There was only one nice lady that worked there, I wish I knew names but oh well. The older Spanish lady was very rude and aggressive, when putting my sandwich together she didn’t even look at me, she was yelling my order even though I was standing right there, while serving another customer behind me that mean lady didn’t even let the poor girl finish her order before half asking half shouting if she was finished, the poor customer had to tell her to cut it out (in a nice way) and she still kept it up. The girl with the blue/purple hair was rude as well, when asked if they still made salads she simply replied that she didn’t chop so either she wasn’t allowed to cut lettuce or was just too lazy to. Either way it’s a very hostile environment and the food ain’t worth the attitude. I’m a worker and while at lunch I don’t feel like being treated like a lowlife plus, I’m pretty sure that good reviews they have are all forged and fake because what’s being said is NOT what’s being reflected. Well. I have to say I was horribly disappointed. I went in shorty after 1pm. Walked in door chimes went off, one customer enjoying their food in dinning room. I step up to the counter and wait. I wait. I can hear voices 2 or three from the back. I still wait. Mind you again the door chimes went off. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. As I am leaving again the door chimes go off. I look back and still nothing. HORRIBLE!

Just got off work stopped by to grab a sandwich after working 12 hours although there was only one employee she managed to get the line down quick & maintain a professional attitude all while still being jolly & respectful, not too sure if she is the manager or not but her positive attitude & professionalism I'd certainly say she deserves to be. Over all the best service I have received at this store in a long time. I will be stopping by again sandwich was made perfectly & in a timely manner! 10 stars to the employee & the sandwich!!!

The employees here are not friendly and complained to each other the whole time while not really caring how they were making my sandwich. The quality of the veggies was pretty poor and the bread seemed like it had been sitting awhile. I'll avoid this location

The lady with purple and blue hair was so rude, the older lady with no teeth was yelling with no respect so I'm glad the short lady helped me she made my day she was very friendly, I was already having a bad day then she comes in With a big smile all goofy and very patient with me and she made my sandwich very good and she listened to exactly what I wanted I hope to see her offten

staff was so rude to each other and their guests. i’m guessing laura is the manager she was very rude. yelling at all the customers. not being patient with everyone. interrupting as they were making their requests. ZERO STAR IF THERE WAS AN OPTION

Don’t expect to be greeted with a smiling face. Make sure you say the exact number of the sub you want, if you don’t you will be ridiculed and made out to be the bad person because you don’t know there menu. Wow first time I’ve ever experienced such service. I guess I’ll have to go to another sub place. Too bad.

When asked for a Italian BMT the lady point me to #18 with out even explaining why. I moved forward with my order, and when asking for more then 3 veggie options she said I AM NOT MAKING YOU A SALAD! she was very rude and disrespectful. I pride my self on being a good person. The way she treated me really hurt and upset me. But didn't want to make a big deal about it. So I just told her never mind thank you and I left.

The manager treats the employees with disrespect. She approaches both customers and employees with a degrading tone. I will never go back to this subway and I think whoever owns this franchise should know the manager is making them look bad. Not only was she disrespectful but she isn't aware of our laws. Someone under the age of 18 is not allowed to use box cutters, yet on more than one occasion I have witnessed teenagers handling box cutters. This is unacceptable.

The little lady is rude and she makes the sandwich very messy. There are some great people in there but there's a lot more people that are rude and don't care how the food comes out. I miss the old managers there. But once they got new management it went down with the quality of how they make things.

I like this Subway close to work and always have great employees working. Plus the subs are good

Went to another subway they were out of what I wanted so I decided to stop at this one and to my surprise the sign said open but the note on the door said be back in 15 minutes ... super annoyed guess I gotta go all the way across town 😒

Kodi was fabulous! Great service, followed directions beautifully and since it's just me and my crazy picky bf, great conversation while doing his tasks. He made my bfs sandwich perfectly too and my bf is the pickiest baby out there!

This location is definitely exceeds my expectations. Jesse is such a great employee and without him, I'm sure this store would've closed a long time ago. If something is wrong, these guys make sure to make it right. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Grateful to have a nearby subway with standards when so many have tanked!!

A girl Evelyn was there working but herself which I get, but her service was just too slow! She had a line and she took her sweet time when doing everything. We had to leave half way due to her slowness.

Pretty good service and good food like most subway restaurants and come here every now and then for my sub needs

One worker who makes the sandwiches is rude and rushes people thinking we are cattle I know its lunch time for folks and they have to get their lunch but that os not the way to do business The lady that is at the register is very nice and polite.
