The foosmd was delicious. We ordered two tapas, two main dishes, and two desserts. Worth every penny. The manager (I think) came out and talked to each table. Staff was wonderful, the restaurant nice and comfortable atmosphere. 5/5 reccomend and would go back to try more tapas

Ensalada de Espana was amazingly good with cold bacon. Paella was salty, it is good for 2. Carne asada bao buns-the arrachera steak was lukewarm, burnt is the other side, undercook on the other and then the inside was rare… Waitress was great!

Our server gave us some great recommendations for dinner. My husband and I both loved everything we ordered.

We were quickly seated and the chef gave us complimentary snacks before we began eating. The portions were really big and definitely worth the money despite the restaurant already being inexpensive! Our waiter, Rudy, was super welcoming and friendly, it helped the overall experience! It was super nice that we got to eat despite it being after hours and the service being so wonderful! Overall great place to dine at!

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing dinner!! The wait staff was so informative, the drinks were on point and the food is phenomenal. The Chef took time to grab a picture with us and made us feel right at home. The waiter answered every and any question we had made some great recommendations!! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Thanks for a great time!

Food was quite good as far as Hilton properties' restaurants go. I had a risotto and a pork-belly plate. The latter left very little to be desired; pork was crunchy and melted in my mouth, and the garnish, mostly spinach, was well cooked and flavorful. Service was as attentive as it gets!

Sat down to a very nice meal this evening with a good friend. Our server was the absolute bomb! He was humble, and very attentive. The food was also bomb! But we had to have the server kind of explained the menu a bit to us as it was super fancy lol as far as the place goes, it's a decent place but I feel needs a little updating. But I was informed by the waiter, that they would be closing in a few months anyway...

Tried to eat at Ibiza upstairs but they were not open even though Google said they were, and we wandered back downstairs to MAS Y Tapas and I’m so happy we did! Everything was superb blown away by the artichoke tapas, the salmon Rustico and the ribeye. We also got the bread platter which was great but we definitely over ordered. We weren’t sure if we should order several tapas or get the larger dishes. Although the tapas were great and there were several more we wanted to try I’m glad we opted for the salmon and ribeye as they were perfect! We also took the bread pudding and lava cake home. Cocktails were great… the hotel lobby is beautiful. There were separate lounge areas in the lobby it appears you can order tapas and drinks to but I’m not sure how you book these. Service was good as well.

At hotel 3 nights. Have always liked this restaurant. Had B Sprouts plate that was very small. Have had it before so I know what it is supposed to be. Seemed like they were running thin on the Romesco and Sprouts. That was until the table near us were served, what I would call a normal order. Desert of peanut butter tort (wife) was very good. I had the chocolate cake that was very, very dry. The next night just ordered the peanut butter tort desert and my wife tried the tres leches cake w eggnog. The cake was good but the tort looked like a different desert than the last night. Last night. Thought, we'd split one and got the tres leches again. The pic is today's "nothing like yesterday" desert. If it were like yesterday, we would've never tried again. Bottom line as you may guess... CONSISTENCY. FIND IT

First the good stuff. It's a nice place - very upscale. The service was good too. The $48 steak was very well cooked and flavorful, but very fatty. The pic below is the pile of fat I carved off. It was 60% fat and a small bone. And why they would put such a small dollop of maybe 2 table spoons of mash is beyond me , and no veg either. However they graciously refunded half my meal, and other meals looked good, so I would say this place still deserves a try.

While the menu is interesting...we had 5 dishes and only two were good. The blue corn bread pudding that we waited over 30 min for (was comped thank goodness). The fried oysters were good!... The wait staff did the best they're able with a slow or MIA kitchen. Good drinks and wine list. Not sure we will try again. I'm so disappointed as their menu is very complete and imaginative.

Amazing ambiance and costumer service. If you fan of authentic place to have some nice cocktails and foods this is your place. Food and cocktails are good but not exceptional. I can tell their bone in ribeye steak was so good . I give them 4⭐️ and will go there more.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the cocktails were great. It wasn't the best tapas I've ever had but it was good enough and reasonably priced. I'd definitely go back for a date and check out the bar upstairs too.

I could go on and on about how rude and unprofessional the wait staff was on Valentine's Day night but instead I'll just warn you of the horrific service, forced 34% "service fee" in addition to your tip and highly overpriced food for the quality and taste. Slow, disrespectful service experience imaginable and the price is the final blow. Would never recommend.

The food was still amazing. We went on New Years Eve, so it was a bit busy. Even then, the service was a bit slow. The atmosphere has changed quite a bit. Way too bright. The furniture was falling apart. It really needs some renovation

Sigh. This place has a special place in my heart, but it’s mediocre at best. Dined upstairs in Ibiza the other night, and the only thing it had going for it is the cool atmosphere. It took 45 min to get $18 dried up tasteless wings. This place has so much potential, but no one takes the time to cultivate it. Servers and bartenders upstairs are overworked, with no support staff. Food is ALL presentation, no flavor and definitely not worth the price you pay. This place rides on the fact that the head chef was on tv two years ago and neglects everything else that could make this place great. My recommendation, this place is an interesting and beautiful spot to stop for drinks, but avoid the food at all costs.

We went to this wonderful gem of a rooftop bar in downtown Albuquerque. For a Saturday night, it seemed remarkably quiet. They had live music, but there were places on the patio where you could barely hear it. I think our waiter was the only one working, but the service was still really good. Drinks and food were both great. Have to say it was a slight detractor to have patio chairs that were in very bad condition, plus one of the bathroom sink faucets didn't work. Seems like their upkeep is a little behind. With that said, I'd still highly recommend this place, especially as the nights start to cool down.

My salmon rustico was really good. My wife’s paella (pictured) looked great, but taste pedestrian. Overpriced in my opinion. I wouldn’t come back.

Great service, but menu left me really wanting in variety and refinement. This place is quantity over palate for sure. Why pay premium for what is essentially subpar diner fare? Oh, and the espresso is nothing short of a disappointment. Definitely not a place that will excite one's senses while your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Went in on the way to a concert, and this place has very good food and drinks. We started with the Sundowner and their house Sangria. Followed by the Cast iron mushrooms with chorizo and the Garlic shrimp. Very tasty, with great service, and will come back when we can try more fun the menu.

I stayed at Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque, Curio Collection by Hilton and was not super impressed, but that's for a different review. The lobby is definitely the nicest part of the hotel. That and the fact that MAS Tapas y Vino is attached to the hotel. MAS Tapas y Vino menu is absolutely incredible! The hardest part will be selecting what you want to try. The pricing is very fair so you could easily choose a few things to try if you are in the mood to be a gluten. Service was fast and friendly. Wine selection was great, and pour was good. I'm in Albuquerque for a week and definitely plan on going back to try out another dish. It was really that good. The dish in the picture is the short ribs and I can't explain how perfectly cooked they were. Do yourself a favor and check this spot out!

Overall, everything was good, but definitely was expecting more - however that could have been because we dined in for breakfast and not actual tapas. The hotel (Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque, Curio Collection by Hilton) has a stunning lobby, that’s definitely a given. Breakfast was alright for the price and experience, but luckily was filling and still good. We had the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and the New Yorker with sausage. There was definitely a difference in plating appeal that I was expecting in comparing the two together. Would want to go back for some actual tapas and drinks, but only had time in the morning during our stay. Wait staff seemed to be newer, which is totally understandable now a days, but would have wanted a little more attentiveness for our table and other remaining plates on other tables since there weren’t that many customers for the Sunday morning brunch timeframe.

We took friends for dinner who have never been there. They are amazed how great the atmosphere and food was. We ordered multiple items and shared them so they could try everything. The ribs, chicken wings, bacon dates and risotto were spot on. The staff there are all so friendly and you could tell by the food presentation they all take pride in their culinary arts.
