Went to the Ranchers Club for a Valentine dinner with my wife. We were early, so we decided to have a glass of wine. There were no waiters to take our order. We were finally seated. There was one waiter for a room full of people. No bus boy. Our meal was served in an inordinate amount of time. However, the food was good. Lastly, check your bill. My bill had several charges that were not ordered. Have not been to the Rancher Club in 10 years. Will not darken the door of the Rancher Club again.

The lounge gets me every time... I have been here about 5 times in my life and each time I say, " I need to come here more often. The leather, cowhides, wood, Sinatra, just gets me. Throwback and I love it. Meal was good, not exceptional, but okay. Filet mignon was tender, potatoes and kale a little bland. Service was good. 4.5 stars, my love of the lounge pushed it to the 5.

Finally got seated an hour after our reservation. 2 servers, so didn't get checked on much. Ordered scallops and got one scallop, dyed blue and sliced, definitely not worth 20 bucks Husband ordered New York strip and I had the elk. Ordered pork belly Mac and cheese with the strip and so disgusting, pork belly was not cooked at all and the taste was not cheese but like cheap nacho cheese, so gross. My risotto was undercooked and the baked potato was overcooked. Kept finding things floating in my drinks. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. Not worth the money. Also considering the prices there should be uniformity in the dining room. Dated and different types of chairs throughout. Feeling ripped off.

What an experience! Fantastic service and great food. The ambiance was unbeatable; this place was an authentic tribute to a wanning lifestyle that should be a respectfully relished part of our American culture. Long live the cowboy.

I attended a conference and the servers were very polite and patient. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food was good and the space was large enough for a good gathering.

Not sure how a steak house messes up a steak, but they figured it out. Tasted like it came from a dirty grill and the “side of fresh vegetables” was a plain baked potato, they didn’t even give me butter. Not to mention the incredibly small serving size. Silverware was dull and could not cut anything. Drink ware was dirty with water spots. Service staff was less then useful, and I never even got a refill. Overall poor experience that left me hungry and I ended up stopping at Wendy’s on the way home. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Yeah, don’t be fooled by their website. They have been closed since the pandemic. I came 1000 miles to eat here for dinner tonight to have the staff tell me they’ve never reopened since the pandemic. Even now Google says they’re open. Couldn’t be more disappointed, the website needs to be shut down completely

Such an amazing experience. Very elegant ambiance. Staff was on point and very friendly. Ribeye cooked to perfection. Bacon wrapped Bison is a must try.

This place has really gone downhill. Only 2 servers in the place, dirty glasses and the steak tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Not to mention the mushy side of veggies and plain baked potato. Save your money and go to a cheesey Texas themed restaurant to get double the food at half the price that will taste way better.

Had an amazing evening, cocktails and dinner, here about two years ago. We keep watching and praying they will reopen. Fine food, excellent wines, professional and welcoming staff. Please come back.

Had an excellent meal here tonight. The staff were friendly and the customer service was spot on. The steak was wonderful and tasty as was the cheesecake. We were given a few chocolates... a nice touch to end the meal.

CLOSED at the beginning of COVID, never reopened. For SOME REASON it doesn't mention that on their website and they are still taking reservations. We drove an,hour into town for a reservation we've been waiting on for months to find out they are totally closed, and have been for years.
