As
another
witness
to
the
'incident'
that
was
highlighted
on
Friday
night,
I
can
say
several
things:
first
off
is
that
this
establishment
is
connected
via
their
back
patio
to
a
coffee
shop
where
the
owners
have
small
children.
This
was
also
the
evening
of
a
large
event
on
the
strip
called
Art
Walk-so
the
crowd
was
thicker
than
usual.
On
the
back
patio,
there
was
a
well
known
local
DJ
playing
some
music
and
the
crowd
was
dancing
and
having
a
great
time.
With
all
of
that
being
said:
the
very
obvious
children
who
were
maybe
7,
weren't
going
to
accidentally
be
served.
The
20
year
old
may
have
accidentally
been
served,
especially
being
with
a
large
group,
and
especially
on
an
evening
with
big
crowds
I
will
add
that
I
am
a
minority,
and
my
boyfriend
is
also
a
very
dark
skinned
minority,
and
we
had
no
problems
getting
drinks
all
evening.
Didn't
seem
like
all
of
the
Hispanics,
Natives,
Asians
and
the
black
people
dancing
on
the
back
patio
had
any
issues
getting
served
alcohol,
either.
I'm
guessing
it's
because
everyone
being
served
was
of
legal
age.
