Dion's has great quality and clean environment. It is a great place for pizza or subs. The ranch dressing is unique and amazing, it kind of has a cult following around here. This location is busy so call in your order before or order online and skip the long line. There is a dedicated online order line that usually never has anyone but me in it lol!

Service is slow, but then again they were super busy at lunch time. Very friendly staff even apologized for delay in food. The Turkey Sub is yummy. Definitely would come back to try the pizza.

Great most delightful atmosphere out of 3 others.. well organized and very clean,. Had no issues with order..greeted customers like they were part of the family...I would definitely thank the cooks. And all the staff... keep up the good work

Let’s just say, I’ve never been to a bad dion’s. It’s consistent clean and kind staffed. Unlike most fast food places everywhere, dions seams to have NOT tried to feed the bottom like by raising prices and skimping on portions. It’s always fresh food, reasonable ticket times with smiles everywhere you look.

The salads are always amazing and fresh. The Tuscany pizza is my favorite!!!!

Wow, the food was (amazing) as always. When it comes down to customer service, which is always great, there was a young multicultural young man, and his service was (exemplary), and the politeness, of this young man was way over and above. Let me state something, if I had a business, I would have offered him a job immediately, and for that matter, I would employ any of these hard working, smiling and dedicated employees. Great job by the manager and team who teach, guides and direct their employees. That is why the food was amazing, clean and (five-star restaurant).

This is my OG Dion's - have been coming here my whole life (25+ years). Ian helped us today (on April 8, 2022) and he was just the best! Everything is good here. Add green chili if you are a chili lover - to pizza, subs, salads; you won't regret it. Recommendation: 1/2 unsweetened + 1/2 sweetened tea (you're welcome). :)

Im absolutely bummed to give a bad rating because I LOVE dions so much, but that is also why I have to do this. This location gets stuff wrong far too often. I repeat orders online and considering all the checks in place on their end yet, STILL getting orders wrong and forgetting things all together. I pay my hard earned money and I expect to get what I paid for. Period. Yes, I usually double check my order to avoid this but I quite honestly shouldn't have to check at all because it's simply not hard to make sure an order is right. Yes I've worked food service before and understand it gets busy, but that just means everyone has to double down and make sure orders are going out CORRECTLY. Please, management, speak with your workers and rally them so this is avoided at all costs.

Order was wrong and we already left. Ordered a ranch salad and it has some sort of dark meat...maybe roast beef. It's NOT what we ordered. Also forgot my bottle of ranch. They wernt busy. No excuse.

Asked for extra sauce on pizza and got almost no sauce. Took about 20 minutes longer to receive our order than the said it would....Update: after receiving a reply saying to email them and they would make it right, I sent email to never get a reply. It has now been 2 weeks sent I sent email.

Horrible service and food today, after a 12 hour shift looking forward to dions for dinner , ordered on line 50 min wait, only to sit in car waiting another 20 min, to get garbage, toppings thrown on top not even baked in,including picture, kinda look like it was dropped just return my hard earned money, cuz this was awful

Come on Dion's. You sell slices where you don't even bake the toppings? I could make this garage at home. Well I opened my sub and it gets worse. Just read the receipt. No tomatoes and no mustard, yet I can see both on my sandwich. Are you kidding me!? Dion's you're going downhill fast

I usually dont do one star reviews but for the 3rd time in a row , I called in my order. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up and end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour later for my meal. Great food. But horrible at making it for you if you call it in advance. Please get better. Our lunch breaks are short so that's why we call it in.

I love Dion’s, however tonight’s experience was disappointing. I ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later than the time they said the order would be ready. My salad was ready however I waited another 25-30 minutes for a slice of cheese. I understand the service industry is struggling to find help and I am patient but getting my food an hour after ordering online when it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes is a little ridiculous.

Always great food. This place never disappoints, regardless of which location you go to. Roast beef and provolone sandwich is by far, in my opinion, the best sandwich. Take home some ranch!

This place is a great restaurant!! Great food and service. The only thing is that the young kids that work there, don't believe in plates or napkins!! Always have to turn around and go back in!!

Order taker was not very personable and was rude when I had to go back up a couple of times. Cookies were hard, tables were dirty not sure we'll go back again to this particular location.

This is what they call double chicken for a full size salad. Also online orders have to wait in line at the register, no matter if it’s already paid for - the food ready line is just for dine in customers.

Good pizza. Good salads. Good service. Dion's is our go-to pizza place, and this one, on north 4th, never disappoints. Had the large gourmet Tuscany, the chicken pecan salad, and the crunchy spinach salad.

Went with some friends to have the duke city pizza. Very delicious, lots of green Chile on it. Very busy with Togo orders. Fast and friendly service.

I have not had an unpleasant experience dining in it taking out from any Dion's that I have ordered from. The food is delicious and the staff is typically very helpful.

The first pizza I ordered here was fantastic, so a week later, I got another one. Same pizza, same location. I ordered online early in the day for pick up at 6pm. When I got home with the pizza, it was obvious they had made it way too early, and it had been sitting for hours. It was cold and as tough as shoe leather. Will not go back.
