I was there on a Saturday afternoon during the college football championship games. It's not a sports bar but I was able to watch the game. Beer is great if you like craft beers. It's alien 👽 themed, obviously, and had a cool, relaxed vibe. There was only one girl working at the time but she worked fast to get to everyone until help arrived. Great service and really friendly. I'll definitely go back. Take me to your liter! 🍺

Fantastic food, friendly service, kind of frumpy bar.

A wonderful place with wonderful food and people! Love the aesthetic. The food is amazing! It's elevated bar food. It's not like your everyday bar with average appetizers. It has a restaurant feel. The beers they serve are next level and worth trying over and over again! Also the people complaining about long wait times need to chill. It's low staff here but everyone who works here is 10/10. Never have had a rude staff member serve me. They also have non bun options which is a nice touch!

Stopped by for a brew while waiting for the wife to get done shopping. Great brews. Who woulda think, but they have an Imperial Hefe.

Alien Brewpub was my favorite local place I went to while on a week long work trip to Albuquerque. It had a fantastic chill vibe, great selection of craft beers AND cocktails, and the food was great too! Went three days in a row and definitely was the best place to relax after a very long day of out of town work. Allie the bartender was awesome and the best!

Glad they were open. And properly adhering to all Covid-precautions. Also. The food and beer and service was terrific. Courtney was super nice to our baby and have us some great local tips. I got the New Mexican Philly which was terrific and not ok big. And my wife ate up a chicken sandwich. Ipa beers were only $5. On a Tuesday.

Food wasn’t very good. Soggy chips… kinda nasty nachos over all. Atmosphere was ok. Staff was short handed or something because they never came around. I Ran outta beer in the first 10 minutes, waitress never came back so I could order another.

Great place to grab some elevated bar food. I ordered the jalapeño poppers, New Mexico Philly, and some onion rings. The jalapeño poppers are hot hot hot. Like super hot. If you like hot hot get them. If you don't, skip them. That's not a ding, but you should know that going in. The onion rings are amazing. But I love onion rings. They are a good crunchy ring. Philly was ok and filling. Service was amazing. I'll for sure be back.

I'm from Buffalo NY and have struggled to find places who serve traditional Buffalo wings non breaded non frozen. Alien delivers on all fronts with fast, friendly service and a clean nice environment to boot. Delicious Sauces and fried pickle chips as well.

Cool place with good beer. This place is located at Uptown and has a great vibe with good food and good craft beer. TV’s on the wall makes it nice too. We recommend this place. No outdoor seating but bar seating and seating inside the brewpub. Come give this place a try! Nice staff too.

I didn't get photos of the food this time around. But generally very good eats. I will say that the consistency from the kitchen is variable, but overall on the better side. Beer is on point and always worth the stop. Burgers are by far the best thing I've had on the menu.

The service was great. Our waitress was nice even though she appeared to be the only waitress working. The food was delicious. I loved the fried pickles the most. The drinks were good. Major props to the cook for holding everything down for two restaurants. 👏

It's not my kind of aesthetic, but the service was good, food was OK, and beer was good. Their beer flights were a nice size, and I enjoyed the Crop Circle Wheat the most.

Found a great new lunch spot. Great beer, great food. Absolutely amazing service and atmosphere. Been here a few times since original review. Been her twice in two weeks recently. Menu change got rid of the jalapeño poppers 😞. Food and beer is great. Unfortunately with the exception of the one blonde girl the staff seems a bit cold. Walked in and sad hello to the bartender last week and was greeted with a stare. This week saw same bartender stare at a customer who thanked her. Later heard her complaining about the customer not tipping to her regulars. I tipped 35% hope that is ok?

I LOVE this place! My favorite is their burgers and chicken wings. Staff is courteous and fast. If you like Aliens you have to go to this place!

A very nice place to eat, good food and great staff This is located just north of the Coronado Freeway on the northeast corner of the intersection of Uptown Boulevard NE and America’s Parkway. It is the northernmost store of the building. There is plenty of parking. Upon entering you will see that there are a mix of tables and bar seating. It is a seat-yourself affair when I visited. The decor is centered around the name of the restaurant with large-head, big-eyed alien pictures located around the walls and emblems built into the bar. Lighting was low so it was a little difficult to see. The menu has a good selection of different types of food from burgers to wings. I sat at the bar and ordered wings, onion rings, and iced tea. The bartender was very friendly, professional, and helpful with both ordering and serving the meal. The food came out quickly and was very good. The onion rings were large and more than I could eat. The wings had a good taste. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant, overall, was clean and well-kept. It was a nice experience and I would recommend it to fellow travelers.

This place has a kitschy vibe. The decore plays on the UFO crash at Roswell, NM. As the name implies, it is a brewpub. There is a good selection of beers, and it also has a full bar. The food is standard pub-grub; burgers, sliders, rudimentary salads, etc. They used to have some healthy items like tuna steaks and vegetables, but those have been dropped from the menu. The service here can be disappointing. While you may get a good server, as there are several, you may get an inexperienced trainee. That's a problem.

I stopped at Alien Brewpub after a few other breweries. I realized after a bit this was a tap hosue for Sierra Blanca brewing, which I wanted to visit but were closed for Christmas Eve. I didn't have any food but didn't need any the experience was awesome. Esperanza was everything I looked for as a bartender. She was accommodating and had a super infectious positive upbeat vibe. She kept the conversation going while bouncing around doing her duties with attending her customers with excellent service. I am on a road trip for South Carolina and would come back\recommend just because of her. The manager on duty was awesome as well(forgive my lack of memory of your name), it was Christmas eve and being alone on my vacation they made the day. Thanks to the both of you!!!!

Place was not busy by any means. Nobody to greet you at the door, we just guessed that we sat ourselves. No biggie, right? Found a table and waited a good 10 minutes before anyone greeted us or acknowledged us. Server finally approached and delivered menus. A good 10 minutes past that she came back around and asked for our drink order. Since we waited so long we were ready to order food and drinks at the same time. I ordered the imperial stout and my wife ordered a water. Her water came, then about 10 minutes later, our food came. No beer yet. I asked the person who delivered our food about my beer and she said she'd ask. Then, finally the server brought my beer. From the time I ordered my beer and the time I received it was definitely longer than 20 minutes. Long story short, our server was not very good. We watched her walk around and she was never overwhelmed, she just didn't seem to care. We only ordered appetizers and thank goodness because I feel we would have waited the rest of the night. The food wasn't bad but the service was definitely substandard. Can't say I've experienced service this poor in a long time. To sum it all up there are plenty of other brew pubs that are better, if you have nowhere else to go then by all means stop by. If you have choices then definitely choose something else.

Nice environment and a friendly staff, but our server seemed to really take her time between her trips to the table to check in on our group. We were a large group and several of us had places to be, so it was a bit inconvenient having to keep waiting, wondering where she was when we had to leave. Then, when we finally saw her, we noticed she strongly smelled of cigarettes, giving us the impression that she was taking frequent smoke breaks, which was likely the cause for our prolonged waiting. When we asked for our checks, we noticed that several of us got charged for the wrong items and had to ask her to fix the problem, but again, we had to wait for the elusive waitress to return. Once our problems were resolved and the remainder of us moved outside, those of us who ordered at the bar had no problems at all. The bartender was wonderful and she was able to serve us in a timely manner.

Pretty good food overall. The Jalapeño poppers are some of the best you will find out. Unfortunately the owners don't staff the place with enough help. Service is terrible because they are going back and forth working at alien bar and uptown bar and grill. This awful service is on the shoulders of the owners. They put their employees in no win situations due to the lack of help. This was a problem before covid. I feel sorry for the employees that deal with this and I can see why there is so much turnover in employees.

Zero redeeming qualities. I couldn’t take more than a bite of the fried pickles. I had to get my own napkin and silverware. And I can’t get my bill to save my life. Thinking about guessing at the check and trying to leave a rough estimate for the total and tip.

Newest: Went to bar it was dirty and sticky, I asked for it to be wiped and the answer was this is a bar everything is dirty and sticky. Then I get same drink each time I'm charged $6 this bartender charged me $9.50, hmmmmm. Just not a good atmosphere and bartenders aren't very nice. Unsure why they did a revamp and laid all old bartenders off but by the new ones attitudes I won't be back. I've tried multiple times to like this bar but different pricing seems like someone trying to scam and make a higher bill for higher tip. Newer review: gonna give 1 star. looks like new staff, not so friendly bartenders, food wasn't that great, place has a totally different vibe now. Not sure what happened that everyone left but this place used to be good. I'm disappointed. old review: gave 2 stars. Super loud bartender that is so loud it echos and you can't have a convo. When she works I leave. All other bartenders are nice and cool. Sad that one person ruins the vibe and atmosphere.

This place has great wings and pretty good beers. Lots of potential but they struggle so much with managing the place! I've been three times recently and there were three different signs on the front door warning customers about their current "issues"... faulty beer taps today, half the kitchen not working the other day, etc etc.

Waitresses are responsive to my needs. I felt they paid much attention to me and that they respected me as a customer and consumer. Food was done perfectly. Have no complaints the margarita we got was 100% delicious and so was the beer.

Honestly I wouldn't come here to eat.. the hamburger I ordered had no flavor to it. I could taste the green Chile more than the beef. Then the salad that came.. I could go to Safeway and get a better salad for half the price.. the food was very subpar for a restaurant in that district. The food didn't sit well after the fact. I'll never go back. The bartender wasn't very attentive and she lacked customer service

Beer was good, waitress was polite but took 45 minutes to get the drinks we ordered (3 beers & 1 glass of wine). When waitress finally came back over and we asked for check it was over 20 minutes to get that.

Absolutely abysmal food but great service. The iced tea was essentially water with a tea flavor. The fried pickles were whole wedges, over battered but not noticeably seasoned. My steak salad ordered with medium rare steak was served with a steak obviously unevenly cooked ranging from extremely well done to almost blue rare on top of a heap of what appeared to be bagged romaine, four wedges of mostly green tomato and some admittedly good bleu cheese. Both my waiter and another waitress were friendly and efficient.

I walk in and after a few minutes the waitress brings me a menu. I asked her a question about what's available beer-wise, she says she'll check. 15 plus minutes later she hadn't come back yet. After sitting there for 20 minutes with my order not being taken, I finally let her know I didn't need the answer to the question and that I was leaving.

Go to alien brew pub they have really good beer and their food is good also. I had there fried pickles they were pretty good. The atmosphere is alien style on the walls and spaceship on the wall. The bathrooms are pretty clean also. The wait staff is very professional they would take really good care of you. I have been to this bar before when it was a different name than alien brewpub. I would go to this again it was fun.

Good food, although I'm pretty sure that burger wasn't 1/2 pound! And the beers are good. I enjoyed the flight of 4, and you can get one with 8. Next time I'll try the cocktails named after planets and the blackened chicken green chile Alfredo! (Hmm, they should do a flight of cocktails!)
