday, so we pretty much had the place ourselves. I recommend getting the all day unlimited pass thing, cause it includes bowling, pool, laser tag and the ropes course. You should go expecting the arcade to be a bit pricey after enough gaming. Overall great experience! Will be coming back in the future!

We chose this place for my daughter's sweet 16 because of the price but we had an INCREDIBLE experience. Our host Lambert was THE BEST. He helped me with everything and made everything seamless. Laser tag was amazing and the pizza was great and the service was THE BEST. Give that man a raise. We had a blast and he found me with every question and payment and anything I asked for happened. It was honestly the best service I've ever had. I misunderstood the time we had the table and he helped us move up near bowling when we hadn't done the cake yet. He moved the gifts and pushed tables together and made sure our pizza was boxed up and I'm honestly so impressed. Thanks for everything we WILL be back.

We had a birthday party for my daughter today and our party host Anthony was amazing. He was on top of everything and made the experience with 7 kids under 10 super smooth and enjoyable. He was on top of the schedule and events and I would turn around and refills would already be on the table. The food came in perfect timing and I even called a few hours before and added additional stuff and it all went perfect. I would recommend the birthday packages they are affordable and all inclusive and we had almost a 4 hour party for what would be 2 hours at any other place. Super happy with the experience!!

Birthday party grandson's, place was crowded but kids able to enjoy games, pizza was great, other eatery station very friendly at bar. But yes place was very very busy especially the bowling area did take 2 hours to get our game. Would recommend getting reservations as early as possible we did this at last minute.

Spent literally 10 hours here for a really good reasonable price. Staff was courteous and informative. Can get extremely busy at any moment. Plus the fact that you can leave and return with no reentrance fee was awesome. Middle of the week was a great time to show up if you want to get the best experience. Weekends could pose tedious.

Service The bartender handed us menus over dirty dishes from the last guests and did not bus them, I am certain they were within sight. It was not busy. Price A bud light draft is $10.15 before tip... maybe we should tell them that it's not a craft beer. If you leave a decent tip, you'll pay over a hundred bucks just to get a few drinks and bowl (if u don'tgo alone). They don't publish their prices on their menu! Haha! COOL! You know who does? Everybody else! Cleanliness Gross. Peter Piper Pizza is cleaner. Lazy, underpaid workers. Conclusion This place sucks. It could be our favorite spot with better management, and if the workers were paid to care. We'll try again in a year or so to see if the owners wake up to this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place use to be amazing, I went last night and The place was so ran down and super understaffed. More then 1/2 of the games where broken, empty cups every where and trash all over the place. My daughter when to play the ball Throwing game at the clowns and the balls were sticky Somebody had spilled their soda all over the game. The w bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned it for ever. We got a table to eat some dinner and almost ever table that was empty was not bussed there was food on the floor. So NASTY Don't waste your $$$

Really fun place to take the family! Kids had a good time and reasonably priced!

  • 2/5 卜仁宁 9 months ago on Google
This place is fun, but they are lax on maintaining stuff used by attendees. The bowling shoes were nasty and falling apart. Many of the laser tag vests weren't functioning properly. The area where you exchange tickets for prizes was disorganized and many of the items weren't labeled. At least the ropes course harnesses seemed sturdy and well maintained.

We spent $37 for 210 credits for the arcade. Most of the games are about 5-7.5 credits so we were able to play quite a few and overall played for about 30-40 minutes, which is about all we can do with our 3 year old anyways. I think the prices are a bit steep if you plan on eating here as well, but we skipped food, so it seemed moderately priced for us. It appeared clean, everyone had masks on and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. If you can swing going around noon on a Tuesday, it was dead and we were able to enjoy the whole arcade mostly to ourselves. Would give 5 stars if it was a bit cheaper and if the claw machines had some grip to them LOL.

My family and I really enjoyed this place mostly because of all the entertainment that they provide, they also have a great bar pretty good drinks. I just wish they had a better food menu , they mostly have bar, finger food. But overall I highly recommend this place.

I have been to Main Event 3 times. The food is pretty good, the staff is friendly. However I do have some frustrations. Bowling lanes are pretty crammed. I went with my kids and while 1 lane for 4 bowlers was appropriate, the lane next to us had 7 people and it felt like we were sardines trying to sit. We ordered food, and then half our order arrived. So we re-ordered and then half the order arrived again. So we just cancelled. It was 4 food items, not a massive order. Then, I went to buy the hour all you can play cards. I spent $60 on these cards and was told I had to buy laser tag at the Winner’s Choice area. So I go and stand in line: 2 girls at the register tending to one adult with his kids picking prizes. I stood in line for over 10 minutes and then was frustrated time was running out for the play cards. It just seems poorly organized. I don’t plan to come back any time soon it’s just so expensive to be this much of a cluster.

Fun place for kids and adults it was a really busy day we couldn't wait 2 or 3 hours for bowling and other attractions so we play pool, air hockey and got my kids points to play on the arcade.

Very expensive! It's fun enough and the laser tag and bowling are worth the unlimited pass. As are the pool tables if you wish to play for a few hours, but i recommend bringing your own cue if you have it because finding a straight house cue is impossible. The points exchange store really needs to step up their selection. I don't expect high quality stuff, but a better selection would be nice. Staff has no problem seeing a customer standing at the bar or someplace else waiting for service and completely ignoring them. The ladies at the counter however were extremely friendly and helpful while taking my $525 for our family fun.

Main Event is fine, but the customer service is fantastic! Our server, Devin, was outstanding! Great attitude, fun vibe, excellent customer service! We would come back just for him! We were celebrating a birthday, nice place to be loud and have fun! Thank you again for a fun time!

All in all a fun place. But if I'm told that my reservation for a bowling lane is in 3 hours aka 7:40pm, I expect a lane at 7:40. I finally went up at 8pm to see what the hold up was and was told they weren't going to have a lane open until 9pm, that's an hour and 20 minutes later then the time I was quoted when I made my reservation at 4:38pm. We ended up leaving and after getting the second text stating that our "3 hour" wait time was over at 9:40pm (5 hours later), we decided we'll never bother to go back to this place, unless they figure out a better system! Also the restrooms were disgusting and out of paper supplies both toilet paper and paper towels, plus the trash cans were over flowing. We spent way too much money for a mediocre experience!

Took our grandson to have an afternoon of fun. He enjoyed it as we did as well. The place felt comfortable temperature wise considering it was like 100 degrees outside. There is plenty to do inside and would recommend.

I read that the services was horrible, and the servers had an attitude. man, are the reviews right they work hard to not get a tip. Overall, the place is nice and entertaining but don't eat there. plus food is same as any other place that wants to give you a heart attack overloading with salt.

Went bowling and had drinks here. The drinks weren’t that great. The beer was good but the old fashioned was a half pour and made incorrectly. Other than that, very nice atmosphere. The game of bowling was glitchy. I would make spares and they wouldn’t be counted. I had to reset the lane several times because I would be sitting there waiting on my pins to be set.

Celebrate Grand daughter's birthday few days after. On weekend a few grandchildren were taken to play games. I went with money in hand to add funds to play cards. First time being there, it's nice, lots of games👍it's loud 🙉 inside. Service? Ehhh not so much 🤏 loading game cards at kiosk is your problem. Food I needed Diabetic my blood sugar dropped got light-headed. Small line at counter attendants wandered in and out 👎🤷‍♂️ looking but not working. I left, too bad it was fun but short. Want to go back, Yes but better prepared. Overall it could rate higher. More responsible employees 🙄 not teenagers? Lighted food area with counter people. It was like 7 or 8 pm when I needed food. Felt like 2 am?

Very impressed. Clean, friendly and attentive staff and the kids have a blast! Food and drinks were great and the hubs and I even had a wonderful time playing some fun games! Wide array of games for all ages, shuffle board, pool, arcade, claw machines, air hockey, bowling and so much awesome! Awesome visit!

I booked a field trip for a significant amount of money to entertain 45 students. The contract says show up 15 minutes earlier we did. We went in right at 11 am when the doors open. Once the wrist bands were distributed and students could enjoy the activities, we found out their safety checks were not performed and we could not use the laser tag and gravity ropes until one hour later. The employees told my students to come back at 11:35, however another group of older students from a different school were allowed to put their names on the list to be the first group to participate, I didn’t like this action but had to show my students proper problem resolution strategies at this point, I opted to walk away and take my group to the bowling lanes. Our lunch was scheduled for 11:30 , so we could not use the arcade because the cards are set on a timer once they are started the time runs continuously or so this were the instructions given to us. I feel they stole at least an hour of fun to our students. Students who worked hard to make this trip possible and an everlasting memory. Over all a very bad experience. I did speak to the manager who seem incompetent of solving issues as such presented. We will probably take our business somewhere else next time. I totally do not recommend this place for any group activities. A total disapointment.

Brought my sister and nephew's last night to bowl, the moment I spoke to attendant, to bowl, the guy was very rude and no customer service whatsoever. I ordered food, had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and food, plus another 10 minutes for water and sprites. Overall bowling was nice, but customer service was not. Spent a good amount of money, and had to deal with rude attendant at front.

Would not recommend bought 2 tickets for unlimited pass and the casher up front didn't mention anything about making appointments for the attractions. Two little had to wait 1hour for the activity . The games there some were working it would just take the money from the card and have a timer count down with not even playing it... Would not recommend to anyone ..! Buying tickets is not worth it they only did 2 activities while being there having to make appointments ridiculous..

I came to Main Event to have a good time with my family for a Thanksgiving celebration..BUT when we sat down to munch on some food and I noticed that my pizza dough was undercooked, basically raw!! Unbelievable. Also, the attitude of the waitress was bogus.
