We were trying to hit all the breweries in abq. This one was a big surprise to me. Beer was awesome they have plenty of good choices. The food was great. Better than usual bar food. We started off with the nachos and the plate was massive. More than enough to feed 4 people. I had the shepherds pie and it was great. The service was really good. Fun atmosphere and great beer. I’d go back anytime

I was lucky enough to get by on St Patrick's day. If I'd come any later, I would have been too late. As it was the restaurant was full to the gills. But I had a wonderful time, and I'm super glad that I got a chance to stop by during the celebrations. I went went with Fish And chips, and I'm so very glad I did. It was delicious! I loved every bite. My wife got bangers and mash, and I had a bit of that as well. What a wonderful flavor combination! In addition to dinner and drinks, we were treated to a short live performance on bagpipes! What a deal! Dinner and a show! I really do love quarter Celtic food. I usually visit the corner Celtic on San mateo, but once did Branch out and try the one in the heights. I'm super excited to have them so close by! I can't wait to go back again.

I've been twice now, and both times had the same server, a delightful young woman named Caroline. She was extremely pleasant and always had good suggestions for both beer and food. Both times I had the fish and chips, but I tried my in-laws' food the second time. The MIL had the corned beef and cabbage, the FIL had the shepherd's pie. Both were great. The fish and chips were fantastic both times. I've tried the Kill or be Kilt locally brewed scotch ale, and I loved it. Their stout is probably my favorite though. Deep, dark, hints of coffee, and not overly potent. Definitely coming back to try some other stuff.

The music taste was interesting. Sounded like my high school playlist: lots of pop punk and ska bands. So the ambience gave me some nostalgia. The decorations were neat and I spotted the flags of Celtic nations (Scotland, Cornwall, Ireland, Brittany, Isle of Man, Wales.) I appreciated that as a vexillologist. The food was good and the portions were decent. I didn’t try any beers but my friends enjoyed theirs. They give you the option to substitute fries for other sides with I liked as I’m trying to avoid fried foods nowadays. Our service was also great as our server was super nice and upbeat. I was impressed by her ability to memorize orders from six people.

Legitimately some of the best food I've ever had. The staff knows what they're talking about when it comes to the beer and food as well, so if you don't know what something is ask away.

We haven't been out in quite a while. Covid has kept us home! We were running errands, so thi was an adventure and a very satisfying & tasty treat. The staff was very friendly and I loved watching them keep everything clean. Relief as I am now a Germ-a-Phobe! The food was so delightful! I had the fish and chips, and it is the best in town, and I would venture the say the Best in the State! The fish batter is light and just the right crunch for the fish. The cole slaw was made with purple cabbage and light flavor not over drippy or soupy. The homemade tartar sauce was was tasty, not too salty and great additonal with the fish. I had both regular and sweet potatoe fries. A nice combo that complemented the fish. All in all a fabulous meal with tasty flavors. My husband had a Ruben with the same tasty cole slaw on nice marble rye. It was a nice presentationas well. He had onion rings and also had a nice crunch to them. The food was served hot and that is a huge plus for me. It atmosphere is comfy and it was nice to sit inside. Not a huge crowd, and the seating made social distancing easy!

I heard nothing but good things about their fish and chips! All the rumors weren't wrong! Absolutely Delicious🤤 the fish was perfect. We also ordered fried pickles no regrets. Picked out a fight of beers always a great way to try them out..Went with one of their IPAs the only thing I wished was it was bit colder or chilled glass. Waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. Also saw they have trivia night on Wednesday at 6!

What a fun little atmosphere! We were a party of 8 on a Friday night and had great service. The food was delicious. Five of the people had the fish and chips with a crispy exterior and fresh flaky fish inside. The fries were also crisp and flavorful. Everything cooked to perfection. I had a mango shrimp salad that had a nice tangy salad dressing. The prices were reasonable and our waiter was attentive and was able to recommend different items on the menu.

Hearty, Delish, Mouthwatering Food!!! You won't leave hungry. This was my first time, and I'll definitely go back. We started off with the poutine fries with green chile, if your a fan of brown gray like I am, you'll like this appetizer. My Brewers sandwich was tasty. It has horseradish, which sold me as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. If you want a taste of everything, get the trio (fish n chips, Sheppard pie & cornbeef and cabbage) and you'll get the chance to explore more of what they offer. 🤤

BEST FISH TACOS EVVVVVVER!!!!! This place has the best food, and it is always fresh! I always come for their tacos with a side of their poutine fries. They also have the best beans, and I don’t even like beans!!! Huge selection to chose from, I highly recommend this place. Staff is super experienced, friendly and efficient! GO THERE NOW 🤤

I have been craving a great Celtic food lineup with great beer pairings and I've finally found it! Tried the Trio of Celtic Faire and a Scotch Ale, it was delicious! Best I've had in a long while. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for an early dinner. I ordered Poutine (minus the goat cheese) add green chili and corned beef. Food was off the hook! Hot, fresh, tender corned beef. Paired with Becca’s Brew (unfiltered red IPA) full bodied with a smooth IPA finish that doesn’t linger too long. My waiter was Dominic, friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommend this gem, opened at this location in 2019. Spread the word, this pub is phenomenal!

Consistently great food and excellent service. The Brewers Beef sandwich is a fave, and their burgers are great (my niece always requests we go to QC when she visits) and honestly I've never had a bad meal here. I am not a beer drinker, so I can't rate those, but I see plenty of other customers enjoying them. It's a fun, casual environment with good Celtic flare.

Second Friday of the Lenten fish fry review. The fish and chips dinner was good. They nicely offer full or half order (1-2 pieces. I was hungry so had the full order) Nice batter and actually looked like a filet. The beer was quite a happy surprise, all brewed locally. Had the Mac Lomas stout, as a fan of Guinness this was a close second. Definitely worth a try. The staff was very friendly and I liked the dark wood and warm feeling sitting at the bar. The bar-top area is small only about 10 seats and it seemed high relative to the stool height, but I managed the challenge. 😉.

I was in a party of three at about 1 pm on a Saturday. We had a small order of fried pickles for the table, which were delicious. The batter was really good for the pickles. My friends had a couple of craft beers and were pleased with the beers. One person ordered the bangers and mash, one had the large fish and chips, and I ordered the buffalo fried chicken sandwich. I was informed a few minutes after ordering that they were out of the fried chicken, but the server offered to use salmon on the sandwich. I was skeptical about how the salmon would taste with buffalo sauce, but it turned out ok. The fish and chips looked the best of the dishes on the table! The fish portions were absolutely massive. My friend who ordered the bangers and mash was a tad undercooked. The fries for my dish came out a few minutes later. Timing seemed to be an issue in the kitchen. We watched other tables receiving dishes randomly and out of sequence. I plan to revisit this restaurant and try some of its craft beers.

Food was good, Katy our server was not. Drink and food arrived as normal but when our food arrived we were more than half empty on our drinks and drinks were not topped off. Half way through the meal we were both completely out of drink. We waited for Katy to come and refill our drinks but it never happened. She walked by and looked at our table while we had nothing in our cups but never came to ask us for refill. At least 8-10 minutes passed by and she finally came to our table to ask if we wanted refills or if she can take our plates. We said yes to the refill and asked for our ticket. Instead of getting our refill, she went off and started doing other work behind the counter. At this point my husband got up and left and and did not finish his meal. Katy argued with me stating that our drinks were half full when she brought our food, blaming us that we ate too fast and it’s not her fault that we ate too fast so that is why we didn’t get refills. Store was not busy, 2 at the bar and maybe 3 tables which included us. We ended up never getting the refill, took us asking another server for us to get out ticket. We have eaten here many times over the years, this is the first bad experience, makes us not want to go back with the way she acted and argued.

I really wish I could give 6 stars! The beer was as close to perfect as it gets; the food was scrumptious, generous, and reasonably priced; and the service was friendly and on point. Admittedly, I came here for the first time with three young kids (as only adult) and therefore did not expect to enjoy myself much, so it's possible that my bar for enjoyment was set too low. With that being said, I haven't had a meal out that put me in that good of a mood in years. Great beer is not rare in Albuquerque, nor is great food, and even both at once isn't too rare with all the great brew pubs here, but Quarter Celtic really nails it. Thank you for a fantastic gastronomic experience! I can't wait to return and start working my way through the menu until I've tried it all.

Located in a strip mall, this location on Juan Tabo is a solid choice. We shared a Celtic sampler of fish and chips, Shepherd's pie, and a Scotch egg. At $22, it was a little expensive given the portions. The fish and chips were hot and yummy; the Shepherd's pie had a strange smokey taste, and the Scotch egg was tasty but overcooked. We also had an order of poutine (add green chile), which was the standout dish. $10 was a bit much given the small portion size. Crimson lass beers rounded out the meal. The atmosphere is warm, if a bit stereotypical in decor. The service when we visited was efficient, quick, and pleasantly indifferent.

The fish was great. The fries were overcooked and had too much salt. I love salty fries, but these were drenched, and I had to dust off the salt to eat them. Our appetizer came just before our check after we ate our fish and chips. It was a weekday evening and not terribly busy.

I visited Wed 11/1 Saints Day. My wife and I discovered Quarter Celtic during Lent of 2023 and i must say it has fallen down since our last visit. Perhaps they do better under pressure. They did have a sparse crowd but nevertheless my fish fry should not have come to our table looking over done. It was still hot on the inside. The once wonderful coleslaw had very little flavor and the fries i had were warm not hot. Like i said a sparse crowd even though it was trivia night. My wife had the same meal but sweet pot fries which too were just not that hot. We were very disappointed. Thankfully we have plenty of time to think of options for Lent 2024.
