Nice brewery. We’ve been here numerous times in the past but came again for the first time in almost two years. Good service, nice atmosphere, food is good too. Follow them on Instagram and Facebook for weekly specials, including happy hour. Oscar is super nice and a great asset to the business. We will come here again! 🍺 🍻

Great place for a cold brew and flavorful green chili on your pizza. Good service.

Stopped by Toltec Brewing this weekend to try it out since I’ve been hearing great reviews of the place. Was really impressed by the Pork Belly Fries. Not as much with The Royale or the wings. Will definitely be back even if it’s just for the Pork Belly Fries and an Agave Wheat or The Toltec Stout.

First time here. Ordered the queso/salsa great flavor and can really taste the fire roasted tomatoes in the salsa it's a must. Also, got the James Beard award winning brisket burger, took 2 bites and told myself how soon can I come back. For the first time here this will be a new place to frequent often. The staff all were helpful and pitched in as a team. Well done Toltec, well done.

The food here exceeded my expectations, especially the Toltec Royale Burger. The Pork Belly BLT and BBQ Burger are pretty good, but that royale burger is just saturated with flavor and dripping in delicious moisture. The pork belly fries and peruvian fries are both great too. They hit it out of the park with the brewery food and modern industrial decor. Our server was great as well. I enjoyed the Vamanos Coffee Brown while I waited for my friends to arrive and ended up getting several of them to order the same beer as well since they all agreed it was good. Unfortunately the menu choices for those who have a gluten allergy is lacking, but that's not surprising for a brewery.

Before agreeing to pork belly tacos, you might want to get a definition of what a pork belly actually is. In this case, it is tiny chunks of fat, fried and lightly seasoned. Then a tablespoon of that is placed onto a tiny tortilla with some shredded carrots all topped with a drizzle of sauce. Since my husband didn't want to spend $15.00 for a Burger, he chose the fried chicken sandwich. That was tasty. There appeared to only be 2 staff on the floor. At lunchtime - our waiter and the bartender. If that is the usual situation, don't expect much attention. Our waiter was nice, but he was very busy.

Awesome service: super friendly, attentive, and efficient. Fantastic selection of beers to please every palette, and really delicious food. Something everyone will love and a great kid's menu as well. We especially love the pork belly mac 'n cheese, wings, burgers, and fries that are always hot and perfectly crispy. Atmosphere is spacious but cozy and location is really convenient with plenty of parking.

My first time here and I was super impressed by the food items AND the beer. I do wish they would have had a sour beer but their IPA was dee-lish!!! The bartenders were nice and we even got a chance to talk to the sous chef and he was super greAt and recommended some great food options for us! Would definitely recommend this place as a west side option for breweries and food!

A new place we tried with friends. The only reason for the 3 star rating is for the almost too salty chips with the too little queso, but lots of salsa, not too many beer choices, but they ARE going to get more and the wait person wasnt too sure of the history or story of the place. But. The food was good and I'm looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.

We loved hanging out here with our friends, enjoyed their food & drinks. It's too bad that they have permanently closed their doors! We'll miss it.

Me and my wife drove all around town looking for a place to eat for our anniversary and we happen to find Toltec Brewing. They were not only open but also had an outdoor patio. The service was excellent and that was was just the start to a great evening. The nachos with pork belly were delicious. We tried the strawberry wheat beer, it is a must try. We split the Royale burger which apparently has won some awards. We will highly recommend and be going again. Just wish it was close to home for sure.

Cactus Warrior draft beer was really good. Burger Royale was amazing easy to see how it won a James Beard Award. Food portions are large. More than big enough to split between 2 people. Zucchini chips were also very good. Server was Monique and she was so nice and friendly.
