Burger was excelent- try the Laguna Burger, but be warned..... it's a big burger- at least a 1/2 pound patty. The seasoning was perfect, moist, and the Hatch chilis they use were delicious. The fries were also very, very good. They have a bar area with sports and TVs. Overall a nice place in Albuquerque.

Burger was ok to much mustard.. if you want a burger fast this is not the place to come it took 40 min to get our laguna burgers . I mentioned the long wait time to one of the female worke that brought our food out and she said rudely what you see is what you get it was also very cold in side..they seem to be taking care of phone orders more than the customers in the store.theres also alot of trash on the floor the pics of the trash on the floor was there from the time we got here to the time we left .. the employees seem to be over worked and burned-out.. not freindly what so ever no smiles or no thank you from any of them 33.00 for 2 burgers and drinks

Cold and noisy. Our food was cold except for the green chile stew. That includes the Laguna Burger, fries, and the chili dog .The one at the gas station out by Route 66 Casino is far better. Worth the drive.

This is easily one of the best burgers in Albuquerque. I went there and knocked out almost all the meals there and nothing I picked was bad. In fact, this made me like Laguna Burger even more. Whoever this review may be for. Believe me this place wouldn't be a wrong choice.

LAGUNA BURGER WAS ROBBED OF FIRST PLACE AT THE 2023 MAC ‘N CHEESE FESTIVAL! Now that we have that out of the way, this place is DELICIOUS. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place! I am bummed they don’t actually sell their mac ‘n cheese at the restaurant. I loved the mushroom burger I got and the onion petals are a nice take on onion rings. It solves the problem of biting into an onion ring and the whole onion sliding out of the breading and then you’re forced to shove the whole thing in your mouth or eat mostly onion. Brilliant! This is such a big problem in my life 😅 I’m glad someone solved it. Seriously, don’t wait to eat here! Go now!

Ample indoor and outdoor dining space, service was quick and friendly. Burgers were tasty as was the hot dog, and we enjoyed a beer as well. The onion petals were also delicious.

Had been looking forward to a good burger and decided on Laguna Burger off of 12th Street. The food was good and the food came out fast. Burgers are big and fresh cut fries. I wish the fries would have been a little more freshly cooked but I can see why with the line that for quickly. It was a good meal.

It was the only place open for a meal near our hotel at 8pm….and even though they closed at 9pm, the staff was friendly and didn’t kick anyone out or stop taking orders until 9pm. My husbands mushroom Swiss burger was tasty and juicy. My pulled pork fries were delicious and the portion was huge. I wish I had room to try their milkshakes, which looked tempting. The dining room was a casual setting, the staff were very friendly despite being short on workers. Food came out hot and fast even though they were busy.

Ordered the Laguna burger, Mushroom Swiss burger and a hotdog. Very disappointed in the burgers. Both were bland. Laguna burger tasted like a mustard burger with no green chili taste. Also no one at the bar to serve drinks. Had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to take my order and by that time Happy Hour was over and she refused to honor the H.H. price. Waitresses not very friendly and trash overflowing. On the upside- food came out fairly quick.

2/17/24 WOW... where to start, the whatever vibe from the staff, the food came out at very different times over 40 minutes from the first burger and my wife's forgotten hot dog. Cold hard fries, disrespectful man working register and bar. $90 for 5 of us and poor service. In my opinion your not giving them business, They let you eat there food. Take it or leave it. I'm good I'll leave it, to much hype when combined with bad attitudes and service.

Seriously poor service in the fries..got be kidding me! Guy that gave me my order didn't even know what he was doing..didn't double check my order...There's gotta be a portion size they go by,not this! Most of all no greetings or have a good day...They need to be trained again.

1st time there and very impressed. Efficient ordering service. Nice seating and the food came out in just minutes! So yummy 10/10 would recommend.

Hearty, well stacked green chili cheese burger. I had the wimpy Laguna burger and it was still too much to eat in one sitting. The fries were fresh and crispy, right out of the fryer. A must try.

I had the Laguna Wimp which is a 1/3 pound hamburger and that was perfect for me. Mike had the chicken sandwich; he was very happy with that and fries and that was perfect for him. They also have a nice bar selection for cocktails or draft beers. Mike enjoyed a Modelo with his lunch. Unfortunately they were out of their green chilli stew so we will definitely have to go back for that. If you’re in the area we highly recommend. Totally forgot to take pictures of our sandwiches LOL.

The green chili cheeseburger was on point. Meat was juicy and flavorful. The veggies were crisp and fresh. There was plenty of green chili on the burger. I only wish the green chili was hotter and a little more flavorful. Overall it was a very good burger.

I really enjoyed my first Laguna burger. My suggestion would be to have hot green Chile as an option instead of just mild. Also make sure the place is clean at all times as well it gives a bad first impression. Overall I enjoyed it and I would definitely get it again. The rest of the menu looks worth trying as well. I enjoyed every bite.

Has a Nice atmosphere went in a little before closing food came out very fast. Burger was huge and delicious. I got the Big Bad Bacon burger, bacon was delicious tasted very fresh. I do think maybe ask for the sauce on the side it made the burger a little soggy because there was so much sauce. Bacon was delicious !! The fries reminded me of homemade fries did need salt added to them. I also got the Passion Fruit tea and was disappointed just tasted like water had no flavor unfortunately. Definitely want to Come back and try other things on there menu.

Absolutely 💯 Laguna burger with Hatch green chilies!!!! Also ordered the onion petals. Wow!!! Best burger we've ever had! The two guys cooking the burgers were very nice & friendly. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!

Finally made a trip out to this place, and it was very worth it. Simple menu, but with decent options in terms of Burgers/Sides. The onion petals are AMAZING. Very Nice bar with Decent Options on TAP. The only real complaint I have is that it's a bit pricey, but it is quality food. Definitely Recommend for any burger connoisseur out there!

Upon arriving to laguna burger the wait time to order was quiet long especially for lunch. 15min+ And another 10+ minutes to wait to get food. We’ll ordering the cashier was slight off, upon the inviting I don’t know if it’s my dress attire but it was unsettling regarding to the other folks were treated. Food presentation was spot on. Food taste needs a little more season to my tasting. Fries were excellent. And the soda was a great thirst quenching. In all, I enjoyed it.

The server/cashier is very grumpy! I don't need them to smooch me, but a little smile won't kill anyone! Waited for 42 minutes!!! Okay, okay, if the food is worth it and hot, like just came out of the pan, would be great, right? The reason we eat out is because we don't wanna cook at home and are willing to pay for hot food and serve! Microwave food are warmer than the food they serve us! But we didn't return the food with the server like her! I have been craving for Laguna Burger but very dissatisfied. That's why people in albuquerque, if you want better 'Laguna Burger,' take the time to drive more to Route 66 gas station for Laguna Burgers, and for other burger go somewhere else.

Such great food! Everyone working was very pleasant. Atmosphere was perfect. Other diners seemed to really be enjoying themselves too. I will definitely be eating here again. 10 stars.

So, it gets 5 stars for what it is. A burger place with an idea of another. The original Laguna Burger (in Laguna off I40) is not to be compared to this place. The flavor is different. The original still beats these repeats. Don't come here if you're used to the og. Come with an unbiased mind instead. But focusing on this place, the food is good, service is usually good, atmosphere is alright (bathrooms look like a gas station, which threw me off since the restaurant has a nicer look), and the prices rise as much as all the other typical food places. $15-20 a person, easily. Chile isn't the best tasting (couldn't really taste the Chile at all this time), so if you're a tourist, I wouldn't judge NM Chile off of this place. Other than that, the food is tasty.

The worse burger I’ve ever had in my life. I was excited to try it but it very underwhelming. We went on a Saturday and they had a long line. The work stations were filthy (sort of understandable due to the crowd). They didn’t seem to care once the line was cleared though. I had the Swiss burger. The meat was dry and tasteless. I also had the chili cheese fries. The majority of my fries were burnt and hollow on the inside. Honestly the best thing I had was the milkshake. Don’t plan on going back ever again. Not even to the new location. Oh and an employee sneezed while preparing a persons food and kept going; didn’t change his gloves or anything. My husband got the onion fires they were greasy and made him vomit shortly after leaving. His burger was sloppy and fell apart as soon as he picked it up. He trashed basically his entire meal. I wish I would’ve taken pictures.
