Heard about this place on my review page. And can I say it was full of customers and take out was on a roll. They said it would be ready at 6:30, took about another 10 minutes. But I have to say it was worth the wait. The only thing I could critique is that the balsamic reduction was more like water. Tighten that up. And the caprese will be most excellent. The pizza was a margarita but with a twist of goodness. Instead of red sauce, I asked for pesto as the base and whomever chef made it. It was out of this world. I think if you're thinking of going, it's worth it. Next time I feel like I'm going to dine in, it is a very good atmosphere.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant, however the last 3 times the food has been disappointing. I love caprese salad, but with green unripe tomatoes it is just disappointing. I saved the pizza for last. I know they use a very hot wood fired oven, but burning the pizza…not enjoyable. The server was nice about it, but burned food is, well burned food. You may disagree, but look at the photo. That’s burned. Unfortunately I have had to cross them off my list of good restaurants.

This place had really great chicken parmigiana and a great atmosphere. Semi upscale restaurant, nice paintings and lights. Small, cozy bar at the entrance. The staff was extremely nice and provided great customer service. I truly enjoyed this restaurant and will return soon!

Well party of six. Wait staff was not on point tonight, kitchen at end of night not as good. Two ladies orders cancelled because wait staff suggested after pizza arrived that was not good choice. Staff never came to service table, found flirting with other staff more enjoyable than our table of six. Maybe next time. Server tonight was Amie, certainly much better service, spirit in restaurant was quite high. Amie brought the evening to high, food was great, enjoyed a couple of pizzas and the clams. Cheesecake and gelato were excellent. What a difference a year makes. Thank you Amie.... Family enjoyed your humor and great service.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We ordered the Rigatoni Bolgenese, Pepperoni pizza, and Calamari Fritta, and everything was delicious. The portions were large enough for two for each dish. The restaurant itself was warm and inviting, a cute place to dress up for date night with its ambiance.

Presentation of food is nice. Atmosphere is decent. Music playlist that was playing did not fit the environment. I did not feel like i was in an Italian style restaurant. Service was extremely poor. Seems like our waiter was the bartender as well. As for the food itself its decent at best. Definitely not worth the price of admission. This was a 1 and done experience here.

They were very discombobulated. We arrived at around 7:15 PM on 1-27-24. We were party of 7. They seated us fairly quickly, maybe 15-20 minutes. Kind of went downhill from there. Service was ultra slow. We weren’t acknowledged by our server for at least 10 minutes. No water, no bread, no taking a drink order. We had to continually ask for drink refills, spoon s to roll our past, salt and pepper, etc. service was amateurish at best. For $25 per plate (average) we would expect a better level of service. The food was good. Not great. The service experience detracted significantly from the dining experience unfortunately. Then at around approx 9:10 PM, an employee was re-setting up tables for the next day. He was wearing headphones (not earbuds), and “slamming”/placing the dishes extremely noisily in the tables (there were 2 other tables besides us that were still dining). Super uncool. We will try again probably giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one by off bad night. But, we were not impressed.

The experience following a movie was great. The main points of food and service both squarely hit the mark. Our server was very accommodating. The pizza and salad were terrific.

This review is specific to only our most recent visit. We came in on New Year’s Eve, were sat in a spot directly in glaring sun (we should have asked to move and it’s our fault we didn’t) despite there only being two other parties sat in the rest of the restaurant. Once we were sat, while we were promptly brought water, everything else was slow and we felt forgotten. Our food took almost an hour and each drink from the bar was $12-$13 and the full size pizza was $27! When the pizza finally came out one seemed like it must have been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes and was burnt but we were too hungry to ask to have it remade in case we would have to wait another hour. We won’t be going back anytime soon. With $120 tab (not including tip) we should have received much better service, way stronger drinks, as well as better food served in a timely manor.

What happened to this restaurant's high standing quality food and service?? Is it the sign of the current times, where everything is challenged? We chose to come for a relaxing dinner and instead feel that we wasted our money and were far from relaxed. The food presentation and taste was horrible. For us, we will not return to this restaurant. I do hope that things will get better for their sake. Truly, I wish well for them to get better.

We ate at Farina Alto a few weeks ago. We had their bread plate and a margherita pizza with pepperoni. It was very tasty. Loved the bread! Wood fired pizza had a pleasant buttery flavor which was a little different from other wood fired pizza 🍕. We sat out on the patio after a good rain. It was a little cool but we were fine. Don't know if they have outdoor heaters, it was a little too early in the season for that. It may have changed by now. We were in Iceland this summer and if you sit outside, the restaurants offer you a blanket, pretty good idea.

Loved the pizza here and have returned for carry out a few times now with consistent results. The pizza crust is light and crispy so if you’re into that it is very much worth a try. I have not dined in yet so I cannot share how the service is but if the carry out efficiency and attentiveness of staff is any indication it should be good service. One tip: The place has been busy each time I’ve picked up my pizza and parking is tight so plan accordingly. The crowd is also a good indication that the rest of the menu is probably decent. Mangia!!

We were told this was An amazing place to eat. The place was not even half full. Our waiter seemed more occupied with a table of giggling girls than providing good service to everyone. They came 30 minutes after us and got their food before our app even. We never got water refreshments and had to ask for some even though our glasses were on the edge of the table for a half hour. The food was alright but it took over 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Almost an hour and a half to get our dinner and we got checked on once while our water was talking to either the table of girls or female employees in the corner just messing around. It took almost a half hour to get our check at which point I just wanted to leave. I have never not tipped a waiter. Even for bad service but when you are deliberately ignored full well knowing that he provides excellent attentive service to single girls giggling and flirting it’s very upsetting. Will not be coming back nor will I recommend this place.

First timer. Very disappointing, so wanted to like it since I took some out of town family. Ordered 2 large pizzas. I like a thin crust but these were paper thin and on the small side. Way over priced for what we got. Not enough for 4 light eaters. My sister-in-law and I had margaritas ($11 each) that were very weak and rather small. My brother had a martini for $15! We also had an appetizer of bread with olive oil for dipping. The bill came to $96. With tip $115. So basically got basic bread, so so pizza and flavored water for $100. So not worth it. The only good thing I can say is the atmosphere and server were very nice. Again so disappointed. No way I can recommend this place.

Lunch today was special 'cause I got to have fried gluten free calimari! Good stuff and the dipping sauces were also gf! Don't get that very often. Would like to visit again when I can sample the wine.

Wow!!! Best gluten free food we've ever had. Pizza is amazing! We also tried the caprese salad and they offered house made gluten free bread for us. Sooo good. Sister got the gluten free Alfredo and it took was stellar. Will definitely come back thanks to the amazing service as well. Thanks for such a wonderful meal 🙏🏽

We've frequented both locations, the NE Heights has better parking and a much larger dining area. We went for lunch and was seated and served quickly. Food is always amazing, and they have an absolutely amazing gluten-free crust. Well worth the drive if you live elsewhere in the city.

Had dinner there on a Tuesday with my wife and friends. Restaurant was about half full. Sat outside which was nice but with some road noise. Had a Caesar salad which was very good and then we shared a mushroom pizza which was excellent. Only issue is that it took about thirty minutes to get our pizza. Overall a nice experience

The service was very slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty. People were just standing around having conversations but then it got worse. They changed $1 extra for my old fashioned. When I asked why the extra charge I was told it was for "making the drink". Our server advised that they had to mix and muddle the cocktail. The manager came over and even backed up this ridiculous concept. I've never had an old fashioned that was muddled and there was tons of fruit in the drink, two 'muddled" cherries, one whole cherry and two slices of orange. It was more like a boozy fruit cocktail than an old fashioned. If you're going to charge extra for making a drink, at least make it right. On a positive note, the food was good.

Came in for lunch with friends we had not seen in years. The food was wonderful. We love their pizza (secret tip...add green chile to the Margarita pizza! It's to die for). Our server was marvelous and dealt with all of our extra wishes with grace and a smile. Great food and wonderful atmosphere.

Authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, perfect for any occasion, including a nice date. I'm here for lunch or dinner as often as I can be. I bring family, friends, or just sit alone and revel in their delicious food. Favorites are the Verde Salad w/chicken, risotto antipasti, and the Penne alla Vodka. Scrumptious! The staff is universally, consistently sweet & hardworking to serve you.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of servers, as many restaurants are struggling to fill those positions. Ours was wonderful! She was attentive, and not overbearing. I highly recommend the artichoke appetizer. The seasoning and side of pesto are delicious!

Food was amazing. Drinks were perfect. Waiter was very attentive and did an amazing job. The only train for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the hostesses, all 3 of them, could not seat us for 15 minutes while we stood at the podium. We were not even acknowledged for 15 minutes. So that could have been better.
