    Took over 90 minutes to get two pizzas. We tried calling to cancel, but nobody answered. Can’t cancel online. Room temperature pizza arrived after we already started making food. Disappointing. Unfortunately there’s no way to talk to a real person to try to make things right …

    do not get pizza from this location. this location is horrible service, and very rude employees. we called on the phone to get a very rude employee on the phone, she was rushing us and was yelling at us telling us that they could only do stuffed crust on large , not extra large . we said okay we will get a large then and after she didn't understand she was mad at us even more like it was our fault . we get to the store and we ask to pay upfront right now but if we could add a small pepperoni pizza on another card. the cashier proceeded to roll his eyes then kept checking the shelf even though he knew that no one had put anything there ever since we've been in there. we paid for the small pepperoni and then paid for the large, the whole process of paying he was being very rude and just kept rolling his eyes . then said " ok it's still going to be like 10 minutes so??" so we told him that we were going to go wait in the car. we were in the car for not even 2 minutes and he opens the front doors to this location and looks into our car then goes back in the building and slams the door. he walks back and waits for us to come get the pizza . this is the rudest service i've ever experienced ever. The pizza was good, in one of the garlic sauces we found a piece of hair , then on our plate we found another hair the same as the other one. pizza was alright but really grossed me out . please do not waste your money with this company . you won't get what you want .

    What happened? This place used to have great pizza. Pizza that I ordered was 45 min late and was disgusting. It looked a tasted like it was days old and I found hair all over it. Never getting papas again

    Ordered 4 orderes. None came with their awesome garlic butter sauce. The reason we order from Papa John's is for that reason. Told the deliverer he said he would be right back. Waited 30 minutes. Called the store and they said on the way. Another 20 minutes passed. Called again and was assured it was on the way. Over an hour passed food already cold. Stopped answering my calls. I finally had to drive to Papa John's to pick it up. Was offered nothing for my trouble not even an apology. Probably lost my business....

    Ordered a pizza on 10/31 on the tracking app showed delivered. When I called the store to report my order was not received got an error message, called from a different phone and got through but the phone just rang. Called the company customer service to complain and request a refund. Two weeks later no refund called customer service back who told me they will expedite. Still to this day no refund and my phone number is still blocked. I can call the store from any other phone!!!!

    My favorite pizza here is the Shaq a roni.. 2nd is the Brooklyn style pizza. Both simple and delicious. The ingredients are so tasty and they compliment each other. Tasty and cost is great. Get some πŸ˜‹

    Oddly, my first review disappeared. Employee was nice, but pizza was so undercooked I had to finish cooking it at home. Owner replied to to me to email them so they could make it up to me (I did), but received no reply. 1 ⭐️ for failing to make things right.

    When I order food and am told it will be about 15 minutes then I will give them 20. But when 30 minutes have passed and they make excuses for not having my order complete that is when I start wondering. I ordered a small cheese, large stuffed crust sausage and garlic bread. They said that the cheese pizza needed to be done. Meanwhile 20 minutes after my order was put in they just started the med. Pizza. Excuse #1 the oven was moving slow. Funny how everyone else's food was able to be made nd either delivered or picked up. Excuse #2 we are very busy. Sorry, I think that is the laziest excuse ever. One girl told the young man, "give her a drink", when he asked me I sid no, I just want my food. After 30 minutes of watching orders get made and I still did not have mine I asked how much longer. I was told about 5 more minutes. I then requested a full refund. They young man handed me a receipt and said if you don't get it within 3 business days then I can call the Papa John's main office. All I have to say is, "I better get my money with no effort on my end". Never again.

    Not sure what the problem is but when I order a pizza with extra sauce I actually get less than normal sauce on the pizza. Why is sauce such an issue with this location? There is never enough sauce on the pizza even when ordering extra sauce!

    The store was so clean and nice and fresh inside! The service was impeccable! The lady with red hair and glasses was super nice and smiled the entire time! I totally recommend this Papa Johns! I can’t forget to mention, β€œTHE FOOD WAS BUSSIN!”

    Was late Christmas eve. Every other pizza place stopped taking orders 30 minutes before closing. These guys came through and I got to eat. Thanks Guys!

    Crust is thin and crispy but the toppings are meager. We're sticking with Dion's.

    Chicken had a slight drizzle of sauce. Paid for an extra side of sauce and the cup they sent was less than a quarter full. Pizza was missing one of the toppings. Everything arrived just on the luke warm side of cold.

    Pizza was great! Fresh hot! Ordered 12 wings and they where charred. Honey chipotle. The sauce taste nasty. I called and let them know. They replaced my order with great customer service. Thank you Papa Johns hope my new wings are better.
